Avoid at all costs. Horrible Place To Deal With. They have no care about their customers. They want the money right away after winning a pallet, but then they will take 25 years to actually ship it out. They hold up your money. If you refuse a pallet , they will ban you from their site and also charge you a refusal fee if you refuse your shipment... I mean if you shipped out the pallets on time, maybe you would have better customer relationships. We all know in this business, time is money with flipping pallets. Don't waste your money with this place. There are many other places out there with much better support who actually care and who want you to come back as a customer.

It was ok until my last 5 in a row bids that i won. I tried to give them multiple opportunities hoping it would turn around. Every box had expired or damaged products. My last box spent $1000 and half of the pallet was damaged or expired. In the course of my last 5 pallets I spent over $4000 and made back under that because the high priced items were missing, broken, expired, or open causing me to lose alot of money. I can no longer give them my money. Very dissatisfied.

Short version. They sell gift cards the companies that have been out of business for 2 years, gift cards that the businesses say are counterfeit. They sell lots as customer returns that have almost 100% failure rate. I have punitive penalties if you happen to miss a pickup even if they contributed to the failure to pick up. Here's the longer version. . They grade the merchandise depending on condition but will sometimes grade a salvage product lot as customer returns. Customer returns have about a 20 25% salvage rate the rest of its perfectly good. I did purchase some gift cards and found out the company has been out of business for over 2 years. Another company in Florida said the gift cards that I sent them copy of or not from them or legitimate. I purchased thousands of dollars of gift cards from them with the expectation that they were as described. We'll see how that comes out. I paid $111 for a box that's about 8x5 and maybe 3 in thick. I purchased a lot of those but there was one lot number that I forgot to arrange shipping for. I thought I had because I'd ask them on the phone at least twice if I had scheduled everything for pickup that I had purchased. They assured me that I had. Then I find out they canceled one of the orders because I didn't schedule it for pickup charged me at $200 fee and I did not get the product. They charge exceptionally high shipping if you do have something shipped at least from the things that I have priced. Maybe not if you buy a truck load. Some things are a little better and I have purchased numerous items that worked out fine. I have previously written five star rating for them but I now have to join the chorus of one star ratings. I guess if you worked with them long enough little irritate you enough.

I wish to sue them JUST FRAUD,SCAM ARTIST. They sell trash but advertising with actual retail prices. I bought 3 pallets worth of $2000, got all trashes. After contacting them to complaint, all they said it has been said item are returned by customers,so no guarantees to work. So why you advertised with new retail prices?!!!

Beware Scam sellers! They allow fake, and broken good to be sold. If you dispute it and have overwhelming evidence showing this they will still say it’s your problem! Stay far away from this site.

---Update! Started shopping here again, picking up... and there is a major problem. When you bid, you are looking at the pictures to make your decision. If you are one of the many frequent buyers like The handfull of ones I have met that have had the same issue please pay attention! If you arrive and your order/ pallet is missing half a pallet, or swapped pallet etc, or major item is missing, you have to make sure you do not leave! Explained : I have had a couple large orders with multiple pallets, and One of my pallets was missing half the pallet when I arrived. When discovered, I showed the staff. The staff "lead" went to her supervisor and they both said at first, that there was "nothing they could do, and that they accidentally took the wrong pictures". I said that it was unacceptable and that I wanted my items as shown in the pictures or my money back and that I should speak with the Manager above them. In short, they gave me another pallet after I explained to them it is against the law what they are doing. There has been 4 other customers of theirs that have shared the same experiences with this location in Garland, TX. They 1st tried to tell me that they only have to give you what is written in the description and the title, which read "toys and Miscellaneous" and " thats what I got regardless of the pictures"! I responded as you'd guess and explained that's not legal and then to show me where the comforters are that were shown in the pictures- there's no Miscellaneous here. No other boxes. Just the 6 items that were left! This is totally against the law. They tried to explain at the loading dock, that If there is ever a complaint to leave and call Customer Service to file a claim. That is not true! The site tells you to not leave if there is a dispute. Once you leave, you cannot prove anything! Stay and calmly request manager upon manager until they do the right thing and then if not, call above to corporate. Check your lists and pictures. Only a small % can be or could be missing if any by any level of circumstances. BY LAW, THE LOT CANNOT CHANGE AFTER HAMMER FALL OR CLOSING OF AUCTION AND YOU CANNOT DISPLAY WHAT IS NOT FOR SALE AND STEAL BIDS, PERIOD- licensed Auctioneer. Have been very satisfied until recently, I scheduled a pick up and for some reason it did not go thru, and they cancelled my pallets, they refunded my money , but charged a $200 fee for non pickup, I accepted my fee due to I HAD NO PROOF I scheduled it, my advice - ALWAYS SCREEN SHOT YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP REQUEST... then I won a $10,000 pallet (go me) ... I picked it up and took it home, going thru it I noticed half of the items on the manifest was NOT on the pallet. Most of it was the high priced items... VERY DISAPPOINTED .. I can't dispute it due to I already left with it. I have learned my lessons the hard way, so I hope this helps someone...

Good bulk of the returned items are actually salvaged or trash. Wasn’t able to make back what I spent. Do not purchase from here if you are a a reseller. There are far better places to buy from.

Been buying from them for about a year now an it’s usually an hour wait time. But today just seems like if you don’t buy a lot they put you on the back burner (so to speak). Wait almost 3 hrs with people coming and going. Finally called corporate and wa la 5 mins an my stuff came out

Make sure you open the shipment before leaving, if you leave they won't issue refund. Saw one lady had left 3 hours came back she said the whole box was putrid of fish, it was a amazon return. No refund, and another guy who was given a whole box of empty boxes. I was helping a friend with buying a pallet and we went through all 3 big boxes to make sure there wasn't anything wrong. You can leave trash there in their trashcans.

I have been working with liquidation.com for the last 6-8 months bidding on auctions. The first few transactions were great all items complete orders no issues. Then the last 30 days I have ordered 2 different transactions and on arrival I was short 6-30 items on the first order the the most recent order was short 1 whole pallet giving me 6 of 15 items. I understand that auctioned items condition differs and depends on description but I have tried to get a acceptable resolution and on the first one they told me to just return the items and go through a 2 week process to get my money back. That does not help when expecting a specific dollar amount and getting not even close to what was expected. Very poor communication nobody called all correspondence was through email only. Kind of convenient. Now I am going to be disputing this next order probably to hear just return the merchandise and wait. Well it is not compensation when I am expecting to be selling these items to customers I have and it has set my small company back tremendously. There should be a better way. Poor service and communication need to get a handle on people shipping or arranging items to deliver to the buyers. I am still waiting on a manager to call also.

Not this location but the liquidators they have in new jersey or DC area had a manifest showing "USB wall chargers" and 108 pieces So I won the auction the price was cool because I can sell those for like $3-$5 give or take and make a profit. Well my shipment comes in after like almost 3wks and its 108 phone mounts instead of dual USB wall chargers. I take pic of manifest what they sent and what I receive and they was going to give a refund but I didn't want to go thru the hassle of sending it back off. So I said I'll keep and won't order again there. But for the money some of its worth it but I dont trust they will send the right merch back

Cheap company. They sell a junk that has already been processed by their sellers. In most cases items that were advertised as a shelf-pulls or returns should be classified as a salvage. Additionally you have a zero chance to get your money back.

Fraud dont give your money away but these 100iphones online the pictures they had the phones look good and when I recieved them they had 80 phones with a broken screen 14 with no screen an 6 that look ok but the ones that turned on they where locked and I emailed them for a refund they denied my request

I received everything I bid on, 2 stars for that, that was the only good thing about doing business with this company. The warehouse management/supervision is very poor if it exists. 2.5 hours to get 11 boxes and still had to reschedule to pick up gift cards that only a manager had access to. Manager was first in meeting, then not replying, then was sending someone to get gift cards. I left after an hour of that nonsense. Nice people but horribly mismanaged.

I have purchased a few consumer electronics lots from these guys. I will never do business with them again. They make you wait 30-40 minutes if you are picking items up in person, even if you have an appointment. They advertise items as “returns from major retailers” and provide a manifest that lists the full retail value of the item if purchased new. Forty percent of the items I received were mostly junk or salvage. They only allow you to dispute the condition of the items while you are at their warehouse. Which meant going through over 100 items. Because there was no space to do this at their warehouse, I took my chances. Big mistake! I don’t recommend doing business with this company.

Alright so I've picked up two packages here and had two very different experiences. First off, don't schedule an appointment between 11:45am and 1pm. They take their lunchbreak somewhere in there, so you'll have to happily wait while everyone in the entire building goes to lunch. I have only picked up single boxes, but when my appointment was not during their lunch period, the box was ready for me when I walked in.

Check the goods before biding. They would say "some" might be for parts but more than half is trash. They would show in the manifest the market value and make you feel you are buying a bargain but 10% of the good might work and rest is salvage. Beware. I bought Sony headphone and they even call themselves as "Sony" and is just trash. I lost $240 but could have been more.

I have learned a valuable lesson, don't trust anything that is advertised on the manifest. Check all packaging before you leave the warehouse, even if you have to take up all the space on the loading dock doing so. I received 9 items out of 11 on the manifest and only two were correctly advertised....as in one being a sofa it was a corner piece of outdoor patio set that is useless unless you have the rest of the section. All items are falsely advertised and even the MRSP is inflated. When I submitted a dispute, they cut an pasted a part of their terms & conditions basically telling me 'buyer beware'. I certainly won't be bidding on this site again.

They schedule pick up times then still consistently make you wait hours. The last time I was there , their were two customers ahead of me ( keep in mind all they do is set the pallet on or bye your vehicle average time spent per customer 5 min. ) And it took right at 1 hour for them to take care of the 2 customers in front of (no telling how long they had been there before I arrived 5 min before my SCHEDULED pick-up time) then another 20 minutes later they dropped my pallet on the ground. An hour and a half to take my pallet from where it was sitting by the door , (I saw it when I checked in) to the ground by my vehicle . Total time on my transaction 2 min. Took an hour and a half for a scheduled pick up.
