I asked if they took steel or bought steel. An old safe. They said they don't take safes due to concrete in the safe. I explained. I extracted most all the sheet rock panels. I said okay, I understand. I then asked if he knew of other steel yards or steel dumps, the guy totally acted like he didn't know of any other steel yard that could help me how a company that's been around that long with so-called friendly people that work there. But have no idea of where to refer somebody or any knowledge of that. Not that they're obligated but they're in the industry. So anyway I would not recommend this particular Steel yard. When business Representatives act aloof in the manner that this particular agent in representative of this company behaved. That diminishes their credibility as a company. That's just my opinion

I only come here to bring my recyclables because the staff is so dang friendly. Helpful and transparent people that aren’t going to treat you like a bother. In a nicer commercial area of Garland as well so much less sketchy than other places! Ask for Collin and Mauricio they’re awesome!
Excellent place! They always help me unload and the lady in the office is always very sweet. This is my go to I’m an overhead door technician so I haul off lots of metal.
Some of these bad reviews are silly. You don’t get much for tin metal at ANY scrap yard. And, it’s a scrap yard… what customer service are you looking for? You pull on the scale, you empty your trailer, you get paid. Simple transaction that doesn’t even really require customer service. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. But it’s close, has fair pricing, and parking is a little tight. Never had a problem there.
Place is fast laid back professional and friendly, and they pay out well, at least when I came it all depends on the market too, I’ll be making this my go to scrap metal company
