Had a GREAT experience with M2! It's never a good day when you need to call a tow truck, but M2 showed up fast, loaded up my truck & even hooked up my cargo trailer! They dropped the trailer at my house & took my truck straight to my mechanic. The driver, Bryan, was also awesome!

He carefully assessed the situation and used wheel dollies to expertly maneuver the car out of the tight space. Then, with incredible precision and effort, he loaded my low-profile Corvette—with its aerodynamic skirting—onto the tow truck without a single scratch or issue.

Bryan is the best! We had a unique project, getting some storage units placed in a really tight spot on our property. Bryan took his time, and made sure they were placed perfectly. He insisted that they be perfectly aligned, and he did it inch by inch. He’s an artist with the truck, and he is determined to do things right. We were blessed to have him on our project.

I was just about to put the spare on, but he jumped out and put it on and finished the job for me. This was a blessing because I was nervous that I would not be able to tighten on the spare properly. I needed a tow back to the dealership from which I bought my car and they suggested M2 Towing. I could not be happier with their service. Reception was polite and empathetic, got someone on the road right away. Seth kept in contact with me the whole time, letting me know he was in traffic even, and the ride to the dealership was smooth. He was very professional and personable. I hope I don't need another tow soon but if I do I know who I'm calling!
Today Junior came to my rescue. He had to get my car out of a difficult location and he managed to figure it out and get me to Chrysler before they closed. Great company. I will use them again!
I just have have Bryan tow my vehicle to the mechanic, he is very good, smart and quick guy, he knows exactly what to do, my control arm and axle for pop out of the vehicle, what he did is very smart, he took the wheel off to not damage the car more, thank you Bryan.
We use M2 for all our towing needs. Bryan helped us tow a ford fusion that the lower control arm fell off at the ball joint. The tow was quick and easy. He was very professional and friendly.
OMG I was sitting at a parking lot in Richardson and BRIAN of all people was behind me and noticed I was having car issues. Being the angel that he is, Brian came and helped me jump my battery. He is a blessing to all of us and I’m glad god put him there to help me. He is truly a man of god and will remember this for the rest of my life.

They arrived on time, helped me get my car (which wouldn't start) out of the garage, put my car on their flatbed truck and drove it directly to the shop with me following. Our church bus had a flat tire on 9/2/23. Bryan came out of his off day on Labor Day and provided us with a great service. He also went above and beyond and tight the bus muffler pipe. He is a person with a great mission! I truly recommend him to anyone from bottom of my heart.
They help me out a year ago with my Chrysler 200 I was in the struggle when I was working with Reliable Chevrolet. I forgot who helped me out but whoever did it was the best. Luckily, I told them where the car was even though I would’ve left the keys but sometimes I don’t trust my neighborhood so they towed it to the dealership I was at work by the time but really good service. I would work with this company.
Bryan and this company were a godsend to us after someone tried to steal our truck from the motel parking lot in Fort Worth! Bryan knew exactly what to do to get our truck started and on the tow truck and kept us updated on its trip to Central Ford who recommended them. Great service!! Great driver!!!
My 80 year old Mom had her car overheat and we had to park the car at home depot. The weather has been so hot - we did not need to wait for them to pick up the car. They told us to leave the key under the passenger mat and they would text/call when they were getting it. The communication was phenomenal and the driver reached out to us to tell us he was bringing the vehicle to the dealer and get the service contact's information. The owner, Andre , contacted me to let me know it was a busy saturday but he would let me know when they arrived at the car and when the car was delivered to the dealer. I have never had such a conscientious towing company take so much care and communicate. HIGHLY recommend. Customer service is incredible!
Andre set us up with a towing representative to get my car to a dealership. The towing guy arrived quickly and was very nice. He handled my car with care and promptly delivered it. I used M2 Towing to transport a military vehicle to and from an airshow we were performing in. Everyone I worked with was top notch and professional. The fee was reasonable, the dispatch (Hector) was easy to work with, and the drivers (Arturo & Jeremy) called ahead and showed up on time for the pick ups. Both drivers secured the heavy truck very well, and I didn't have any concerns about their safety. I will definitely keep M2 on the top of my list for future hauling needs.
This review is a little late, but I wanted to share my experience.
At the beginning of September, Crest Nissan in Frisco recommended M2 Towing, so I called them to tow my vehicle to the dealership. Luke arrived with the flatbed truck I needed and took great care hooking it up and taking my car to the dealership (first pic).
Unfortunately, that dealership visit is when I learned my Nissan 240SX, which I purchased new in the summer of 1995, could no longer be serviced at the dealership mainly due to parts no longer being available from Nissan. The car had always been dealer serviced, so I was in a bad place because the car needed some work due to not being driven as much during lockdown and an unknown gas leak.
Coincidentally, Luke from M2 towing picked my car up and brought it back to my house. I was happy when Luke suggested a possible repair shop for my vehicle. A short time later, Hector from M2 towing called me to ask what kind of work I needed done on the car (Hector is who I spoke with each time I called to arrange a tow). Hector gave me a shop recommendation which sounded exactly like what I needed.
After visiting the shop (World Tech Automotive in Garland), I knew that was the place for me. I had a great experience there and it is thanks to Hector at M2 towing for taking the time to make an unsolicited call to me and help me when I needed it most! Needless to say, I called Hector right back to schedule one more tow for my vehicle to World Tech Automotive (second pic).
I would definitely call M2 Towing again and would recommend them to friends and family.
I was pretty upset about my car breaking down the other day, but the great service of M2 Towing and Matthew Bland was definitely a silver lining. This is the first time I write a review... for anything. I’m lazy and forgetful— a not-so-good combination of bad traits. However, I think I should start leaving reviews when services exceed expectations.
My car needed to be towed to the repair shop. I called M2, and the young man who came to the rescue delivered on the promise of excellent service. His name is Vincent, and I’d like to congratulate M2 for having such a professional as an employee.
Vincent took his time in ensuring there would be no damage to my car, a car that my daughter had given me. It’s a small BMW, and it had been towed 4 weeks earlier by another towing company. At that time, they didn’t use the proper procedure, and the car suffered damage to the control arms. When Vincent came to help me, I didn’t have to ask him about his methods... HE JUST KNEW how to proceed, and let me tell you, HE DELIVERED!!!
My hat’s off to such a professional young man, a person who exhibited great care, patience, and concern, in order to ensure the job was going to be well done.
