Guy in the tow truck has a an issue. 2 guys in the tow truck . my car was parked behind them in the gas pump and he backed up so when I honked at him, so he could notice how close he was to me. He got out of the truck and started to yell saying he does this for a living, I told him let me back my car up atleast. He yelled no that I do this for a living. Unprofessional. Do not hire these people.

First of all I was told it is going to take 30 minutes for tow to come, I asked to pay more because I had a child with me and I was stuck on the highway. They came after 4 hours. After that when they deliver the car, upon delivery they ask for more money or won’t drop off the car. I had to pay 100 extra, and the guy was threatening me that he will take the car back. Very unprofessional, and extremely rude.
Took almost 7 hours for them to arrive . Don’t recommend please save your money and time and don’t waste it with this folks .. hopefully they can improve - 0/10
Dispatch was quick, efficient, and super patient with me, the tow truck driver was fast, easy to deal with and nice. He was very careful with my trucks paint.
Sherri the owner hasn't returned my calls or text after she has said she would repair damages caused by them & she has had enough time to do so I have lost all patience & trust in her & her company. Bad customer service after I have spent well over 20k & that was in 3 months of repair on my truck. Not a good business practice at all & I don't blame the employees just the owner since she tells them what to do.
They caused damaged to my truck & said they would repair but won't return calls. Sherri the owner will say she is working on it but does nothing. I have had the worst customer service & over charges in other areas. Clearly they don't care about repeat customers. I don't recommend them. I will file a complaint with the BBB about this company.
This company is very unprofessional. I did not want to trust my Mercedes to these irresponsible folk. Are they drinking on the job??? The dispatcher was so rude and has no compassion for stranded individuals. I waited over 3 hours and they canceled on me. Poor customer service.
This Co. is terrible. I called them to bring my car to the dealer and they arrived. They just took photos and left, they left me with the car, the worst.
Took my tractor hear for them to replace leaf spring after sitting over 5 hours pulled into bay and was told by mechanic he didn't have the tools to do the job no worries but why was I billed $150 if you don't have the tools and did nothing to my truck been calling to speak with owner complete run around beware scammers complete scammers wouldn't trust them at all
This place is a scam. The owner Sherrie is a con artist. They were suppose to do an engine replacement warranty, Truck sat up there for 5 months without them doing anything. Kept getting the run around on when the work would be completed. They lied to the warranty company saying they were done with the repairs and they sent them $17,900 not knowing that they lied. They still haven’t paid back the money they stole from them. Do not take your vehicle to these people.
These guys were amazing!!! After waiting for over 4 and a half hours on road side assistance, I gave up and reached out to SDR for help. They got there in practically no time at all and was able to tow my car to the repair shop. Great service and friendly guys. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I will never need a tow again, but if I do I will be reaching out to SDR first. Thank you for your help!
Most ridiculous rates I've ever got. Over $1200 for a wheel seal, brake shoes and Air Chamber. That's less than $200 in parts and the job take about 2 hours. I said no thank you but had them top off 1 differential, they charge $147 for that. Again crazy rates!

Tried to charge $700 for a $200 repair. Mark up was double, triple or more on AC blower motor. Charged diagnosis time when we told them what the problem was.

Garbage company, will screw you out of your money and not bat an eye. Google j&s towing or 24 hour far better service and better rates. Never trust these people

Josh was great and even offered us a ride to safety to get my family off side of the highway. He was very concerned and willing to help us in any way possible! So thankful for this company! I was broken down in Wilmer late at night but live in West Plano/Far North Dallas. I called multiple companies and none were willing to take the drive (even though its money, what?! 😩). SDR gladly towed my truck and got me home. Without them I would have had to leave my vehicle on the side of the road and figure out how to get back out there. They saved me time and stress. Buddy was a great driver. Thank you so much!
Charged for every little thing that's standard with any tow. They charge $75 to drop a drive shaft which is required to do unless they pick up the truck from the drives. Charged over $900 for a 50 mile tow of a empty tractor trailer. I was towed in OKC for 20 miles and paid a little over 300. Too expensive call someone else . the tow truck guy even told me he can tow my truck without dropping the driveshaft. I looked at him like he was nuts.didnt even put my driveshaft back together.
Had a wheel bearing issue, called last night. Got me in the shop first thing this morning. Problem fixed with very little down time. Very professional, very fair. This is a very trustworthy diesel repair shop.
