Been coming to encore for about 13 yrs. They seem to always have the best prices around town. Guys working outside are fast and courteous when u drop your stuff off and quick to help you unload. I spoke to Spencer when I called in for pricing and he was courteous and very helpful as well.
With these guys paying top dollar for every metal you have in the DFW area, they move heavyweight. They get customers in and out with efficiency and speed! I've never had an issue here with pricing, payment, or weight discrepancy. This is definitely one of the best places to take any metal you have! I will always come to encore recycling because for the last 15 years, they have treated me like family. Very nice, faithful in the office lovely music. And it feels good when it's hot outside!
They treated me like stole the window unit . No it was not stolen . Nit picked the aluminum scrap had very minimal paint on a few pieces. I will never go to Encore again . Such low life how I was treated there . Very unprofessional. No good for nothing workers
