Autozone couldn’t help two ladies with a jumpstart but O’reilley’s did! And the jumpstart was performed by a lady employee the entire staff went above and beyond for us and not to mention the manager, I didn’t get his name, but he didn’t question replacing the battery for us and testing the alternator and starter for no additional charge!!!

I have been buying parts and products from O’Reilly’s for 19 years. I have never had a problem with this location until Ricardo became the manager there. They have poor customer service. They are very rude and very unprofessional. And I know that other shops in the surrounding area have also had problems with this new management. For example, when I had to claim a warranty, they would keep me on very long wait times they wouldn’t answer the phone at all or they would ask for the paper invoice. They would say that they needed that, although they did have my account pulled up and all the invoices for every car I’ve ever worked on were on my account, but sure enough when an employee was helping me Ricardo would hide in the back office call the employees on the front desk and tell them that I needed a paper invoice. I started to think that he was making it personal. The last problem I had with them was over a 2008 tundra. I spoke to Rubin a commercial rep and they had a warranty on the brakes and they told me that they couldn’t replace them or honor the warranty because they were purchased at a different location that has never been a problem in the past. I truly can’t believe what’s become of this location. unfortunately I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere.

Great experience today. My toddler fell asleep so I was single hand managing my stuff. Woman at the counter was nice enough to help me carry things to my car! They had my oil and filter in stock. The shop was clean and the associates were very friendly. Highly recommend this location

O'Reilly has good customer service, and I've found that their testers work better than the ones at AutoZone.

Not good experience. I asked for 2007 Infiniti G35 crank shaft and gentleman insisted G37 is the same. Took part to mechanic and told me it was wrong part for 37 not 35. So had to go all the way nah to get right part. And no order of who was in line next.

Bad service lazy people working at this location my husband called before going to this location regarding a part he was told they had the part once we arrived they said they didn’t have it so a guy send us to the one on centerville location. We got the part on location on centerville and we were told the part was also available on the one on first street ( location we went to first) Just lazy people that don’t want to work.

Ruben and his team is amazing! Fast and accurate with inventory. Our family was in a huge bind and of it wasn’t for them my Sunday would have been horrible. Thank you for a manager like Ruben who puts customers first and allow members like angel to help out on a time of need. Great customer service! For sure coming back

I went to AutoZone down the street and they refused to help me. I haven't gotten out in weeks so I don't own make. So I left and came to this O'Reilly's store one mile away. I called them, they brought the part I need to my car, got my information and credit card, and completed the transaction. I never even had to get out of my car. Great job guys!

I used to be a huge advocate for O'Reilly's Auto. The customer service has fallen off over the past two years or so and it seems to get worse every time I try to use them for anything. The in-store staff is Young and not knowledgeable about anything it seems. And it's almost a half-hour wait no matter what you need to do anymore. I've started using another part supplier which I will not name and this review

My car was leaking oil after an oil change so I went here after Autozone wanted $11 for an drain plug and O’Reillys offered a more reasonable $4. I ordered said plug from O’Reilys and also bought eight quarts of oil so I can refill my now empty car. I installed the drain plug and didn’t observe any leaks so I thought all was well. Low and behold the next day oil was drenched underneath my car, I figured there was a deeper problem so I took it to the dealer because I was sick of messing with. After a few hours of waiting at the dealer they informed me that O’Reilys had sold me a drain plug with an incorrect o-ring causing all the oil to leak out once more. They replaced the drain plug and refilled my oil, costing me another $75. What should of been a simple $4 part and some oil ended up costing me much more than I bargained for because O’Reilys doesn’t know which part goes to which car. Needless to say I’ll be buying my oil and drain plugs online now, forgoing any lines and incorrect parts.

they should have a zero rating star. i have had a business account for the longest and they couldn't "find it". i needed to get to work in the morning now i have to miss work because they couldnt find the part i bought for almost 300$ and they couldn't warranty it for me until the next day... I NEED IT NOW NOT TOMORROW. Taking food off my plate. There was no effort in helping or offering suggestions. Thinking about switching my business account else now thanks alot guys.

just called the store first person answered i asked for help on pricing up parts - put me on hold had 2 other people pick up phone when i asked for help with pricing they continued to put me on hold the. i could barely understand the employees they were talking so fast and very short.
