Standard O'Reilly's experience for the most part. We tried calling ahead to ensure some Holley carburetor parts were in stock. The employee said there were none in store, but she could order some. I drove to the store and found the carburetor gaskets, power valve and needle and seat within a minute of walking in the door. I guess if the employee cannot stand at a computer and see it, it would just sit on a shelf forever. Same lady that said the parts were special order walked past everything I needed to ring me up... Everyone here is very helpful, very professional and very friendly. They are knowledgeable and have assisted me and my son many times to find the things that we need when we were not sure what we needed. Also, they have come out and change my battery for me and change my wipers for me and they always look up in their computer and tell me exactly what I need for my car when I have no idea otherwise. Really great place!
The business is a nice place. Hats galore whichever direction you look. Sad thing is. No saddles and no saddle repairs as advertised. Boot repair still operating. Personnel are good folks. Very helpful.
Store was slow but both employees were very helpful and got me squared away fast. Even came out to help me change my windshield wiper blades. Very polite and friendly.
That woman fixed my battery! It sparked at her, and she didn't even flinch! Very nice. Very professional and helpful. I'd just taken my son to the ER....Did not need car troubles! Thanks to the Security Guard at the Hospital, and O'Reillys "Mechanigirl," all I had to worry about was ALL I NEEDED TO WORRY ABOUT!
We bought the Ball for a Ball Mount Assembly, but we didn't know how to put it in correctly. Brian was very courteous, and helpful. Thank you Brian !!

Car broke down and it literally limped over to O'Reilly's. The gentleman helping me out was very calm and very helpful. Came out and assisted with the checking of my alternator and battery. Great staff
Called trying to locate a part for an ATV and spoke with Delana (hope I spelled it correctly). She was so helpful!! They did not have the part but she went the extra mile 💗😎. Kudos... that keeps people coming back... and I was calling long distance... if I lived there this would be my parts store!!
