Went in for wiper blades. The 2 employees were yelling about which video game was better instead of paying attention when I asked for help. No offer to change the blades like advertised all over the store. Really glad who likes what game is more important than helping your customers. Got to AutoZone.
I went to have my battery checked as my car would not start in cold weather. It was my first experience with O'Reilly's. It was a good one. Cameron gave me great service with a positive and caring attitude. He checked all other possibilities(alternator, points etc.). It was the battery. He installed it and I left. All in about 15 minutes. Excellent job! I know now where to go for any future auto problems!
Needed a new battery for my Camry. Good battery price with a 4 yr warranty. Loaned tools (no charge) to change battery in parking lot. Immediate core refund.

A friend recommend visiting OReilly Auto Parts after I had 2 failed attempts to Auto Zone for assistance with a car battery. I spoke to Josh over the phone and headed straight over to the location on Ave K in Plano, TX. He truly went over and above to assist me and installed the car battery as well. Come here often to buy my stuff and I was recommended to an older gentleman who works out his truck outside the building very unprofessional peeing outside by the dumpster and hangs out in the lot day and night drinking with buddy’s .
This place was good for years and about 2 months ago it changed. They are rude. Unhelpful. Horrible customer service. Some act like they dont know anything. Ill be going to the one on jupiter from now on. Horrible customer service.
This O'Reilly's is really great.. ask for Cameron he went above and beyond... And they will run diagnostic for free.. they will put in oil for free they will check batteries for free... I've always had a good experience with them
Needed a battery tested and ultimately replaced. Laterrance was helpful, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to talk to as he replaced the battery. 5/5 service. You can't get better than this.

I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.
Horrible business. I made an online order and they never sent me confirmation or even made a phone call to let me know it was ready. I also went at 9:27 pm to pick it up and they were closed. The sing at the door says closes 10pm and it also states the same online. That’s just not professional at all.
Great customer service! I went in to get my battery checked, the sale person at K ave location was very knowledgeable and friendly, he performed more test than I initially thought I would need and found the issue with my car. I didn't make any purchase today, but I would definitely come back to this store when I need help with my car.
Great customer service but they can be little bit better and on parts ordering the correct ones not different parts so many times you have to come back to the store and replace.
The best customer service ever. So what if you had to wait 15 minutes. It's not on purpose and they're always eager to do what they can. I forgot his name, but a guy with a distinctive voice was the best!
Waiting time was short. Assistant was helpful. Was referred by Costco because Costco does not stock sports car batteries of that brand. Price was good too. Parking was easy. Opheld the CDC pandemic rules of distancing with face masks. Customer Service is good.
