I am writing this on behalf of my mother and uncle, whose first language is Spanish. They came into this O’Reilly’s needing oil filters and were treated horribly by an employee named Zia. He was impatient, rude, and completely disrespectful toward them just because they struggled to speak English fluently. Instead of trying to assist or show even a little kindness, he acted irritated and dismissive.
No customer—especially someone trying their best to communicate—should ever be made to feel small or embarrassed for not speaking perfect English. It was truly disgusting and unacceptable behavior.
Thankfully, a kind woman employee stepped in to help and treated my family with the respect and patience that every customer deserves. She was professional and compassionate, which made the situation a little better.
Zia’s attitude was awful and completely unexpected — especially from someone who should understand how important respect and patience are when serving a diverse community. He should not be working with the public if he cannot treat people with basic decency. My mother and uncle left feeling humiliated, and no one should ever be made to feel that way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures this never happens to another customer again.
The female(?) working there was very rude to me but less rude to the people in line who had the same skin tone as them. Finally got the help I needed from a guy who was helping multiple people in and outside of the store.
Went to o'reilly's to buy a $250 oxygen sensor. I asked for a check engine light test, to determine which sensor I needed. He explained their reader didn't work very well, but he would try it. Two other employees laughed. They knew that their test equipment didn't work! I'm on my way to advance Auto to buy my sensor. (GOT TO HAVE IT)
i am big on service and they had 4 people working with another 2 in the back with 2 customers i only wanted to see where the power steering fluid was took a while. i absolutely will not go back no one even greeted me until i had to speak up had to ask the guy texting , he worked there and he ignored me! ridiculous get off the dang phone!!
Jake asisted me from the moment i called before I came.. answered all my questions... put up with my wittiness and craziness while he was servicing my battery issues.. It was like I was at my friends instead of an actual business. He knows so much and is gave amazing customer service.. I WILL ONLY GO TO THIS SPECIFIC O'REILLYS FOR ANY NEEDS FROM NOW ON!!! Eric was awesome! He looked high and low for the part I needed. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs help with your automotive needs.
Wyatt (11/23/22, 4pm) was incredibly helpful at getting my old battery out and refitting me with a replacement. He was quick and knowledgeable about how to put the metal housing back in place around it and I could not be more grateful for his assistance today.
Best customer service in town, this location has great staff with a lot of knowledge. Came in for a new battery and Jake got out of his way to help me out changing it, and so Mr. Robert which I greatly appreciate! Definitely a location I will continue coming in for any parts
I love their pork rind Taco I don't know what it's called but it has pork rinds in it it is delicious and the El Chote corn and the Margaritas oh my gosh we had to go back and get more cuz they were so good
Best part about this Oriellys is the mechanic shop next door! Destin Auto is amazing! They didn't charge a diagnostic fee. They identified my problem, and took care of it quick. They even let me negotiate the price down. Amazing service! 90 service guarantee and 1 yr part guarantee!

Wonderful experience there always helpful as much as they can be. All the products are nicely stock and it's a very clean store.
My delivers are always on time and for the most parts are correct about 9 out of 10 times I would definitely recommend speaking to someone you know is knowledgeable about the make and model.
Customer is a 8 out of 10 just because sometimes I get someone new who makes a mistake then proceeds to think that the parts are right or they don't carry a product or I payed with card on a return when I paid with cash but I guess that all caused by there knowledge and experience.
But like I said for the most part problems are almost never definitely Preferred over auto zone and Napa but nobody can be better then summit racing.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped me with my battery testing and car repair needs without making me feel like there was a need to upsell or add additional stuff. I appreciated the social distancing efforts made as well. Would return to this store again in the future.

I really like the way the they have treated me like everyone else.. being homeless makes it hard to go into places and not be judged...

Excellent customer service. Ally helped my Mom and I out by picking out a good pair of windshield wipers and quickly installing them for us. This is the kind of service I expect as a customer. Keep up the good job!
Hey these guys are great they're so helpful and they're also educated in their field know what you're talkin about and there's not a bunch of guessing. I like that. And the fact they asked questions and then they listen afterwards that's a big plus for me too. Don't get that at other places sometimes
I need to replace my right headlight. I had questions about which headlines went into my 2010 srx Cadillac. The sales person was of no help. He ended up selling me the wrong headlight totaling $103.24. I went to an auto shop to get it installed only to find out the headline for my vehicle only cost $15.00. I return the headlight to the store within 35 minutes from purchasing it and the a different sales guy looked at the light so intensely making sure it was a new bulb as to insinuate the bulb was used. Very bad service.
Amy was very helpful pulling the check engine codes from my truck, and printing them out so I could better understand what was wrong. She also checked the battery and alternator without an attitude (it was HOT)...
I came in for a small need. The dealership washed my car but in the process of drying the car it removed a screw from license plate. My plate was holding on by 1 screw. I went in and thought I knew what I needed and Tom went out with me to help. When we got out there, I in fact did not know what I needed and Tom was there to help. He helped me with 3 different sets of screws and even put the plate on for me. He took the time with me, didn't make me feel like I was a bother and was genuinely a really nice person. We need that now days. Thank you very much for helping a know-it-all girl out !!
I mean, it's an auto parts store... it's clean and the staff is helpful. 99% of the time they have what I need, but it can be crowded even in the middle of the day and that makes a trip take much longer than planned.
