The only reason they have one star is because it wouldn't let me go any lower do not buy parts from this place cause if something is wrong with part you gave to wait weeks to get a new part i bought some batteries that was from a bad bunch and they wouldn't trade them and give me somemore and it was just hours after i bought them
They didn't have my part and the girl at counter looked me in the eye then wait on the guy behind me! In like am i invisible, i was next in line. Feely disrespected, won't go back to that one.
There's a guy who is very rude to customers. I called the shop enquiring about the price of a headlight of my truck and the guy was very rude and banged the phone on me. I had to call back and explained to the lady who later told me that I forward my case to the manager when he comes back. That was on Monday..he spoiled my whole day.
90% of the times cheaper than Dealership, especially Freightliner. In general if you are buying parts for Freightliner, as long its NOT detroit made, get the part # from dealer and Ogburn will have it much cheaper and reliable.
This's the worst place to visit. Don't spent a penny on anything here once you pay and step out of the door the money is gone. You Can't return n get your money back even if the part you bought isn't working.
They are very knowledgeable about truck parts. The company that I work for has a old Chevrolet C7500 that needed front and rear brakes. The only part numbers I could come up with was for the brake drums. They looked at our brake shoes and knew exactly which ones they were. Needless to say exchanged out old shoes for new ones and picked up our new drums and was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank You Ogburns for being open on Saturdays. Getting parts on weekends can be a big problem but it really helps when someone is knowledgeable and has the parts you need when you need them. Sincerely Brad Balster
They are to lazy to help you look up parts. They expect for you to know the part numbers. Went to Premier Truck Group of Dallas they looked up filters, wipers and a few other items I wanted but didn't need.
