October 2024 Visited here for many years. They maintain a high standard on the way they operate. Someone directed the in and out traffic dealing with different kinds of customers. The interior and exterior of the facilities was organized and this a never ending yet dangerous process. The whole experience was efficient and effective. Great job for keeping “trash” valuable and the “mess” in order.
The prices were very fair, but the entire process was confusing. You had idea where the entrance or exits were. The exit had a very tiny no entry sign. Secondly, there is no way to know what the weight of your load was until a tenant gives you a slip of paper with a number on it, so you really don’t know if you are getting a fair weight. Lastly, unless you have been there for, you don’t know where to exchange your weight ticket for cash because the entry door wasn’t clearly marked. Nonetheless, I will be back.
Been coming to encore for about 13 yrs. They seem to always have the best prices around town. Guys working outside are fast and courteous when u drop your stuff off and quick to help you unload. I spoke to Spencer when I called in for pricing and he was courteous and very helpful as well.
