Amazing people. The environment is cool and friendly. Not as stressful as a huge dealership and people walking around in suits lying to you lols. They have all types of cars. A lot of good cars that goes vroom and stututu and whoosh lols. And then of course regular 4 cylinders. I got a charger. They worked with my budget, got me an amazing quote for someone my age, with fair credit. Feels like a family every time I go in. Laughs. Just a great time. Great place. Best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had! I live 900 miles away but we were able to work out price and trade and everything over the phone before I drove down. All I had to do was come pick it up! Evelyn was great to work with and communicate with and everyone there was friendly and made it a great experience. And I got my dream truck!

I would like to begin by expressing my deep dissatisfaction with our recent experience. We took our 18-year-old son to Keith McCoy Automotive to purchase his first vehicle, and while our salesperson, Joseph, was professional and pleasant to work with, the overall outcome has been extremely disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
We purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger on December 6, 2025. Shortly after leaving the dealership—while driving home, only 59 miles away—the vehicle broke down. It overheated, shut off completely, and a cloud of smoke began pouring from under the hood. Coolant leaked out of the car, and we were unable to restart it.
It is incredibly frustrating to be in this situation, especially before even making the first payment. We now feel stuck with a vehicle that is essentially unusable. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would never have purchased a car from this dealership.
I also regret not purchasing the 2015 Dodge Charger from Park Place Motorcars Dallas, because if we had, I wouldn’t have had to see the disappointment on my son’s face last night.
We expect this issue to be addressed promptly and appropriately.
I would say below average for a dealership. Response rate was slow for communication. Ask to ship a car told they won’t assist with it at all. Said fine I will go someplace else and was told if they helped would I buy the car and I said yes if they lowered the car price the few hundred to pay for shipping and got back nope we won’t pay for shipping. Didn’t ask you to pay for shipping. Just overall poor communication and customer service.
To add more to this I got emailed today said they would drop the price and ship it. Had my bank send them everything to fill out to transfer the money and was told we won’t sell you the vehicle unless you come look at it. Told them I can’t I’m ok with buying it as is they said fine but we refuse to ship it for you.

This was one of the most deceptive and disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a vehicle from Keith McCoy Automotive under the impression that it was clean, safe, and recently inspected. That turned out to be false.
I wired nearly $26,000 based on promises of a clean title, no damage, no accidents, and recent arrival. I was pressured to send funds before being allowed to review a single document. I was told a $1,500 LoJack system was “mandatory” — which is false — and I was denied inspection or repair documentation despite repeated requests.
When I flew in to finalize the purchase, I discovered shuddering brakes, a severed windshield washer hose, and later found that the horn didn’t work — all things but the horn they claimed were being “fixed.” for nearly 4 hours prior to my departure in their chop shop. Hours after I left, I was alerted by Apple that I was being tracked by an AirTag hidden under my fuse box — directly where LoJack had just been removed. That’s not just unethical. That’s disturbing.
I took the vehicle to a certified Dodge dealership and was told it had over $6,000 in damage — structural and mechanical — indicating it had been in an accident. None of this was disclosed. The dealer offered a full refund if I returned the car, but refused to pay for repairs if I kept it — clearly hoping to resell it without addressing the issues.
If you care about safety, honesty, or being treated like a human being, do not buy from this place. They gamble on your lack of legal knowledge, hide key information, and pressure you to act fast. I wouldn’t trust them with a tire plug, let alone another car.
Buying a car from cities away is nerve-racking. But Joseph truly helped us through the process. We bought our vehicle 100% online. He and his finance team walked us through every step. Joseph was easy to talk to, down to earth and reachable. Those qualities sold us quickly. We're so excited about our vehicle and it arrived better than we imagined. Joseph even followed up the next day and asked us, "what do you think? How do you like it?" When I told him how excited we were, he was genuinely happy for us. It is now march 11th. The car I bought leaked, well flooded inside everytime it rained. After a month of trying to get something figured out. The guy i talked to rudely told me to call the warenty i bought. After doing that the warranty didnt cover anything that had to do with the sun roof and flooding. Called back the lady was nice and told me to bring it up there. But im 2 hours away. And then the electronic system shut down and the car wouldn't go into gear (all before i even ade my 1st payment), and every single warning light was flashing, due to the water coming into the car and getting it wet. I finally got that fixed and ended up having the sunroof drains cleaned out locally and all 4 drains were full of mud and leaf debris, not sure how it was missed that it was leaking so bad. There was no hiding it. Thankfully the issues are resolved now, if i could ever get the mildew smell out. Haven't received my plates and dealer tags are expired. Once again when i call to ask about it they are rude. Cute car, shit customer service. But Jasmine's nice. All the guys have been jerks tho.
