Who ever made it a policy to require the receipt and only the original receipt to process your core , needs to rode hard and put away wet. Making that mandatory with no recourse on researching that original invoice through a database, is poor planning and a little bit of laziness. A lot of us need that core charge back because it’s a need not a want, so now I’ll be falling behind this week and going without the day before payday. Thanks guys
Bobby needs a day off or more customer service training.. He is very slow, I wasn’t greeted at all. He seemed annoyed when I asked for a bag and receipt..Not a good look for the company.
This is a true auto part store for the quality first minded mechanics. They offer all the OE brands , I have yet to buy a house brand. Lots of choices, domestic and Imports. I enjoy shopping with XL .
I had called in advance to see if they had the parts I need. To which they told me I would have to order them and have them shipped to this location, but I would have to go in and pay first, which was fine. I went 20 minutes before closing on a Wednesday, I understand it's the end of the day ready to go home, customer service is not always that great. Then I returned that follow Saturday at noon. HORRIBLE customer service!! I entered the center and no good afternoon or we'll be with you in just a minute. I stood there for approximately 6 minutes without being acknowledged. While the three people behind the counter talked amongst themselves. For the most part I would get most of my part here, but I think that may change.
Not a customer service orientated place employees considered rude, will try to make purchases elsewhere in the future. Would rate zero stars if possible
I have been doing business with these guys since it was called US Parts back 27 years ago or so. I only talked to Ed for 20 something years, and when he moved on I got hooked up with Mary in Spring, and she has always done a great job for me!
Standup guys, I remember them eating a bunch of US Parts warranty parts when they didn't have to.
Feb 8 2019 just came into the store over off 2920 about a fitting, the guy didnt check anything looked at me like deer in headlights said ( naaa we dont have anything). Just my experience.
Horrible service. I called about a tail light, they had it I needed it went to go get it, got there before 5 on a Saturday and they said they were closed and wouldn't help me
This place is ridicules!!! If you don't have your receipt you can't exchange anything under warranty... they have their accounts all messed up and are so rude and not willing to "make the customer happy".. we've used this place for years and now they could care less.. I think they delete accounts so they can get your money...
Staff sucks. They don't really know anything about cars or car parts for that matter. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't buy anything from here if it was the last place on earth
