The worst place to look for auto parts. You can't go in and look for the things you need, you have to call and a grumpy lady is gonna tell you if they have the part or not.
I just happen to call on a day they were closed but yet answered. Very helpful. I'm calling back shortly to find out if they have what I need. And it seems to me all you folks that have issues with them, you are most likely the problem. And I'm willing to bet you voted for Biden, you know what they say about idiots birds of a feather will vote for each other.
I pulled into this establishment and was instantly greeted to see what I was in need of, I was in and out in less than five minutes!! Can home put in the part and I’m up and running again!!!! Definitely will use them again⭐️✨?
Called if they have parts for my Toyota sienna 2007 and right away they don't have..? How would you know if you don't have and right away say if you not check on your computer if you have or not?.. They don't have all parts, This Salvage part should be salvage down..
RUN RUN RUN AWAY they will screw you over I paid for a rebuild transmission. Went to pick it up and it barely made ir 10 miles home

The Rags was very helpful. Even though they didn't have want I need it. They took the time off office hours to help with what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Auto Service granted to be satisfied.
I've gone to RAGs my whole life my whole family uses them for any of our needs, we don't pay for brand new parts if waa e don't have to, ant savings are good savings, they are kind and friendly people.
I been coming here since I was 16 and I'm 23 now today I was in there and they let me use there tire machine with no cost and there mechanic Carlos he is always there to help me out with any question I have and any help I need to get the job done they are always good with working with me on price and if I dont have all the money up frount they will put it aside for me until I can pay it off Ron and his wife are always fun and friendly I go in there some time to just sit and listen to all there stores they treat me like family
Amazing place to go to get just about everything that you need. I have got everything I need for my truck from here and more. Thanks to them my truck will probably up and driving today. I went and picked up a transmission. I went to put it in and it did not work it. On the receipt they gave me said it had a 30 day warranty. We only had it for about a week in a half. I went to take it back and they said it was broke, that we broke it. And they would not give us the money we paid about $300 for it. And it didn't even work. And to top it off the women there was blocking our only exit out and she would not move. Very rude and disrespectful will never be coming back here again.
Rating 2 just for the large selection of cars and parts however, customer service, a joke, it's a large back yard junk dealer, won't even accept credit cards, cash only, they don't dicker over parts, it is what it is, no bargans or discounts. The movie Deliverance comes to mind when meeting staff.
I have never been treated so rudely and disrespected as a potential customer. I immediately turned around to return to my truck to leave. She said they were the only Salvage yard this side of Dallas trying to get me to stay. I went 15minutes down the highway and found what I needed with far better customer service.
I have been through multiples of cars in the 2 years I have lived in Cooke county, whether it be for myself or for fixing and selling. Raggs has been my number 1 go to place for all the parts that would normally cost an arm and leg at autopart stores.
