My pickup broke down and I called them for a towing service. The lady answered the call was very unpleasant and rude. So, I had called the different towing company and not only they charged me 200$ less than what she quoted, he was very polite and professional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I couldn’t recommend anyone else! We needed very difficult help loading a truck on a trailer and he never gave up, always thought of a different idea to get it on there! And made sure we didn’t need somewhere to stay tonight. The lady with him was just as good too! What a great team ❤️
These people spent their time and equipment to help a complete stranger this weekend set a headstone and would not take money for their effort. God bless these wonderful people.

They made sure they called my wife when I lost my phone in the wreck to let her knw that I was okay. and then they made sure I got to a motel safely so that I could wind down ,get something to eat and get some rest. My son was rear-ended and Willis towed my son's vehicle from Dublin to Comanche, as it was not drivable. The driver was speedy in getting there and quick to send my son and his pregnant fiancé on their way, getting them off the side of the road. The following business day, they allowed me to come out and photograph the vehicle and even went back out for me to take some angles I had neglected to get myself (in the pouring down rain I might add). They also offered to help me contact the responsible party's insurance company because I was having problems getting anyone to answer my calls.
Good guy, I had locked my keys in my car at the conscience store and was trying to get it unlocked, I heard from behind me, you need some help? And about 2 seconds later my car was unlocked with no charge
On Thursday June 8th 2023 my Husband who is a Truckdriver/ owner operator found himself with dead batteries at the Alone Truck stop in Comanche Texas right next door to Willis Towing. he contacted Cody Willis who came over right away and helped jumpstart His Volvo Semi, saved my Husband from loosing a valuable load he was supposed to pick up. This saved us a financial loss,
Cody did not charge us anything for jump starting my husband Jim's Truck , as he explained he was just right next door and felt that it would not have been right to charge.

I called Willis Towing during the last winter storm when I got stuck halfway up a hill on a county road. They responded quickly even in the bad weather conditions. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Willis Towing.
We hit a deer while traveling for the holidays far from home and far from our destination. Not only did they show up quickly to tow my car, but they went FAR above and beyond to help us. They went and got their personal vehicle and loaded us, our consideration amount of items AND my dog into their own car and went WITH us while we found a hotel that would take us (they had to take us to more than one!) They were SO kind and SO friendly and SO helpful.... FAR FAR beyond the "work" they were getting paid for. They made us feel like family. To say I'm grateful is an extreme understatement. Thank you so so much.
I recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Service and kindness like this is very rare. Id give them 20 stars if I could.
This place is a joke! I had a flat tire just outside of town (like 3 miles outside of town) and being a woman I wasn't exactly sure I could jack the car up and get my spare on correctly so I called this place for assistance. The guy showed up farely quickly since I was only right outside of town. I had already gotten my spare out so all he had to do was take off the old tire and put the spare on which he did. He was there about 15 minutes total and charged me $150. Ridiculous!!! I will never use or recommend this over priced money hungry business to anyone.
A truly fantastic company! They saved our weekend. Hit a deer on the way home from the lake and they were quick to get us picked up and on our way. The driver was fast and courteous, and they gave us a lift home. Everybody got home safe and sound and my son was thrilled to ride in the wrecker! Honestly, a great hometown business that truly cares about people.
Demand a price before service!! Charged me $400 to tow 2 door coupe approx 10 miles for a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. I anticipated a high charge because Comanche is approx 25-30 miles from where I had the flat tire in Brownwood, but the owner or manager that scheduler that i talked with did not mention this VERY high service fee, he just told me they would add 3.5% for credit card payment. Once the tow truck had my car at Walmart for tire repair, the driver told me the charge was $400 (funny that flat rate musta included the 3.5% credit card fee). Walmart repaired the tire for $15 and Willis Towing made $200 per hour for the tow. Be careful and ask before you are gouged as I was.
Haf my car towed there after hitting a deer.on a Saturday morning. Had a conference call with them and the insurance company the following Monday and made arrangements to tow my car to a body shop.
A week went by, no word on my car from anyone. Monday I called the body shop; they hadn't gotten my car. I called Willis, and they said they "couldn't" tow my car until they were paid by the insurance.
The usual process is that they tow the car and are paid by the body shop, who is recompensed by the insurance company. Willis knows this, and they gave me and the insurance rep to believe they were going to tow the car. Then they just kept it.
No apology, no explanation, just "We have to be paid first." At least a courtesy call? Nope. And if that was their policy they had the opportunity to talk to the insurance rep about, bit didn't. Nope. Very poor service by Willis.
An elderly gentleman was locked out of his vehicle at the Courthouse and Willis Towing and Recovery arrived in less than five minutes and got him on his way. That kind of service is nearly unheard of. Thank you very much.
Best family ever. They have the best customer service and are very sweet, down to earth and caring. Just give them a call, and they are on the job. I recommend Willis Towing and Recovery all the way!
Cute little town. Such friendly people . Once they took me to my car it wouldn’t start up and they stayed the whole time to jump my car and made sure I made it on the road safely. They are super patient and caring! Thank you Willis!
The owner does not answer phone calls or return them when he has your vehicle you might as well be robbing you because by the time you access your vehicle it'd be easier to buy a new car and probably cheaper extremely extremely poor business skills not to mention customer service skills unless. Over a month ive been trying to get reach him and still nothing
I have been and OTR driver for many moons. I have had my share of mechanical breakdowns in rigs from coast to coast. Willis towing exceeded my expectations when they rescued me stranded from a mechanical breakdown in a rig 400 miles from home. Ok so i m from Marylan and i hit a deer..Totaled my van .from the time there driver pulled up at 3 am in the morning till the time they left .they had contacted a few motels for me..heck in-fact they drove back to there shop to retrieve my phone charger.while im at it that motel country confort...avoid them.The people in there are arragant.
