  Subaru service center needs to do better with scheduling. Took my Ascent to a scheduled windshield replacement that was confirmed just a few days prior, just to be told the appointment was not made. Plus there was no loaner car, so it took two people to drive over 30 miles to be turned away. That was 2 people's time away from work, 2 car tolls, 2 car mileage and gas. Yet nothing was accomplished. The service center needs to do better.
