I scheduled with this company a day before needing service. I was given a window for arrival between 8-10am. They did not arrive or call to communicate that they would be late. I called them at 10 to ask for an eta told I would get one shortly. Waited another 30 mins, did not hear back. I called again, was told they would arrive within the next 45 mins. I waited, they did not arrive. I called a third time and was told they are still another 25 mins away. Not only did they not show up or give an accurate time, they did not pick up their phone once to notify me they were running behind.
I did not know how I was going to dispose of old mattress called around for quotes. It was unbelievable what other companies were charging. These guys had a reasonable rate and communicated availability and kept me updated on their status. Very professional

They came out yesterday and cleared out some scrap metal, barb wire, and wood that was left over at a property we purchased. They were both extremely nice and worked very hard even into the dark. Got everything done that we wanted and were very affordable. We would definitely use them again!

Mr Bongo’s crew was professional and punctual. They did an awesome job, loaded up everything quickly and efficiently. Then swept up and organized the garage before leaving. I highly recommend them. Also they were way cheaper than 1800 got junk and junk king.
