Had some body work done from a wrecked grill accident. Now I can't tell if anything ever happened. They are great and worked with me on some things. Great communication and step by step process. Got everything done in half the time I was told. Couldn't be happier. Amazing job and will recommend anyone to go there.
Domar Automotive is a great place! We broke down on a Sunday and they came and towed us to their shop and got us heading home safely Monday afternoon. We live 3 hours from Dallas. Sofyan was so helpful and Mr Omar as well. We highly recommend them! Will not hesitate to use them again if we are in need of a mechanic while Dallas/Plano area! Great caring people as well as a great business. I would give them 10 stars!
Don't call for service, mechanic answers showing just how annoyed and fed up he is with his job. Rude right off the bat and I clearly interrupted his day. Gladly taking my business elsewhere

I conacted the insurer o my Model A Ford that I needed a tow truck to move the car to arepair shop. I immediately heard back that a flatbed tow had been dispatched by Domar. It arrived in 45 minutes as promised in their text message. The tow operator loaded my antique car without incident and delivered it to the repair shop about 11 miles away. I was pleased with the care and professionalism of the operator at every stage of the process.

Call for tow services and the guy acts offended when an insurance agency calls in regarding a claim. Complete unprofessional and should have his business shut down if he's the owner.
Shop overfilled a/c compressor with oil, compressor wouldn't stay on so another shop checked and replaced the drier but when removing the drier it exploded with oil everywhere. Shop put way too much oil and now needs an entire a/c overhaul. Avoid this shop for a/c issues.
It was as easy as it could have been!! The driver was soooo nice & polite. He had a sweet kind friendly voice & demeanor. We broke down in lewisville but we live in Arlington. ATT & Domar Automotive handled the whole thing beautifully. Great attitudes, great communication, great service. Punctual. friendly, accurate & efficient. Would definitely recommend both ATT Roadside asst & Domar Auto the service provider!!

Rico, from Domar automotive was sent to tow my vehicle to a dealership when it stopped working. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was the nicest, most polite and helpful person I have encountered in awhile! He tried to troubleshoot a few things before towing, to make sure that it wasn’t something that could be resolved more simply.

My son's car needed to be towed ASAP. We called Domar. I was very nervous thinking that my son's car would not be picked up and worked on especially because it was the weekend. They assured me and put me at ease. They towed the car immediately and work on it the next day, a Saturday morning! NEXT day my son's vehicle was repaired and picked up. We are so grateful to him and his mechanics. They even gave my son a student discount. Very professional and kind. We will definitely keep you as our go to when we need to. Thanks a million!
I wish there’s a way to give zero star review. Car was picked up at my parking lots going to ford dealership. I asked the driver if I could drive behind or go ahead and he told me to go ahead that he’d be slow. About 20mins later, got a call from there office saying the driving couldn’t proceed and that he’ll be parking the car in a particular spot that I’ll need to pay $100 more above the agreed price which was $180. I asked them to take the car back to my parking lots and was told that one Omar will call me. While talking to the Omar, he raised his voice at me and told him not to raise his voice, he’s complaint was that he’s losing money. Please folks, do not use these guys. He had to tell me to call him back whenever I’d be respectful for a service we agreee and paid for. And to Omar, this is America, a land where everyone is given an opportunity and an equal right. Stop being disrespectful and egocentric cos you’ve just displayed the biggest level of arrogance and unprofessionalism. I recorded the driver and the truck but he drove off with speed in a school zone area which I intend to report to the authority
David was very kind and communicative. He was fast, very professional, personable and knowledgeable. If you have a choice when you need a tow, ask for David!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Poor communication and shoddy workmanship. Also, AAA will deny they are an approved ship even though they have AAA signage on their windows. They didn’t correctly reattach front bumper saying it would “settle in place” with heat. They also didn’t attach wheel well guard. I took the car back to them so they could correct their mistake when the bumper didn’t settle and the wheel well guard fell and started to drag on the ground. They said the tire up guard was proof the car had new damage and refused to fix anything. Then two days later the engine died. When we opened the hood there was a vent tube that had been completely disconnected. Like I said, STAY AWAY!!!

Had a customer's car dropped off at my house to work on. The driver Mo was very much inexperienced and ran over my neighbors landscaping. Mind you I live in a very nice neighborhood and her landscaping is about $500 to fix his damages. I went in contact with the owner Wasim and he was impossible to work with. At first he was willing to come fix the mess his driver made but then it turned into excuses and never ended up showing. Extremely unprofessional on everyone at Domar.
Real simple, folks. My vehicle conked out, and I needed a tow. I was referred to these good people by State Farm. They. Quickly took the information, had a tow underway within minutes, gave me an ETA, and was there about 10 minutes earlier than the ETA. I was hooked up and on my way home with No hiccups. UL the tow professional, gentle dropped my vehicle and was on his way. He even found time to laugh at my lame jokes, never pausing from doing his job. You better believe I’ll be using them again. In fact I’m giving them a new slogan: GO DOE!

Domar car mechanic shop has both amazing customer and mechanical service! They are very knowledgeable and help the customer understand the process for fixing the car and do not pressure you to pay for a service you do not need or want. Very affordable and efficient.
A few weeks ago, we took our 2019 Acura in for repairs, and I just want to express how grateful I am for the team at Domar(Sofyian) . They truly went above and beyond in terms of communication, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. It made a stressful situation so much more manageable, and we really appreciated their support.
I was a little on the fence about using this mechanic for some suspension maintenance, but the tow truck driver (who I believe is associated with this shop), highly recommended them. I went ahead and gave Sofyan a call and they beat the other shop's quote by about $100 and offered a warranty on installation of the parts that I provided them. It took a few days because they had to fight a little bit with the springs I ordered, but in the end they were able to install everything well, and now my Volvo XC70 is driving like a dream. Sofyan and Michael are professional mechanics and communicators, and I would certainly consider them again in the future, and would recommend others to this shop for maintenance. When I asked for my old parts back for inspection, they were happy to do so, which is something that other shops sometimes take issue with. Everything here was above-board, like I said they returned the old/broken parts, and the warranty was in writing. Great job team, and thank you again for tackling this work!

Sofyan provided an amazing service. When my 1989 Corvette did not have a appropriate tow hook location he was able to rig me up with a wheel lift and get the car to the destination. Five stars. I highly recommend his service.
