Terrible experience. we agreed on price then they added 2 thousand for warranty and 1500 dollars dealership fees which made the car more pricy and had to go somewhere else get a car with only agreed price with no dealership fee and warranty fee. They have nice cars …but be careful with added fees on final price

My experience with Keith McCoy Auto has been nothing short of exhausting and disappointing. I was sold a vehicle with a warranty that, for various reasons, I decided to cancel—not an unusual request, and one that should be handled professionally and promptly. Instead, I’ve been met with silence, excuses, and outright avoidance. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, Keith McCoy Auto has refused to send out the required warranty cancellation letter—a document they are contractually obligated to provide. Without it, I can’t move forward with the cancellation or receive the refund I’m entitled to. It feels like they’re intentionally stalling, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. This isn’t just a small oversight—this is a blatant refusal to honor part of our agreement. And the lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating. I’ve been left in the dark for weeks, with no timeline, no accountability, and no resolution in sight. I went into this purchase in good faith, expecting a level of professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. Once the sale was completed, it felt like my concerns didn’t matter anymore. If you're thinking about buying a car from Keith McCoy Auto, ask yourself what kind of support you'll get after the sale—because based on my experience, the answer is: none. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Drove 1 hour with traffic just to get there! And another hour back!. Just so they can tell me they want a bigger down payment after getting approved from the bank!. Huge disappointment. Really loved the car and could pay it off no problem. They could have just told me that over the damn phone. Even after doing the online application.

EDITED 9/3 Peter called my husband asking him to get me to remove my review, Peter told him that I used nasty language and was hurting his employment. While I don’t know the state of his employment I never used any nasty language in my review. Again another example of the dishonesty of this place. Please do not contact us again. I was out car shopping with my husband this weekend and found this place because they had a car listed on CARFAX that we were interested in. We called ahead to make sure they still had the car before we made the trip and Peter answered and said the car was going to sell so to come in quickly. We made it there looked at the car, the car needed an alignment, there were tears in the drivers seat and the car reeked of the previous owners bad habits. Peter assured us they could fix the odor, repair the seat and give the vehicle an alignment. We sat down to talk numbers and that’s when they hit you with the extra $1500 on top of the sale price because they are a wholesaler and give you the whole lecture. Not only that then he claims that the bank won’t allow them to sell the car at the actual listed price so he came back with an ever higher number. At first Peter seems very kind but when you start to question him his demeanor changes. This company seems very predatory and dishonest. You also are not a priority as a customer, Peter was bouncing between us and a few more people in an open room where other customers can hear all your business and your entire car deal. I’ve never experienced anything like that buying a car before. The longer we waited on Peter helping other people while we were literally sitting in the chairs at his desk the more turned off about the experience we got. Now reading all these reviews I know we dodged a bullet not buying here, now I also know why they make you sign a form stating you won’t sue them. Over heard that in someone else’s car deal that was happening in this room. We went else where and purchased a way better car with a better interest rate and no predatory pricing. Do not waste your time here.

Jasmine was great to work with! She was overly communicative and helpful. They fixed some minor issues with the vehicle for us before purchase. *Edit to say two of the four issues we verbally agreed on were not taken care of. One they said they would mail to us, but the second they said was done and wasn’t. Make sure you look at the car before signing paperwork! Their mechanic stood with me and called for a replacement piece, but I don’t technically have a guarantee that either item will make it to me now. I will update again in a few months if we’ve receive the items or not. I just drove off the lot and thankfully so far the vehicle is running well! It had barely any gas, which I wasn’t expecting, but maybe that’s normal for a smaller dealership like this. **August 2025 Edit: We've had to do about $4500 worth of work on our vehicle, and none was covered by the warranty they sold us. I had to reach back out to them about getting the plates to us because our temporary plate expired. They said that the process for them to order plates had changed and made it harder for them, which seems really odd and I suspect they somehow forgot. During our texting about the plates, they did ask about the parts they still owed us and I reminded them what they were. The plates did end up arriving to us a few days after I reached out, but only one of the repair items was included. I'm hoping I get the last piece, and that we're done with repairs.

Nino Parco, was amazing. We got there and he let us test drive and we quickly finished everything and got into our vehicle. He is friendly and answered all our questions. Definitely will go back, when we need another vehicle. Quick, friendly, helpful.

Had a truck I found online. Was in the process of setting up a test drive and possibly purchasing the truck. Was dealing with Peter and Peter’s people skills is not the best. If you want to sell to someone might want to change your attitude and not be rude. Will not ever consider this dealership again.

Just bought my second car with Keith Automotive. I did everything online without physically seeing the car until I went to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, I was not happy with some of the physical features on the car but Nino and the owner did everything to ensure I was happy with the car. They are repairing the damage that I wasn’t happy with to make sure I left satisfied and even are giving me a loaner car to take until my car was done. I truly appreciate them working so hard to keep and my family as loyal customers.

This place was awesome at helping me find my first official car to buy on my own!!! They walked me through every single step of the process and were very transparent with the costs. Peter was very informative and gave me the best deal possible for the car I eventually settled on in the lot. This place has a large variety of vehicles. The car we wanted to buy was not as described. It was pretty obvious the car had been in a wreck. It had interior and exterior damage. There was very little customer service if there was any. Their prices are somewhat fair. The car we wanted was overpriced considering the windows would not go up after bringing it down. Let's just say, that place seemed shady. They may be good for others but not for my family.

The hospitality is the absolute best I've ever seen at any dealership. We were greeted with smiles and good attitudes as soon as we walked through the door. Our deal went longer than expected with some ups and downs, but it was their #1 priority to keep us going and find the best deal. We ended up walking out of the door with 100 dollars off from what we intended to spend.

Nino was amazing and relaxed. I can't stand a pushy salesman. He gave us space let me make my own decision. Didn't try to sell me on something i didn't need. Any issues i had on the vehicle he had his guys fix right away. Nino made sure i was happy with my purchase. I also bought my daughter's car a year ago through Jasmine who was also super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this dealership. This is a used car dealership remember there may be dings or scuffs but you are getting a good car at a good price with great service

Worst experience ever. The vehicle I bought ended up having so many problems after we purchased and drove off the lot. We tried to return it and they wouldn’t due to contract. That was our mistake taking for granted it was a decent automobile which usually gets inspected. They said they would correct some of the issues, but we live so far away we had to pay a transportation service to get it there. Several weeks later still wasn’t done. So we decide to take it back. Several other issues came up not related to the ones they were going to fix. As of current we have spent $2k on repairs and I see other problems coming up. I would spend several thousand dollars more at a reputable dealer. Don’t waste your money. This story is way longer and has more twists and turns so this is the nutshell version.

Jasmine was GREAT today in helping us purchase my daughters Jeep Compass It is now march 11th. The car I bought leaked, well flooded inside everytime it rained. After a month of trying to get something figured out. The guy i talked to rudely told me to call the warenty i bought. After doing that the warranty didnt cover anything that had to do with the sun roof and flooding. Called back the lady was nice and told me to bring it up there. But im 2 hours away. And then the electronic system shut down and the car wouldn't go into gear (all before i even ade my 1st payment), and every single warning light was flashing, due to the water coming into the car and getting it wet. I finally got that fixed and ended up having the sunroof drains cleaned out locally and all 4 drains were full of mud and leaf debris, not sure how it was missed that it was leaking so bad. There was no hiding it. Thankfully the issues are resolved now, if i could ever get the mildew smell out. Haven't received my plates and dealer tags are expired. Once again when i call to ask about it they are rude. Cute car, shit customer service. But Jasmine's nice. All the guys have been jerks tho.

Drove an hour and a half to come to this dealership, because they seem to have good deals online. The people in the office are nice enough, but they are understaffed. So I had to do my own shopping. Only went into the office so they could grab keys for cars for me to look at, but had to sit and wait for other shoppers each time I went back in. The first car I came to look at was riddled with hail damage that you can't see in the pics, and the inside smelt like cigarettes. When I brought this up in the office they said, "It smells like cigarettes? I'm gonna have to talk with the mechanics." As in "the mechanics are smoking in the cars while working on them, and they know they're not supposed to." I didn't even put it in gear cause it just smelt and looked so bad lol The second car I wanted to check out didn't even have gas in it. Literally said "Range = 0" on the dash. I'm surprised it even cranked up! They told me they'd have someone put gas in it in a little bit, and asked if there was another car I wanted to check out. So I checked out this little Kia Soul. It smelt like cat piss, and had some decent scratches on the paint like someone hit it with some sand paper. Drove fine though. So I was kind of interested. Went back to the office to see if they had put gas in the other car yet. They hadn't. Then they told me the mechanic was done looking over my car and asked me what I wanted for my trade in. So I told them. Then they told me their offer. I was so offended by how low it was I just asked for my keys back and left. I was thinking' "Well at least my car is cleaner than it's been in a long time since I spent all weekend cleaning it." Just to walk out to my car and see a giant loogie going down the side of it; from where the mechanic who test drove it decided to spit out of my window while driving down the street. Absolutely amazing! tl;dr Office is hectic and short staffed. Mechanic shop is a mess and I wouldn't trust the cars they work on.
