  Absolutely stellar service! Jose R. is a spectacular example of good customer service. He helped me find the best battery for my car and patiently answered all my questions. During the change, he was able to fix an issue with the cable being stuck to the post. He also checked a minor issue with the vehicle to prevent future problems. I am very happy with him and Autozone and will bring them my business in the future.

  Very unprofessional employee's Juan v and the manager orlyn d talking shit about costumer thinking costumer left. Juan v the help he offer was wanting not to help. I won't recommend a store that when you step out manager and employee going to talk crap. Next time make sure your costumer leaves before you start talking about them.

  My mother went to this AutoZone. She wanted to buy a new battery and she had seen that they would install the new one for free. The associate that was there did not have his name tag on. Told her it was too hard to install the new one and just told her he would not do it. So not sure if it was just him or false advertisement.

  I went in to have a battery charged possibly. I was told it would be a couple of hours. I decided to call back and check on the battery, since I didnt receive a call. I was then told that the battery was ready to be picked up and "done." Upon arriving back to the location, the battery seemed to be hard to locate and then I was told the battery was dead and could not be recharged. I found this confusing and very frustrating, and ultimately wished there had been more thorough communication from staff. They also seemed somewhat negligent in the handling and security of the battery and in communication, which made it difficult to trust what I was told by staff.

  After a night of hellish experiences with my vehicle. Little did I know I would bump into my night in shining armor, whose name was Logan B. Quite the ray of sunshine and in no shortage of sheer gigachad energy. He pointed me in the right direction of nearly every product and accessory I needed for my vehicle. He assisted me in extremely elevated my AutoZone experience. I know that there are a few autozones around me, but along with this one being the closest, it's also the best! AutoZone take notes you need genuine people like sir Logan of B. Thank you

  The amount of times I got put on hold is ridiculous. This store is a joke. They seem to care about people inside than people calling for part availability. I call because this store fails in inventory all the time. But since it's the closest store near me i have no other option but to just drive to another parts store half a mile away from 2545 Broadway Blvd.

  Went in for a new battery, and some uneducated women misdiagnosed my truck. She said my alternator was overcharging my battery. So I took it to a mechanic to find out that wasn't the case at all. Now, instead of paying for just a battery now I gotta pay for labor and a battery to a mechanic to change the battery. These people are NOT mechanics and should not be making uneducated guesses costing people money. She doesn't have the mental inclination to make a diagnosis, just diagnonsense.

  Staff is great but they didn't have something as simple as dust covers for my breaks. Little rubber caps. They had everything else from the valves, master cylinder caps. And I went to 3 different ones still none.

  Friendly staff and you just gotta love the free battery testing to go with the "faulty crank house" or whatever it's called when the battery test results come back, which is the reason why your battery won't hold a charge, again, at the same AutoZone when this happened the last time you had a battery when someone, who shall remain nameless, sabotage your battery in two different cars, and now it's happening again in the same two cars!... Got to love going down Memory Lane well sitting in the same parking spot at the same AutoZone as you did last time.

  SIR Robert's the greatest I stopped to get wipers. He helped me look up the parts and get them fast!! Then polite and friendly efficient check out. Before I could he grabs the wipers and installed them for me. It was cold and he saved me the time to finding them and getting them installed. While process maybe 6 mins from in and out. I'll be back if he is there. So nice, thank you again neighbor.
