John was absolutely spectacular — super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to make sure I got everything I needed to get back on the road. While I genuinely appreciate the friendly and helpful service provided by the younger employee, the overall atmosphere at this NAPA is ruined by the elderly man's off-putting behavior. His actions are the root cause of the negative reputation seen on social media. It makes the store unwelcoming. I have tried in my best efforts to overlook his rude and unnecessary comments but It's frustrating! So not worth the hassle.
Felt like went back in time…The young man who started to help us was good, there is an elderly man behind counter @ first computer on right hand side of store. I do not know what century he believes he is in & I understand current politics & all but my Lord! The caucasity of his behavior was just so disgusting & back wooded!!! AUTOZONE 💯
I don't know how long its been since the hours changed but the place closes at 3Pm on Saturdays. So today I went by and it was almost 3, I saw a truck parked in the front and a guy coming out the front door to get in his truck. I headed to the door and saw the employee lock the door while I was walking up to it and then walked off into the back of the store. I guess this place doesn't need yo sell anything anymore. These employees act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, like you are really putting them out by asking for a part. Even though there is a new owner the attitude of the guys behind the counter has not changed. So on Saturdays I will not even bother, I will head to O'Reilly's instead.

I went in to exchange a battery that I had bought from Napa less than a year ago and it was definitely under warranty but the employee there said I have to have the receipt in order to warranty it. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt because it had been almost a year ago, and they still wouldn’t warranty it. They did not even try to help me in anyway.
Way over charged for hydraulic lines was supposed to give me a price before work was done and didn't hadn't been there in years because of this kind of thing gave it a try and they ripped me off go to capital bearing in nb
Called to see if they had car battery I needed. Person that answered the phone was very nice and offered to stay a bit after closing if I needed it that day. I went the nxt day to get it and the person working that day was a great help and installed the battery. Battery was less expensive than local competitor as well.
Went to this location to purchase a new battery for my Scion tC, the one I had found online said it was 129.99 + fees.
He eventually brings out a battery, places it on the ground away from us and the registers, and then charges me 215$.
I questioned the price and asked if it was the correct battery.
He said "yep, that goes with it."
So I was lead to believe I had made a mistake with the online price.
Nope. I checked later once I got home and it was still 129.99$.
Now they refuse to refund the purchase and swap it out for the correct one I wanted because I simply hooked it up to the car. Haven't even driven it yet.
Edit: Talked to district manager about the issue and it seems it was a lack of communication and educating the customer on the different products. Hopefully this can be used as a training moment. Battery sold to me was the equivalent of the same battery I turned in, and the description I was initially given made it sound like a premium part, where as the one I saw online was more the economy class. Great job on the DM's part helping me understand better and solving the issue.
Tried to warranty a 4 month old battery that went out along with refund my core battery here. They claimed they couldn't do it because I bought my battery at different Napa location. What is the point of being apart of the Napa chain if you can't process simple warranty replacements or core refunds from other locations?
This place has rude employees,.I walked in & there were 2 men(employees) sitting at the counter.
I was the only customer in the store & I stood there waiting for over 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged, I turned to walk out & that's when the guy on the computer asked me what I needed.
He made me feel like I was bothering him
One was on the phone with a customer & the other man was on the computer.
I understand they were doing something when I walked in but the one on the computer could have at least acknowledged me instead of taking a deep sigh and hitting the keyboard keys real hard acting like he was mad I interrupted him.
Will never go into this place again! I will drive further if I have to in order to get what I need. I'm done with NAPA WILL NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY LOCATION.
I asked if they could lower the price and was discounted about 10 bucks...WinnerWinner, can't beat a sore Richard deal. I'll quit looking for better deals, besides our LOCAL

Paid $66 for a 3rd brake light for a 2011 Ford Expedition at Rangers Car Quest (Napa)
Part did not function properly (partially lit)
Returned to store and was then told it was a used part.
This was never mentioned and was not on my receipt.
I was told by the owner they sell used parts because they can’t get some new parts.
I found a new part for $10 less in 2 minutes.
They would rather sell you used parts as new until they get caught doing it.
Let's just say the young Man that helped me was quick, courteous,and knowledgeable about a vehicle that was probably about trice as old as he was. Thank you SattlerTEXAS NAPA!!
Whenever I have a problem or need something little like windshield wipers antifreeze air conditioner freon for my Suburban I stopped in and they always help me put it on put it in and if I have a problem they will come out and look listen and help me and give me there opinion and tell me where the best mechanic shots to go to is or the best tire shop or whatever I need and don't laugh at me when I say I need to send them a jigger to whatchamacallit that goes on the thingy mabobber.
They always know their stock and if it is a odd ball part they help you get it Not like the other stores if it's not in the computer they are at a loss
Great people, extremely professional and the best prices. It's always my first stop when I need anything Automotive or mechanical. I have known Todd and Eric for over 20 years. I highly recommend them.
