Vehicle was stolen, police hired them to tow here. Guy at front desk very nice and understanding. Now the gal who sits in barking orders is disrespectful and annoying. We were cutting our losses and was asking for a receipt to prove we signed over title she immediately got offended. Other then her great experience. My father ended up signing title with no proof. Just sad

The man at this location helped me get paid for my transport unit i was bringing from iowa. The place i was trying to bring to wanted to screw me and this place was helpful and provided storage and advice on what to do for non payments. Thank you.

I bought a car from this location very bad customer service. They stolen the battery of the car I bought and they give me wrong paperwork , they wasted one day of my time because of wrong documents they gave it me.

My situation was bad.. stolen vehicle police found and apparently their protocol is to have it towed instead of calling me.. I was out over $600 total but I just guess that's procedure so I won't necessarily blame the towing company.. it was intimidating at first but the male clerk was polite and efficient.. the towing person who I paid extra to have it brought to me was fast and patient in locating me.. overall impressions service.. I was in and out in fair time.. btw this took place about a month ago or so, so late review but I felt well deserved.. Thanks for not making the experience of losing a car worse, keep up the good work

Excellent service and care from dispatch all the way through to delivery of the vehicle. Usually accurate with ETA’s of arrival, drivers are neatly dressed and friendly as well as helpful. It is refreshing to know when I dispatch to HBL I don’t have to worry about anything else. I can take care of my customers bc HBL takes care of theirs. Thanks y’all! — OTR Fleet Service, Dallas Service Department.

My car was stolen and found and stored at HBL towing and recovery. I believe the clerks name was Claire Frerich (that’s what was on my receipt) made my experience worse than it already was. She was rude and had the worst customer service. I only dealt with her the first day and a half (Thank God) everyone else was great.

These guys are the best around. I needed to get 6 40ft containers filled with furniture from Texas to Tennessee by the end of May. Two of the containers were inside a building. I called them to just see about getting those 2 pulled out while I still scrambled to find someone who would be able to take on this job. When the driver came by to take a look at those containers he told me they could take care of everything I needed done. He got me in touch with who I needed to speak with to get this set up and in a couple days we started the move. They came out and moved the containers inside like it was no big deal and loaded up the containers outside. In three days they were all moved to Tennessee and unloaded exactly where we wanted them. I would recommend HBL to anyone. The guys who loaded and moved them were so nice and amazing. Best experience from beginning to end! I can’t say thank you enough for all the help!

This was an interesting experience, not bad, just interesting. I was asked to get an inspection from the Dallas County Auto Theft Department for an out-of-state vehicle we were bringing into Texas, but I was directed to this location, HBL Towing. Luckily, I got great instructions from Liz who setup the appointment. She told me to stay in my vehicle when I arrived. There were Sheriff's officers there who directed me into the inpound lot. I was a little cautious so let me explain the process, the portion that was not explained to me. - When you arrive a Sheriff's Officer will approach you - They will ask for your reason to be there - They will direct you to the inpound lot - The officer(s) will ask you to leave the keys in the ignition and to leave the vehicle - They will ask you to walk back to the front and hangout. This part was not clear to me. He said "If I wanted to, I can go into the purple door." I actually needed to into the purple door, that is the waiting room where you will be called. - Someone (Liz in my case) calls your vehicle make and model from the small window, then you get approach the window to pay your $40. You will be asked to ensure the VIN matches what they located in the 68A form It's an easy process but it was just not clear. Then ending up at a Towing location for a Sheriff's department Auto Theft inspection made it even more suspicious to me. But at the end, it was a quick process and Liz and her team, the North Texas Auto Theft Task Force Dallas County Sheriff’s Department were great 👍👍 Take note, there is no public restroom here 😊

Rusty Casey and Kayla are the best hardworking and good customer service skills I have ever seen at a tow company! Great job guys!!!

I came here to get my 68-A inspection and it went flawlessly. There's clear directions on the buildings that say to stay in your car when arriving. An officer will come and get you and tell you when you can pull into the back. All the officers were nice and gave Clear Directions of what to do. There's a waiting room where you can wait while you're car gets inspected, and then they will call your vehicle's year and make when they are ready to check you out. Everyone was nice, great experience

I went to HBL to get my homemade trailer a VIN. Liz was amazing, and gave me all the important details for all the paperwork needed not just to get the form, but all the way through the registration process.

Just follow directions you get in text and you should be good. Inspection was done swiftly (I went for theft inspection, 68-A form). Had to get in line for 20 minutes and out of door in 30 minutes.

Zero stars if I could They were showing discriminatory behavior. Very rude and unprofessional. Whenever we went up to talk to someone the wannabe cop was already giving attitude for no reason and was annoyed that we came an hour early. When we were told that we could come an hour early. The wannabe cop later hide the keys under the driver’s seat carpet for no reason and it took my dad a while to find them when he left them in the ignition key hole switch. That wannabe cop doesn’t deserve to be working with that type of attitude and behavior.

My brother is an active duty veteran currently on deployment out of state. His trailer was stolen several months ago, and was found/ recovered by the police. Instead of calling him/working with him on arrangements, they had this sumbag of a company pick it up without letting him know. The owner refuses to even get on the phone despite my brother's urgent request, and instead can be heard in the background telling his secretary to advise nothing can be done. Absolutely egregious and despicable business practices. We'd happily pay for the tow expense, but they refuse to budge on the absorbent daily charges. When you think people can't get any worse, give these asshats a call.

Sketchy looking business and it also looks like on the blink of falling and breaking down. The road is gravel and dirt. The fee for the inspection was $40 bucks for a sedan. Also the sitting Area is outside and almost seems like a horse trailer, like I said very sketchy. But the service was fast if youre there at 7:30 A.M.

Worst possible wrecker service in South dallas/Hitchins/Lancaster area. Horrible service. Prices outside of State mandated charges. Tried to keep a cliants camper by making obstacles after obstacle that had to be surmounted. Place is a scam you'd be foolish to use them call SDR instead.

Very professional, efficient, and quick service. Rates are very fair. I also appreciate that they employ Veterans. The gentleman that helped me out was a CG retired Veteran. Great guy!! Fantastic customer service!

It was fast, so that was good. And office lady was nice as well but for sheriffs and cops some of them were rude AF. I did not appreciate the attitude.

A professional organization that has it together.they were on time and rate was below the others. Staff are friendly. The office has easy access from the interstate and huge lot..some repairs on site..will use again..

This place is the worst. I know a business has to make it's money, but not willing to work with a customer on their rapidly accruing fee schedule it bad practice. My car was stolen and brought in to Prasifka's, I live 3hrs away, work a full time job and they close at 5pm. I called to set up the pick up of my vehicle, and while I on the phone, was told my fees were going up $50, plus the $20 for the day! My vehicle was being stored for just over 24hrs (about 27hrs) and I was being charged an arm and a leg. I hope no one else has to go through this, avoid this business as much as possible. Only positive thing, (reason for 2 stars and not 1) Sandy the lady at the desk was very nice, and professional. She tried her best to make this as easy as possible.

These are some of the rudest people I have ever met. We had a tire blow on the highway and conviently pulled into their parking lot to change it. Once we realized we needed a different tool that we were lacking we went in to see if someone could loan it to us for less then 10 minutes and we’d be on our way. We were met with a rude tone telling us they don’t loan tools even though they could see why we had pulled up and then told us it would be $20.00 to use them. To make matters even worse he then proceeded to tell us we’d have to wait for him to finish lunch before he’d even come out to help. He hadn’t started to eat when we arrived. Not sure how their other service is but I can only imagine their customer service is as terrible as their people.

My girlfriend and I were making a drive to Dallas at 3am in the morning, and got a flat tire after already using our spare tire. We were looking for a towing company to get us around. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this company. We called them and they offered to take us to a nearby tire shop where we were for $150. We then asked if it was possible if we could be taken closer to Dallas. We simply asked if it was possible, and explained our situation. Quote on quote, the driver told us "Look, I'm not some tourist guide that's going to drive you around to Dallas. Good luck and have a good life" before hanging up on us. Even if he weren't rude, he didn't give us any suggestions, didn't nicely explain that he couldn't do more, etc. He simply hung up on us with that statement. It could have gone a lot better, and we were patient, just looking for some help. We ended up calling another towing company, 24 hour wrecker, who were much nicer, understanding and cheaper. Again, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend using them unless you have no other options.

My truck was stolen at the beginning of July from my apartments in Garland and ended up in Hutchins, abandoned on the side of the road. Prasifka Towing was apparently notified by Hutchins PD to come and retrieve the vehicle but the PD never notified me, so unfortunately I didn't find out it had even been recovered until I got a letter in the mail from Prasifka Towing saying they had my truck and I needed to come get it... Now, this is where I became impressed, when I called Prasifka Towing in the middle of the night, the gentleman was nice enough to look it up for me and confirm it was there, when I showed up to pick it up the lady working at the counter was very professional and courteous, even the driver that picked up my truck was there and spent some time with me to tell me exactly where he found it and in what condition... After paying my bill, which was reasonable considering they'd had my truck for a week due to the police not notifying me that it had been recovered, they were nice enough to give me a ride to my vehicle in their golf cart. It was at that time I discovered my tire was flat, and the battery was dead, and the driver window had been busted out. The folks at the tow yard had covered up window with a trash bag, which I found to be very thoughtful and courteous. After that, they aired up my tire for me and even gave me a jump on my battery! These people are truly good people and really helped me in a time of need. Dealing with a stolen vehicle is nothing I wish upon anyone, however if you do find yourself in this type of situation, Prasifka will be there to help!!
