Beware they are on the police pay roll the cop will pull you over impound your vehicle a block from the yard write no tickets give no paperwork just a business card from the tow company he already had in his pocket. Then they will charge 350 for a half mi tow. They make there 250 he makes 100 im filling a complaint with the city to see if he even put the traffic stop in the system. Shady shady company stay away
They were so nice and caring. My car was sent there from being burnt and they were so nice to me when I went in to get my things out of the car. Great customer service and thanks for being so kind and educating me on not having to relinquish my car.
These guys are total professionals. They are ethical and honest. My truck had all my belongings including my iPhone that I need for work. Tow truckers are known for stealing your belongings, any cash, items, even sound systems. My truck had everything in it. I highly recommend them.
The lady working the front was so helpful and nice. Most places like this clerks are rude and difficult. Thank you for extending excellent customer service.

The times I have had to come into contact with this company we're very unpleasant. It seems that they'll keep finding conditions so that either you become unable to afford the bill or there is something that becomes unobtainable. Hopefully will never have to deal with Tyler Boy again.
Had to clean out our totalled car, they helped us legally break into it, let us do what we needed to. Very nice and helpful group of people! Even gave us condolence on our car!

My car ran out of gas sun morning , this company picked it up Sunday night! No orange sticker or nothing! Aaa looked for my car for sun & Mon , when I called to report my car stolen the police said they took my car from Forney to balch springs! It was $300 ! They wouldn’t even work with me! & the key is in the car under the seat for Aaa to have come get me & the car ! This should be illegal! Just bought the car 6 days ago
Better than the last time I had to collect a car from them, but my opinion is they should've never towed my car from a driveway without my permission... it's FAR FROM BEING A REPO
I come to pick up my cat cause all I know it's there and I need to get it out for $250. Tge thing they didn't mention that it was wrecked due to a car hitting it when I left it for less than a day in the service lane due to 2 flat tires cause I had drove over something that I didn't see.
Dispatched by Hertz to pick up a stalled rental at 3:15 pm. Hertz roadside assist said they “expedited” it so the driver should be there in minutes. 1 hr and 45 min later they still weren’t there so I got a ride home. At 8pm the wrecker service called me to ask where the car was because they were in the Home Depot lot and couldn’t find the car, adding “Well, if you left it there 4 hours ago with the keys in it it’s probably long gone”…..But, you see, it was NOT in the Home Depot lot (and never had been), it was in the Office Depot lot where it had been for 5 hours. Mercy. Glad I didn’t wait for their expedited service.
Probably the friendliest tow company ive encountered!! Answered all questions for me, no hassles and was understanding and even sympathetic to my situation. Id gour car gets towed, pray the towing gods take it here!
Saved the Day!! My mother was stranded in rush hour and another service stiffed us after 2 hrs of waiting. Now at 8:30pm we find they aren't coming at all. Called Tyler Boy and they were there within the hour and even took the long haul to tow her from Dallas to Mabank. I'm putting this service in my wallet. Very trustworthy and did us a great service. A+++
Staff was helpful and as kind as one could be in that line of work. I'm sure they've seen and heard it all and even had a few try some fast one's on them. But I was able to get my belongings and take pictures even before my adjuster had made it out there. I noticed that some how the back windows were rolled down for some reason when they were loading it up on the wrecker at the scene of the accident. I had so much going on at that time the last thing i was worried about was the window broken down and if it were to rain then what? But however I was under the impression that it was a total loss so what would it end up mattering anyways? Well when i went out there to take pictures of the car I saw that they had taken measures to tape off the windows to prevent water getting inside my vehicle. I was impressed that they took the time to do that. Especially as it turns out it may not be a total loss after all. They were professional, courtesy and did a fine job.
Took them almost a month to notify me that they had my car. By then it was too much to get it back. Everything in my car was stolen. Tools,clothes,everything with no explanation or compensation
The towing man was very Professional. He got there in a timely manner and was very patient. Excellent customer service. I needed to pick up someone and He didn’t mind waiting untill I got back.
My truck ran out of fuel as I was pulling into the back of the station. I was blessed that Eddie was finishing fueling the beautiful Peterbilt he was driving. He was generous enough to hook up to my truck and pull me the few hundred feet I had left to get to the pumps and didn't ask me for a penny, when I asked him what I owed him. Hire these folks. By Eddie's representation, they're good people who would treat their customers right. Plus, their equipment is top-notch.
I had to use this Wrecker Service twice in two days, and both times the driver was courteous took care of my vehicle well and make sure everything was good I really appreciate them.
The office really need to get new customer service! Very rude employee at window, the lady that wears glasses has 0 customer service and is very rude! Please owners of this facility be aware of your workers! And hire good custom service people only!
Tyler boys are crooks. They tow for balch springs police dept. Which we all know is a powertripping farce of a force. They illegally tow and steal from the vehicles they tow. I wouldn't reccommend them for anything except the gong show. The service stinks the employees are rude and unhelpful.
These people are rude as all get out. My van was towed and had a damaged bumper, well the decided to do more damage to the 1/4 panel...I was missing 2 nail guns and a small air compressor and they claim it wasn't on the inventory list. I asked what's on your inventory list and they said "loose paperwork and front end damage"... Over $200 to get the can out and they had it for less than 12 hours. Pray these people don't get a hold of any of your vehicles....CROOKED!!
These guys have skill and can handle even the most difficult of situations. Adrian Fowler was able to work miracles and get my car out after a blow out caused damaged to the entire wheel and axel and locked up he transmission. Made it in a timely manner and handled himself like a pro. I wouldn’t call anyone else and have his number in speed dial in case of emergency. Highly recommend this guy!!!
They don't even deserve a single star. Not sure if this company is owned by the same original owner anymore. I've used this company for over 25 years or more through Murdock and Sons Automotive- the most honest mechanic in Texas and the last two times I've called TYLER BOYS when they were busy I was treated so rudely and hung up on. I've decided to never go back. My family owns a first generation muscle car shop in Wylie, TX and my entire family is well know across the Metroplex in the car industry through Snap On and several dealerships locally. These jerks quoted me $250.00 a week ago for a tow from Rowlett toArlington and the lady answering the phone that I was talking who put me on hold to get a quote - comes back because she thinks I hung up due to impatience - all the while it's the owner who hung up on me because he couldn't hear me. She comes back and quotes me $475.00. So that's how it goes folks! Not as though I didn't see it coming but I can assure you I will do my part to exercise my right as a buyer to make it known - how poorly I was treated. TYLER BOYS towing service cannot handle too much business or they have to be rude to their existing customers and apparently 25 years of using them isn't enough to be treated with respect. Now Ik everyone dislikes wreckers workers but they need to eat to. As soon as you pay your fine they take care of you with a smile! A guy g there even helped me out I do thank you jux goes to show expect the unexpected!!!
Well, they were friendly enough at first. When they got to my car, they couldn't find it so he called. In the background my husband said "if I go up there and its there....." He was going to finish with he expected a discount but the driver started talking and said "I'm $150 sure and I don't give a damn if he gets mad or not, good luck finding your car" and hung up. My husband gets a ride up there and the car is sitting right where we left it. I called the service back and politely told the woman who answered the phone that the car was there and asked if I could have the lower price since there would he a key available. She said no and was going to charge me the whole 150 becuse they would have to come out there. I explained that it wasn't my fault they didn't see the car and that they left and explained how rude the driver was. The response I got was being hung up on. That's it and the whole ordeal took two hours. I went with Big Bass, so far they have been really nice and helpful. I recommend them.
The guys over at Tyler Boy Wrecker service are second to none. I recently had the opportunity to review the reviews for this company and all but one review had something in common. This wrecker service is an I.M. company that specializes in local municipalities which encompasses police imponds and non-consent tows. With that being said most of these reviews are from someones vehicle getting taken from them for breaking the law.
Nrver call this tucks,the prices are bad, my truck broke down 8 minutes from my house and I call them ,they want to charge me $ 180 dollars ,and I call them because they were the nearest trucks they were 5 minutes from my truck. THAT'S RIDICULOUS NEVER CALL THEM, so I call different company from downtown dallas ,probably 20 minutes away and they just charge me $$$$ 80. DOLLARS

After about 30-45 minutes of calling tow companies that had 4-6 hours ETA, I finally found this place. I was so relieved to hear that they could take care of it in less than the 4-6 hours other places had told me! However, while speaking to the male on the phone, he kept huffing and puffing impatiently as I gave him the information required. He asked me if I knew the exact location of the vehicle (which I didn't because it was a company vehicle and I wasn't on site so only had an estimate location), I told him the two main intersections he said "uh, so you don't know the exact location?" and then laughed sarcastically. He then requested the vehicle information and I told him to give me a sec while I pulled up the info (we have several company vehicles so I needed to double check the one that needed to be picked up as I also had 4 other tabs open on my work screen). I hadn't even had him on hold for a minute and he quickly said "What's your call back number?" as if trying to rush me off the phone. He was extremely rude the whole time we spoke when finally I asked him "I'm sorry sir, is this even business you want? Because I am a customer and you are being extremely rude to me." Between his teeth he said "uh, I just need the information." so I proceeded to say "I understand that sir, and I also just need to be taken care of as your customer." He then had the nerve to say "you know what, find somebody else to pick up your car." and hung up. I was appalled that anyone can treat a customer that way. I am not a person to typically write reviews but this experience definitely deserved a negative one. It is so sad to know that there are people out there who get PAID to do what they do, yet still feel as if they are just doing the customer a favor. The towing fee was not going to be cheap at all but it was something we were willing to pay as long as we got appropriate service. I would definitely not recommend this place, ever.
