Update: Picked up my truck this weekend. Tuckers did do a thorough job of addressing the issues associated with my truck. They missed the wheel speed sensors but they accommodated my picking up the truck during non-business hours and the owner was kind. The bill was about what I guessed but it would have been great to have a heads up with a price range at least. You do have to follow-up regularly. They may call you when your vehicle is done, but you will have to call them for updates.
Original: Really want to give these guys a good review but between the lack of communication and length of time to figure out a fix, it is really difficult. Several times I have been told I would receive a call back and did not. My rig has been at this shop for 3 weeks and still no update on when it will be done or what the total bill might be. Really unnerving. Hoping for a positive outcome and will update my review once this situation is resolved.
I had a blowout half a mile down from this shop. I had a spare but my lug nuts were stripped, I called Mr Tuckers shop and he brought his tools down to assist me when he didn’t have to..Thanks again sir
Just had an accident on the highway and these folks helped us remove the broken mirror. Tucker and his men were super helpful and nice. Thankful for them as we can get on the road safely.
Aaron and his dad are amazing in every way. Aaron is the most caring and respectable mechanic I have ever met. This man went above and beyond his job to help me with vehicle issues. Highly recommended!
Oh my goodness!!! I can't recommend this place enough!!! I didn't have an appointment, and just wanted to see if they could fix the problem I had. I drove my vehicle up there, and within less than half an hour, they had me back on the road knowing that I had a new go to mechanic. Close to home, super nice, and not out to rip anyone off!!! I would recommend them to anyone, anytime!
I had to bring my car here because of a problem it was having. They took the time to look everything over and take care of it. They didn't push unnecessary repairs or just change parts to temporarily fix the problem. They did the job right.
They do alot of work and stay busy, but they kept me up to date on everything and I didn't have to wait for an unreasonable time for things to be taken care of.
