This store most of the time have the parts I need if not they’ll order my part sometimes it comes in the same day or first thing in the morning if it’s already the evening not like other auto parts stores telling me it’ll be couple days or week before I get my parts keep up the good work guys
I just went into O'Reilly's in canyon Lake and showed a picture of what I needed and instead of her looking at the picture she said what is that so obviously she couldn't take the time to help me and figure out what I needed so I will never come here again thank you have a great day
They took the time to explain to my son how to install his wipers. He Has an Older vehicle so he needed wipers that fit that brand car 2004 explained also what may be needed in the future very friendly knowledgeable, and eager to help can’t tell you how much I appreciate that from my son
Our truck battery needed replacement today. Michael helped us install the new one and helped my 15 year old son learn how as he did the work. So patient and kind!
Wanted to have a computer hooked up to my pickup, she told me that wouldn’t tell me why the light was on the dash, she just didn’t know how to do it, went to a different store and got it checked, what ever happened to the employees that used to work there that knew the real problem?
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful, I have never had an issue getting parts, in fact they're great about getting the part you need delivered the same day if not the next day if it's not in stock at their location.
Cory is absolutely amazing! He helped me buy a new battery and even helped me install it he’s an amazing person and he was awesome definitely deserves the best
I went to O'Reillys in Canyon Lake yesterday with radiator and battery issues. Andrew (asst. mgr) helped me with both. Honiring a 2 yr.warranty and helping me out. Thank you Andrew and store manager (woman) for all your help and kindness!!! Not many caring people left in world but you proved there are still some around!!! God will bless you both!!
They gave me the wrong part that caused me, as a woman, a lot of unnecessary issues. I have been dealing with O'Reilly's for years for I do my own service on my vehicle. I do not know who helped me but they need to put more care when imputing data into their computer system the proper make and model of a vehicle! My honest opinion you did bad business. But the other O'Reilly's I chose to go to went above and beyond as always the care that I receive at O'Reilly's except for this one in Canyon Lake.
Ok I go to O’Reilly all the time I happen to be out of town and needed a Low Beam headlight and Robert Not only greeted me right away he came outside with the quickness to make sure what I needed was actually needed
Had a great experience with employee Andrew, a nice young man who happily changed my battery and also unexpectedly replaced the original terminal on my Lexus which broke in the transfer. Not easy to do as it was machined in. He saved my day and I'll now go there first to do business for my auto supplies.
Starting to get a little upset on them getting parts wrong two out of three times when I go to them... It cost me time and money instead of people looking at a part that goes with another part from a vehicle they mismatched them to two different vehicles... They've also messed up and gave me the wrong alternator for the same vehicle they've also messed up giving me the wrong brake pads before with the same vehicle..... If you cannot read on what you're given then why are you running a store or working there... It's starting to get repetitious to where I want to rip everything out of my vehicle and return it and almost every part is a lifetime warranty from them... Even the drivers can't take directions I found that they pulled up to the site where they were supposed to change a part out cuz I couldn't be here because they messed up... And now I'm sitting here waiting on them to show back up because they didn't even exit their vehicle they just honked... No one was supposed to be here you do business all the time why are you going to not listen to your customer you messed up on a part on...
My truck was running hot after I had it serviced and I popped in one morning bright and early and explained what the problem was and they immediately asked if I had checked to see if the "service" changed all of the filters... BINGO a $20 filter had me back on the road and I wasn't even late for work! Great job O'REILLY AUTO PARTS! I am beyond grateful for your help and my truck thanks you as well!

We use this store often and all the people are helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to purchase a couple of things and the hubby was having trouble with a light install and Mr Robert was right there to help him get it done. These are above and beyond folks at this store. Great job!!
These guys are great !!! They all have amazing customer service. I had issues with my tire needing air and bought a mini compressor which fuse blew within minutes but I brought it back they got me a new one and my tire got all fixed up . managers and staff are totally focused on helping their customers and do it with a smile .. 10 stars

I cannot thank him enough, on this rainy late afternoon, he went above and beyond to help me determine an issue with my vehicle. He stood out in the pouring rain laid on the wet asphalt to take a look at my vehicle. We determined together I would indeed have a safe drive home. Your outstanding customer service will not be forgotten.

I have to say, I love coming to this location!! No matter who is waiting on me, who helps me, who is working, whether packed, slow, at closing or at opening… they are always friendly and helpful! It makes me smile every time I leave! This time, it was Robert. So thanks Robert for yet another great experience!
Noah’s customer service is OUTSTANDING! What a great asset to your store. I needed help with a battery dilemma and he guided me flawlessly through the entire process of selection and quality. Never felt pressured and walked away feeling confident in my selections. Highly recommend using this store for all your auto needs.
These guys are great! Very helpful. They order anything I need that day, and typically have the part ready for pick up within a few hours. I fixed my girlfriends Honda. Had to replace a leaking valve cover gasket that caused the alternator to fail from being covered in oil., and the battery. Shop we took it to failed twice at fixing it. The shop still wanted $1800 to fix it again. We paid few hundred in parts and few hours of time and I did it myself., and saved a fortune. I definitely will not be taking my car back to STARTSVILLE TIRE AND AUTO. Even though they changed owners. Same old,., blah, blah
Walked in and both employees were on the phone. Regardless, one immediately acknowledged me and advised they would help me asap. I got the part I needed and was out the door in no more than 5 minutes. These guys have outstanding customer service and work very efficiently. I could tell the management must be going above and beyond because the employees exhibited wonderful communication between themselves as well as the customers-and they appeared in a great mood. That's always a great sign 🤘😊
