I called auto zone first and they were no help! Bradley answered my call, was patient with my request, and even called another store to locate a part for me. You are the man Bradley, I hope the company recognizes you for your amazing customer service.
Lyndon kinda caught an attitude with me when I told him other O’Reillys price match Walmart stores prices when he refused to price match. And it’s all over the radio that they do match any local competitor…… I understand not price matching online pricing, but the in-stock they should, no?
They just look for their self care not for the customers if you order a part and you wanna return they delay a lot and especially with commercial accounts James and John also are extremely rude and unhelpful
The people inside are so rude for helping and they said a word about you can return the product and now they are are saying we cannot take it
I had an emergency kit of 98$ worth and
I have found of 45$ kit and I came to return back this 98$ kit they are saying we cannot take it , this is so frustrating

I picked up my online order and I spoke to John beforehand on the phone to check the status. He also helped me out when I arrived and made the online order easy and smooth.
Poor customer service. Called to get a quote on a battery and somehow line was getting weak. I could hear the rep perfectly but he could not hear me. He makes a comment to his coworker saying “for all I know this guy put me on hold to cuss me out”. I hang up and call back and got him again. I tell him I was not cussing him out and that really unprofessional to say weather a customer is hearing or not. He proceeded to tell me the battery I was looking for is in stock and hangs up on me. I call back and ask him why he hung up on me. He proceeded to say his phone fell and disconnected call. Very unprofessional and bad way to keep customers happy. Maybe I should go buy my car parts from Autozone. Terrible experience.
I would like to thank the gentleman that was at the counter (older guy couldn’t get his name). He was very helpful assisting me and my sister when we arrived at the store. We came for a coolant hose and he went above and beyond with the costumer service. I really appreciate his service and god bless him.
The employees of this place are unfriendly and don't act like they want to help anybody been there several times always the same the one on the other side of town on the east side of Plano is great but this one didn't like it at all never have due to the rude employees
Chris the new Assistant was so kind and knowledgeable. He helped me diagnose why my check engine light was on and helped me find the right part. I have never had an easier time with my car problems.
Awesome guys they actually like to help and they can order parts excellent service at addison location......... here's an up date ! I had a return on a brand new rotor for a truck I own that has a life time warranty, on my profile account with they say acts like a recpit and would not return it due to the fact I had the dates wrong
These guys are awesome! I frequent them several times a year for the last 4 yrs. They always help me diagnose my truck & get the parts I need if it's something they can do.
Wait. Wait. Wait. Joshua ignored me. This place needs to learn customer service big time! You come through the door and get ignored. I've been 15 minutes standing with only one customer in front of me and none behind me. I see employees but none of them are at the registers. It is totally ridiculous not to get service when you need it quickly. All in all ..poor service..
This is a great store of customer service. They are working in team effort, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love this store. Especially, "Josh" and "TJ" are friendly, kind, and thoughtful. It's hard to find excellent employees like them, nowadays. Definitely, I recommend this store, Orielly in Plano, Texas.
I lucked out by living next to the store. I spend a lot of money at this particular store and I'm glad to. Staff is always friendly in this particular store is also a hub store meaning they have the most parts always in stock. Shelves are always faced properly in stocked sufficiently. Candie the manager knows how to run a great store.

James was extremely helpful and very personable. James went above and beyond to test and replace my battery as well as windshield wipers. I will be returning to this location any time I need anything for my truck.
Came out of work with a check engine light on this morning. Came to check it out and upon arriving their were two women at the counter each helping a customer. One of the finished up and I explained what I needed. She said “ok well let me zip up because it’s cold out there” which is understandable and she was nice until we got out to my car and she made a comment “oh you have a small car” and right after she said that she stated “oh and now I have to go back inside because another customer just went in”. It would have taken her literally her 1 minute on the machine once she got it hooked up. She very clearly just didn’t want to help me because of the cold and my “small” car.
Staff is so rude! They were not willing to help look for what we needed, kept sighing when we asked questions, then when i bought a drink that was expired by accident, they refused to give a refund. Said it was not his problem and i should've checked. If i could give a negative star rating i would!
Reasonable prices and a helpful staff make this my go-to store when it's time to change the oil or when I have more complicated maintainable. Love that they have sets of speciality tools that I can borrow when my regular tool kit can't get the job done. If you aren't sure of the specs on your vehicle, just take in your insurance card and they will make sure that you get exactly the part your need the first time around.
