Absolute nightmare experience at every point. Office people don't know what they're doing and seems you to the wrong place, you can't pick up a vehicle and the window is so tight that by the time you figure out all their bs they say "well your appt is over." absolute failure all around

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE, PEOPLE AND WORKERS!!!!! Bought a vehicle and paid off my fees and was ready to go. My transporter goes the next day and is denied service because “we need an appointment” so I set up an appointment for the next closest day and send him again. Now we need to pay storage fees because the appointment day was too far out and on top of that we need to also pay some sort of BS transportation fee as well. I called 10x To get everything paid for and nobody would help just sending me to different departments and lots. Now They need all of my towing guys' information just to schedule us in. This place just wants you to waste time and keep accumulating storage fees. This company is absolute garbage please do not shop here take your business ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE but here

Picked up personal items. The entire process (location, sign in, wait, customer service) was excellent. After reading the reviews and never having to experience this before, I was apprehensive, but I walked away with my belongings in tact and a peaceful experience compared to the terrible experience that brought me there. Thank you for your customer service and kind associates!

customer reps inside and managers are rude as hell. they go through your vehicle before you get there so you don’t know if anything’s missing or gone.

Jacquelyn Williams, Assistant General Manager, Christina Mosley and Amberley Holiday the two front desk associates are so professional and courteous. They are always make my preview visit so easy and in timely manner. This branch is one of my favorites.

This company has been entirely unhelpful. We have been going back and forth for 3 weeks now despite the fact that they have both the car and physical title in their possession. I have still not received payment.

Returned Check – No Response or Reissue Copart issued me a $400 check (Check #8435) which was returned by Bank of America on March 5, 2025, because it was attempted to be deposited into the wrong account. The check was never credited to my account. I contacted Copart multiple times, submitted formal emails and attached clear bank evidence, but no replacement payment has been sent and no resolution has been offered. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. I'm now reporting this to consumer protection authorities and sharing this publicly to warn others. I have proof of the returned check and full email history.

I have used Copart a few times to list my vehicles for sale. Recently I listed one of my cars and after a week on the auction the "Buy Now" price I wrote in the contract was changed from 4K to 3K without my permission and sold for the lower price. Called MULTIPLE times and left multiple voicemails to their Dallas office and to Daniel Hernandez the number I was given for an explanation but have not heard anything back after weeks. Disgusting service on their part. Anyone selling through them please get a copy of the seller consignment you sign when listing a vehicle and keep for your records. Don't get scammed like I did.

Christmas presents, medication, mail, season passes were stolen from the vehicle. Everything was rifled through we even found the trash from where they opened the presents and medication bag. Manager was prepared with an excuse that it could have happened before the car made it there. They even told us before we went out there to let them know if anything was missing. Im seeing a lot of other reviews that say the same thing. We have made a police report. I have also filed a formal complaint with my insurance in hopes that they will stop using this lot.

Unless buying an auction car I don’t think anyone wants to be there, kinda like the dmv. All the staff was awesome but the company policies were weird, I could only get what I could carry out of my totaled vehicle, lost a few hundred worth of stuff since I couldn’t take a bag out with me, then the fork lift guy wanted to see my jail id? Never been to jail. lol! Was in a lot of pain from the wreak and didn’t have the energy to fight it but the whole thing felt like I was on some kinda of late night tv show. Props to the folks in the office! May we never see each other again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are the definition of **dishonesty** and **incompetence**. First, they made **false promises** about the delivery timeline, and I had to **beg** for updates after **calling multiple times**. When I finally got through to customer service, I was greeted by the **rudest person imaginable**. This representative refused to answer my questions, spoke to me like I was bothering her, and then had the audacity to **hang up on me**! Who does that? After waiting over **72 hours** for my car, it arrived with **items missing**! They had the nerve to **steal** my driver's seat mat and seat covers. Despite leaving specific instructions to **keep the license plate** on for a road-ready drive, they ignored it completely. How hard is it to follow simple instructions? This company is a **complete joke**. They lack integrity, have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and show blatant disregard for their customers. I wouldn’t recommend Copart to my worst enemy. This is the **most horrible** experience I’ve ever had with any business. **Do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction**. Worst Experience Ever – Avoid Copart at All Costs! I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent and unprofessional company than Copart. They promised timely delivery, but the car arrived well over 72 hours late, with absolutely no communication unless I chased them down with multiple calls. When I did finally reach customer service, I was met with the rudest representative imaginable. This lady had the audacity to ignore my questions, speak to me with complete disrespect, and then hang up on me mid-conversation. How is that acceptable? When the car finally arrived, it was clear they had stolen my driver’s seat mat and seat covers. On top of that, despite leaving clear instructions to keep the license plate on for a road-ready drive, they completely ignored it. It's clear they either can’t follow basic directions or simply don’t care. This company is an absolute disaster from start to finish. False promises, appalling customer service, missing items, and complete disregard for customer requests. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Copart. Worst decision ever.

Terrible Experience - False Promises and Horrible Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with Copart. They made false promises and completely failed to deliver on time. I had to call multiple times just to get updates, and each time, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. The customer service was the worst part of it all. The representative I spoke with was the rudest lady I have ever encountered—she refused to answer my questions and even hung up on me when I tried to get clarification! The car, which was promised to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, was delivered over 72 hours late. To make things worse, when it finally arrived, the driver’s seat mat and seat covers were missing! I had specifically left a note requesting to keep the license plate for immediate road use, and they didn’t even bother to do that. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Copart after this ordeal—poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero regard for customer satisfaction.

Front desk sucks!!! I came in, I waited the line doesn't make sense. After about 5 minutes when I worked my way 2 the front the girl finally tells me I must sign, she could of told me that first. How was I supposed 2 know, I mean their was only 2 other customers there. I get a text to go to the desk but they call someone elses name right after that & tell me 2 wait my turn?? Then some other guy doesn't know what to do so I'm helping him like if I work there or something. Another guy shows up & I end up explaining 2 him & helping him. Smh

I've been trying to get a car that we bid on; no one has the decency to explain to a first timer the process for paying and picking up the vehicle. We've been coming two days in a row and have no success, plus the staff is no help at all, including the supervisor. They just point to a QR code, and that is it figure it out yourself. They do not take responsibility or own their mistakes, they are very good at saying "if you would have given the title to me, I would remember " or "if you would've asked me, I would remember. I heard the same thing from three different employees, the two days I've been coming. Will see what happens tomorrow. All I know at this time is... this is the first time and last time I bid on vehicles at this place.

I came to this place to grab all of the things out of my totaled car. I had a baby with me because when I called, they said I could bring a baby as long as she was in a carseat. Turns out, I cannot. One star docked. However, the manager(?) working in the front was super nice and accommodating. She had someone bag everything for me so all I had to do was transfer it to my car. They made sure I was taken care of, and the wait was minimal.

Two stars. One for older lady at the front desk(unfortunately don’t remember her name), the other one for younger lady that sits by the entrance(don’t remember the name, sorry if you read it) . Both were nice to me and helped me with different issues that I had. Overall for my limited exposure to the customer service FRONT DESK ladies were pleasant to deal with. Minus 5 stars for making verbal changes to their preview hours. Actual preview hours limited to 8-11 twice a week if I got it right. Nowhere on their website or Copart app does it say anything about that policy. ALSO YOU MUST NOTIFY THEM ONE DAY IN ADVANCE VIA EMAIL(that you most likely don’t have). Otherwise you may be traveling for no reason. Luckily due to older lady coming to my rescue I was able to take a look at the car. BUYER BEWARE you call them before you arrange your travel.

Read the rest of the transporter reviews. Ernie! What’s up dude. How are we going to fix all this. Drove in at 12 and it’s past 4. Your forklift guy says I’m not on the load board anymore and drives away. Asked to call a supervisor to figure this out and he says they don’t have radios. What??

They put all of their customers wait outside in 108 degree heat due to COVID-19 restrictions. Their is scan that you need to do and wait in line outside in heat. Main issue I had was that hall was nearly empty with plenty of space. There are 5 people waiting in heat with that much space inside

Online scheduling system needs to be properly reviewed. It’s just a time waster. Be sure you don’t have an important appointment elsewhere before intending to come here for any serious business. Copart needs to get things straightened up with their customer service attitudes.

I purchased 5 cars so far to be fixed and they are great cars. I will recommend this place for your car business or for a project car. You can even buy them without a license. Just great deal!

Loading takes hours, absolutely no proper system in place. Confusing for the drivers , no line , no signs , nothing. You gotta do something about it.
