Can not say more than enough of the hospitality received by Zavier tonight. He was walking in to start his shift and offered to listen to my needs immediately. Problem shot all the issues and even offered to clean the sensor for me. HIGHLY recommend ZAVIER and this location. Location was super clean. Parking lot looked good. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Beyond pleased

He didn't just point me to a part; he took the time to understand my issue and went the extra mile to get me what I needed. His help made my whole day easier. I had never had problems in this store until I needed help from the staff to know the best option for me between 2 products. They didn't know how to tell me anything about the products other than what the box said and only recommend the most expensive option that after investigating on my own I knew it wasn't the right one. Then I bought an extremely heavy product and no one offered to help me move it to my car. The truth is that I felt very poorly taken care of

This is the best auto zone I’ve ever been to hands down. Frankie the lady that helped me during the day was awesome and made me feel like I was her own family. Replaced my battery and gave me great advice!!! The staff here care and really know what they’re doing and talking about.

The young man was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave great advice... Above and beyond... Even after he ran a diagnostic that came back uncertain, he had great suggestions. He even offered help to an older gentleman who was struggling with a rear windshield wiper.

Went there to replace my car's bad battery which was under the warranty. The guy(white male) tested the battery and said its good battery. I showed him the report tested by car dealership that the battery is in critical condition but the guy was reluctant to replace it. He said he has trust on his tester until I restarted the engine while it was not starting back again. It was actually a 100% bad battery and earlier I did jumpstart to go to autozone. Upon my request he has then brought the jump-starter and unplugged the battery wires. I asked to test the battery again without connecting those wires and he found the batter is bad this time on his tester. He has replaced my battery after that but I feel as a customer its painful to convince autozone tech for the bad battery even when the dealership report is in front of him. I'ld expect little bit patience from them and trust on what customer is saying. I could avoid paying $200 to dealership to check the engine because this same shop told me earlier that the battery is good but the engine starter may need to be checked..

Went for a battery replacement, and the agent (CSR #70) who helped was extremely rude and lacked a basic understanding of customer service. His behavior made it seem like I was bothering him by asking for battery service. When he was done, he just walked away rudely. If you don’t like your job, there are other options. Taking it out on customers should not be one of them. I've always had good experiences there until today.

Uh, no. This is store is not setting the standard for customer service. I don't know who is writing some of these reviews. Just stop in during the morning hours with more than a simple purchase then tell me they are excellent at customer service. @AutozoneCorporate Please improve the training for new hires as well as training for managers on how to both treat new hires and customers that new hires are attempting to serve. Bizarre attitude flare-ups including from the managers. I have had a much better experience from one of the evening employees. Wish I had his name as I would like to give a shout out. I think you'll recognize him pretty quickly considering the debris field some of the others are leaving behind. It's making it easy for him to shine. All the best. I'll continue to shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts when I can.

David and the Manager were amazing. David helped us change our battery and then realized we needed an alternator. Thanks to amazing neighbors and this team for all the help, everything is fixed and we are on to our next city in Texas. Thank you guys for being great people and providing excellent customer service.

I have to brag on the store manager Earnest that was more than helpful today. I’ll save you the story of my issue and just state that Earnest went absolutely beyond his job duties to assist. He was not only courteous and informational, but did not make me feel the least bit bad about asking for his help. He took the initiative and I can honestly say that I’ve never had that experience out of any of the AutoZone visits that I’ve had over the years. I truly hope his Superior sees this review and if so, please know that you have yourself one hell of an employee. Treat him well. Give this guy a raise!

Friendly and knowledgeable people with a well stocked store. The manager Evan is so nice and knowledgeable. He was able check my battery and found the new battery I needed and even installed it for me! I am beyond thankful for the amazing customer service!

Every time I come here someone addresses me right as I walk in and offers to help. I've worked with just about every staff person and they are all very helpful and efficient. Rare to see this kind of customer service today. This store has converted me to AutoZone from O'Reilly's!
