Extremely unprofessional we called asked for a tow was told and hour 3 hours ago every time we call they say the driver will be there in 20 minutes it’s been 3 hours don’t use this company they suck

As other reviews have stated, this company will leave you stranded for hours and just never show. They started forwarding my calls after a few times trying to get an update.
Left my wife and young son stranded on the side of Interstate 20 for more than 3 hours after originally saying they would be there in 1.5 hours. Finally let her know that they just weren't coming at all. Didn't offer to help her find another towing company to cover down for them.
The tow truck driver is supposed to be the last person you would think would let you down.
They sell engines and say they have xxx miles on them but will not give Vin number of vehicle to verify what carfax shows as last reported mileage. Very Scammy…
BEWARE
This place sells cars and parts that are STOLEN! I know because they bought my car from someone that claimed to own it and even after I let them know it was my car and that it was stolen and that I had reported it to the Balch Springs police department Echo still would not return my car or my belongings. Between the car and all my new parts, the labor and everything in the car I am out about 3500 bucks. I am chronically ill and am now on foot trying to get to doctors apts and the grocery store.
