I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Some employees displayed a terrible attitude. When I inquired about a part, I was simply told it was "in the aisles" without any further assistance on which aisle to check. I also asked for the size of a filter cap for my car, but the employee claimed he couldn't access that information on the computer. Despite explaining that I had previously received good help when purchasing tools from this location, he was unhelpful and looked up the information reluctantly. Ultimately, he retrieved the item, but the entire interaction was frustrating. Due to this poor service, I’ve decided that I will not return to this O'Reilly. I’ll stick with AutoZone, just a mile down the road, where customer service is prioritized.

Today I had an experience with Tyler! He was wonderful, he check my battery and installed my windshield wipers. O'Reilly you hired a great one he did his job to the fullest. Customer service was A1! Do us all a favor and don't mess it up with this employer.

I purchased a brake rotor from O’Reilly Auto Parts that later turned out to be the wrong size. In August, they processed a warranty replacement on that same rotor and still failed to catch the mistake. Because I had only replaced one rotor at the time, the issue went unnoticed until it caused uneven pad wear and my brakes to lock up — a serious safety concern. The store acknowledged the error and told me to come back, promising to replace both rotors and the brake pads. When I returned, they went back on their word and only issued a refund for the incorrect part. No exchange. No effort to fix the damage caused by their mistake. I wasn’t asking for towing reimbursement — just accountability and the correct parts. Poor quality control and even worse follow-through. One star.

Came to O’Reilys For a Starter warranty Replacement that I was confident I had because I have warrantied it before . As soon as I walked in , I mentioned this to a worker and they immediately tried to dismiss me by saying that was a Autozone part . Another co-worker came to help out and he was saying that that part number was not even there’s . I asked him to look at our Purchase History because I was sure we had the warranty . He didn’t even bother to ask me when I purchased it or look back a couple of years ( which I’ve had other employees there ask and find purchase history ) . They were both very dismissive with no intention of helping me and confident that it was not there part . Went to Autozone and we did not have any purchase history at all for starter purchase on any of our vehicle . After I went to farmersville Location and young lady named Ashly helped me out . She was able to verify that we did in fact purchase a starter for my vehicle and it had lifetime warranty. I told her what princeton located told me about that starter not being there . She told me to bring it in and we compared both new and used starters which looked identical . Label placement was in the same area on both . The new starter had a label on top of another one . When we removed the top label the numbers on the bottom label were exactly the same as the starter I had (used ) . ( I was right on m warranty and it was their part) . I left very happy with a warrantied part and excellent customer service with no issues .

My name is angela and I recently I had a visit to this location in princeton, texas. The same guys that have been there or there? Which means the store does not have a lot of turnover and is a stable store. One guy in particular, his name is jayden. The youngest of the crew, but very sharp and helpful. My car was misfiring, and the check engine light started blinking so I pulled into the parking lot. I was greeted by Jerome as soon as I opened the door. He told me it could be at least three problems. He explained everything in detail, but made it sound like an easy fix. He guessed the problem was the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned or replaced since I already installed new spark plugs, as well as, ignition coils. He had everything I needed to fix it right then! They answered their phone when their competition repeatedly placed me on hold. I needed a new battery. The battery pricing for my model was only one choice. Whereas for a different model I had three choices. The rep was very helpful and enjoyed working there. I appreciated his knowledge, but felt that maybe he could have potentially offered a better deal. Again, service was great. Pricing good. Warranty could d be better.

While driving to work this morning I noticed both of my headlights had gone out. After seeing on their website that they offered free bulb installation (depending on your vehicle) I came here and was warmly greeted by Jerome. I explained the problem, we confirmed which bulbs needed replaced, he showed me the selection of bulbs to choose from, and he was able to quickly replace both of my headlight bulbs. A true lifesaver! I haven’t used O’Reilly in the past, but I absolutely will in the future.

I was having some major issues with my wife's car recently. Her battery was bad and not only that but when I went to have tires put on Her car the tire place broke off two of the lug bolts! I walked in to O'Reillys in Princeton for help. Jeremy and Matthew the two guys working the counter were extremely helpful! Both spoke to me for a long time ...gave me everything I needed and even took the time to tell me how to do it! These guys are awesome! Thank you Jeremy so much for your help and advice. Also I want to thank Matthew for making sure I got just the right parts I needed! I will keep coming to O'Reillys in Princeton as long as these two guys are there!

My husband sent me here when my car was overheating to get a code read on my car. I was met by an older man who described to me how to hook it up and used it. He came and met me outside to bring me paper and pen to write the code and said he smelled coolant and discovered it was leaking bad under my car. When I went inside to get coolant he already had it waiting for me at the counter. He and the younger gentleman were very kind and gracious. When a woman is having car trouble there is nothing like being met by gentlemen as such. Helpful and concerned. I told my husband I was glad I came here he said that’s why I sent you there, there’s always good country men who know what they’re doing working there. Anyway, thanks again guys! And great job on the customer service!

Great help and diagnostic on alternator, pulley spring and battery. Turned out to be my lifetime warranty alternator, so I got it for free and we changed it in 10 minutes in parking lot. Who else does this? Thank you O'Reilly in Farmersville Texas!!!!

We got a wonderful service there. Store is well organized to provide safety to employees and customers. Our item was out of stock - they checked the inventory and ordered it for pick up at McKinney store near by.

Went in to purchase a die and the size I needed wasnt there. Asked the young lady at the counter if they had an SAE set as the only thing on the shelf was metric while she was texting on here cell phone(against company policy in the building) she asked another young man for help and he didnt even know where they were on the shelf. I told him there was only 2 metric sets on the shelf and instead of checking inventory he simply told me he could order me one. I am an ex-Oreilly auto parts manager and still believe in the company but as I'm sure the general public especially older people go into your stores and receive service like this I can bet they wont be back and will try the Autozone right down the street as I did and receive good service. What a shame!

Staff was super friendly! As always I got treated like it was my local store. Any time I need an auto part while on the road, I look for an O'Reilly because I get the same exact treatment I get back home.

Slow service, inattentive service. Had to request part to be ordered, asked if they would let me know when it came in, was told I should call "cuz he might git busy and furget." I did because he did, waited 20 minutes while he talked to friend about possible car upgrades. 4 people behind me left & friend bought nothing. Got my part & plan to drive to another location in the future.

Very rude Customer service. One of the only people that know what they are talking about is quitting because of how bad the employees are treated. One man working there is constantly harassing the girls/women that come in there.

Outstanding service,always greeted at the door and of course great otc pricing,I think they need to rework their rewards program , but the problems arise from the corporate side not from the store itself.
