They were excellent when my car broke down, Fellow Towing. Their staff is really friendly. They quickly determined the problem and arranged for my car to be transported to the closest repair shop. They have my sincere gratitude for their quick support.
We had to wait 1:30 minutes for the tow truck to arrive, they gave us a quote and charged us more money than what was agreed upon, I do not recommend this tow truck service to anyone.
Very bad service, I called them an hour later and they told me that they were going to charge me 164 and that they were going to arrive in half an hour, they arrived an hour and a half later and charged me 234 for the hour, when they were the ones to blame for taking an hour and a half
These dudes were seriously amazing when my bike broke down. They totally knew the way to deal with towing a motorcycle while making certain it arrived safely. I was totally blown away by how much they knew and how carefully they paid attention to every little thing. I'd totally recommend their awesome motorcycle towing service!

I had a tire that blew out on my way to work. I didn’t know what happened until I got to work and checked my vehicle. I was so disheveled when I saw it and I literally couldn’t think straight. A coworker told me to check with the towing company in our building. I rang the office doorbell and a gentleman named Issac greeted me with a smile. He asked how he could help me and while I was explaining, I noticed that he did something that is so rare these days. He made eye contact and most importantly, he listened attentively. He had such a calming demeanor that as we spoke, the anxiety I had soon disappeared. Isaac had a phone in his hand but he only used it to gather information and he was never distracted. He was ready, immediately, to go outside; in the triple digit heat to change my tire. Isaac was very professional and he explained what he needed to do first and took my contact information. He came to my office and we went outside. He had a gentleman named Chris who assisted him. Chris answered my questions and even pulled the flat tire out of my trunk to show me what happened. I can not say enough about how kind and professional these two guys were. Isaac told me that I needed to go up the street and get some air for the spare. Then he even went the extra mile and used an air pump to inflate the donut tire. They worked as a team and changed my tire in little to no time! A company is only as good as the people they employ. Isaac and Chris were such a blessing to me. And you can’t beat that, in my book.
