I had an excellent experience with Murdock Automotive. They replaced my tension belt and pulley at a reasonable price and completed the repair very quickly. Their service was far superior to Firestone. Firestone charged me over $700 and made me wait five hours, only for the part to fail within three months. I had to replace it again with Murdock due to Firestone's poor-quality parts.
Just had my classic 1967 Ford Falcon Futura Sports Coupe in for a couple of repairs.
They were glad to work on it where other places didn't want to touch it due to its age.
The repairs were easily made in one day's time. The car drives great and has brake lights again.

Had an emergency situation with my son's F150 and went to them with no appointment. They jumped right on the truck and told us to give them til noon to figure out the issue. They diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem at a reasonable rate. I really appreciate working with Lisa and Doug as I live in Tyler and my son works in the metroplex. Honest automotive repair services are difficult to find. I've had several repairs done here and have always been impressed with the honesty and up-front candor.
