Angel Diaz was so kind. I was stunned by the extra work he put in to help. He really went out of his way to help me he literally deserves 10 's⭐ If you need anything from this store ask for Angel. Very helpful! Went in to buy break lights and Yobani also thought about checking my fuses and it turned out these were loose. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed fixed correctly. Dec. 29 Went in today for a headlight. I want to give a huge thank you to Logan, AtalA and their store manager for today's service! In 30deg. weather they took the time to check my headlights and collaborate with each other to install the one needed (on my complicated German car) I love this store's culture of service and teamwork!
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. A front desk employee was blatantly rude when I asked a simple question about an item they don’t carry, and then he laughed about it with his coworker. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Atal did a diagnostic on my car and provided great explanation. He advised me to get my alternator checked and even provided me a reliable shop to go to.
Mr. Logan was a fantastic help!! He was very quick, his attention to detail was off the charts, and he was very friendly as well. All auto zones should have people like Logan working there, thank you!!

I went to AutoZone on 78 because I needed a car battery. The guy came out to test it and sure enough I needed one. He looked at my car and told me he couldn’t change it and he will not try. He said he didn’t want to mess anything up. He told me to go to another AutoZone and ask there. I went to AutoZone on Broadway and I explained everything to Angel. Angel who is the manager ( I later found out) looked at my car and told me he could do the change. He was amazing. He was very helpful and friendly. He changed it fast and I was on my way. I’m very happy and had a great experience. Thank you Angel!
I came in to get my battery tested. I had the pleasure of working with Enrique and he was awesome. He also gave some solid advice regarding a fuel cleaner I needed. He seriously went above and beyond in helping me today.

went to the other broadway store and they couldn’t help me change a battery so i decided to come to this one and Atal did it quickly without hesitation

Absolutely stellar service! Jose R. is a spectacular example of good customer service. He helped me find the best battery for my car and patiently answered all my questions. During the change, he was able to fix an issue with the cable being stuck to the post. He also checked a minor issue with the vehicle to prevent future problems. I am very happy with him and Autozone and will bring them my business in the future.
Very unprofessional employee's Juan v and the manager orlyn d talking shit about costumer thinking costumer left. Juan v the help he offer was wanting not to help. I won't recommend a store that when you step out manager and employee going to talk crap. Next time make sure your costumer leaves before you start talking about them.
My mother went to this AutoZone. She wanted to buy a new battery and she had seen that they would install the new one for free. The associate that was there did not have his name tag on. Told her it was too hard to install the new one and just told her he would not do it. So not sure if it was just him or false advertisement.

I went in to have a battery charged possibly. I was told it would be a couple of hours. I decided to call back and check on the battery, since I didnt receive a call. I was then told that the battery was ready to be picked up and "done."
Upon arriving back to the location, the battery seemed to be hard to locate and then I was told the battery was dead and could not be recharged.
I found this confusing and very frustrating, and ultimately wished there had been more thorough communication from staff. They also seemed somewhat negligent in the handling and security of the battery and in communication, which made it difficult to trust what I was told by staff.
Patrick and Team were extremely helpful with putting on a spare tire for my vehicle when I experienced a blow out near their Broadway Location shop. The customer service, patience, and guidance was exceptional. I would come back to this Auto Zone location.
and Google maps asked me how was AutoZone my response I’ve never seen it so damn crowded and I give them all stars. However, the employees seem to be handling the crowd with a smile and professionally I would say I however, just did not want to stand there that long.
After a night of hellish experiences with my vehicle. Little did I know I would bump into my night in shining armor, whose name was Logan B. Quite the ray of sunshine and in no shortage of sheer gigachad energy. He pointed me in the right direction of nearly every product and accessory I needed for my vehicle. He assisted me in extremely elevated my AutoZone experience. I know that there are a few autozones around me, but along with this one being the closest, it's also the best! I just wanted to leave a quick review about the young man who helped me out at this location in Garland today (4/28/24). He was knowledgeable, personable, and I could genuinely tell he was invested in helping me. I wish I had seen his name! These are the types of people companies need to move up to management and beyond!
I stopped to get wipers. He helped me look up the parts and get them fast!! Then polite and friendly efficient check out. Before I could he grabs the wipers and installed them for me. It was cold and he saved me the time to finding them and getting them installed. While process maybe 6 mins from in and out. I'll be back if he is there. So nice, thank you again neighbor.
