  it was a great experience. very easy to contact the company and free of charge! my only suggestion would be to stick to the schedule more, there were several instances that we had to cancel because the office had already closed, and when they did finally come it was after the time that they said they would be there.

  The crew that were sent to pick up were very professional. They made sure to clean up behind them and left plenty of gaylord boxes for future use like we asked. Excellent company!!!!!
