We recently worked with the folks at Crash Champions to do some repair work on our car. We got a few different estimates and Crash Champions was competitively prices, but I think what I was most impressed with is that everyone said it was take a little over two weeks to complete the repair, so we were prepared to deal without our vehicle for a while, but Crash Champions finished a whole week earlier than expected and the finish is fantastic, not only did they make the repairs, they also took the time to buff-out stretches on other parts of the car. My wife and I were both thrilled with the results. Our car is kinda a unique color too, and I was worried you would be able to tell a difference in the repaired areas, but it is an excellent blend. Thanks to the quick and excellent repairs.

Unfortunately I got hit a few weeks back and my truck had to come here to crash champions first red flag my truck was done wayyyy before they said it would be I thought it was gonna b a trash job but nope they showed up and showed out my truck look brand new communication was on point kept me up to date on the process any questions or concerns I had they were addressed thank you zeke all the cuss words he did amazing and ingried was my service advisor she was awesome as well they will be my go to if something else was to happen or I need something fixed come check them out I wish I could give 10 ⭐’s

Todd Zimmerman as in the husband of Patty Zimmerman who works at the mckinney location your review shouldn't even count. Patty Zimmerman is not a name or voice id want at the front line of my business her lack of empathy and professionalism not to mention the rude vm left on my wife's phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone 20k and my car is returned with zero gas. Not too mention the dent in the trim and alignment beyond in the green. Print it in color I can promise you it isn't all green. 25 yrs I've never aligned a car to drift into oncoming traffic we have children this is a huge safety concern.

Overall had a great and easy experience with Crash Champions. I was involved in an auto accident and my insurance company pointed me to Crash Champions. The process was straight forward and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful for me understanding the process. When I picked up my vehicle (which was a few days ahead of schedule, extra points for that), Chad walked me through the work done, and made sure I understood and was satisfied with the repair. Would recommend this place for repairs!

These guys are serious about doing a good job. Worked well with us, insurance and car rental (also has one on site). They were very fast, and helped us to get proper OEM parts when supplies were tight. Good tools to keep us updated throughout the process too. Working with them versus our prior body shop was like night(mare) and day. Definitely consider this shop if you need a good repair.

They did an amazing job repairing my car they kept me up to date with the information on the status of the vehicle while it was being repaired. And I had a slight issue at pickup that they resolved with respect and speed. I would recommend them for any repairs you have I had a great experience.

Would never take another vehicle to this shop. I've had to return several times for issues that were not fixed or were fixed poorly. A year and a half later, and there are still issues that weren't fixed correctly showing up, like a bent rim. Then, when trying to get ahold of them to get it fixed, I get a runaround or avoided for months on end. They do not return phone calls, even when they say they will. I'm tired of having to be on top of them to get the work done they need to do. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache, and go elsewhere.

Do not take ur care here. They told me it would be 2 weeks our less and now they are telling me 3 weeks. Excuse after another why my truck is not done in the proper time they say it would be. If parts where late our what ever the situation u would think they would put extra people to expedite for process for there client car to be fix in the time they told the customer. Don’t go

Crash Champions Plano – A Nightmare Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Crash Champions in Plano has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Their complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, and their disregard for their customers’ vehicles is beyond frustrating. I dropped off my 2025 Kia Sportage on 12/13/25 for repairs, and I didn’t get it back until 2/13—a full two months later. The worst part? I had to do all the legwork myself to get any updates. I was the one calling every single week just to get any sort of update, because they never bothered to inform me about anything. Eventually, I reached out to Kia Motors on my own, only to find out that the parts were on backorder. Crash Champions never even told me this—I had to discover it myself. When I finally got my car back, I immediately noticed a missing screw cap, which led me to inspect further. Sure enough, the molding on my driver’s door wasn’t even fixed properly. I went back on 3/13 to have them address the issue, and on 3/18, I returned, expecting it to finally be corrected. I sat for 30 minutes, only for them to hand my car back with the exact same issue—nothing had been fixed. At this point, I had to show them the difference between the secure molding on the passenger door versus the loose, improperly attached molding on the driver’s side. After expressing my frustration, I spoke with Chad, who then admitted they now need to order the molding. So not only was I never told that it wasn’t actually fixed in the first place, but now I have no idea how long I’ll be waiting again. This entire experience has been a nightmare. If I hadn’t been proactive, I would have been left completely in the dark. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic communication at Crash Champions Plano is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone for anything. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at Crash Champions! Richard was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with my car repair and kept me informed every step of the way. His customer service was top-notch—he made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend Crash Champions, especially Richard for the best customer service you could ask for!

I was here a couple of weeks ago to get my car repaired from a small car crash. The scheduling process was all online and fairly quick. When I went to drop off my car the front desk service was very quick and they explained everything to detail. Jerry was my car specialist and it was a pleasure to have him help me. He took the time to provide personalized updates daily and had my car ready within the same week, which it was incredibly helpful!

I took my truck in for hail damage repairs needed From back in March, as we could not get completed prior to summer plans. I have to say that I was told it would be completed in two weeks (extensive repairs needed) and was finished in ten days. So far everything has been great. I was very cautious about the replacing of the roof but they did a great job and have not seen any issues. Work is guaranteed and was truly important in the decision, with having Crash Champions. I’m totally impressed with the work done and would recommend this location for any repairs to family and friends

I was very impressed with their service. Throughout the process I received texts to inform me on my vehicle. I was quoted a finish date and it was finished a week and half early. If anything ever happens again I will 100% be taking my vehicle to them. Also everyone was very friendly!!

I have known Drew, the general manager, for over a decade. His attention to detail and exceptional customer satisfaction is parallel to how he is as a person. My family and I trust Crash Champions to handle any of our automotive collision needs. Our last incident was handled by Ingrid. I was referred to Drew at Crash Champions by my son who worked in the automotive industry for more than 10 years. My son spoke very highly of Drew’s professionalism, attention to detail and the quality of workmanship provided by his team. I was involved in a head on collision with significant injuries. I did not have a single concern from the moment my car arrived at Crash Champions. Ingrid, Drew’s estimator, went above and beyond working with my insurance company. Drew and Ingrid kept us informed at every step of the process. They restored my beautiful high performance car to its original beauty and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if it was available. I am so appreciative!

Not only did they do a spectacular repair of my car, they provided daily updates on the status of the repairs. Every employee I interacted with was so pleasant. They went above and beyond and had a strong attention to detail- it looks like it never got damaged, the paint matches perfectly, and they even went as far as to replace the dead battery in my car key.

I don't know what's with all the negative reviews, but I went to Crash Champions last Friday and had such a wonderful experience. Even though my car was deemed a total loss, Wyatt was seriously so amazing and patient with all of my questions and explained everything to me. The front desk girl was also so friendly, helpful, and informative. Although I wasn't having work done on my car (since it's totaled lol), I am so grateful for this location and especially Wyatt. He was so knowledgeable, and helpful, and he was there for me every step of the way while I was processing the fact that I had officially lost my vehicle due to an accident. Thank you so much, Wyatt.

I was impressed with the service at Crash Champions, originally Service King. My service advisor was Andrew Galvan. He was professional, kind and informative. He even had my car completed ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend him and the entire staff at Crash Champions.

If I could give a negative number for this review I would. Please do not do business at this location. The company has unethical practices and the staff(with the exception of the two front desk ladies) are very rude. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday 1/26 for repairs. At that time I was provided a document to sign authorizing repairs. In the document, it states that an estimate was provided to me and I reviewed it with a mechanic. That did not happen. When I inquired about either seeing an estimate or the removal of the language, they refused to do both. A mechanic named Bob became very aggressive and odd with me when I attempted to explain the situation. Ingrid another representative came out to add more disrespect and horrible customer service. After further discussion and intervention from another staff member , I was assured I could come back and sign that section of the agreement after the estimate was prepared. That also did not happen. Apparently after I left on Friday they decided not to look at my vehicle and called my adjuster instead of me to tell them they would not repair my vehicle because I refused to sign a fraudulent document which is coercion. I will never do business with these people again.

My car was two days late of the promised pickup date. My subwoofer, amplifier, and shoes were stolen out of my car and everything in my backseat was thrown in the trunk for no reason at all. I also checked the mileage of the car and it appeared it was driven for about 20-30 miles. All that needed to be repaired was a paint job. I told the workers that the items were stolen and a manager named Bob called and told me that everything will be replaced brand new by Christmas. After I told Bob the estimate of the items, he told me that it was under investigation and he needed approval. I contacted Bob multiple times and stopped by the store to receive any updates and I have been ignored multiple times. I have no updates of the situation and I haven't received any of the items that were taken from me. This is very disappointing and unacceptable and I would like to talk another manager or Bob's boss to fix this situation.

Friendly customer service, worked with ease when I changed my mind on using my vehicle, instead of rental, until estimate was sent to insurance. Easy to schedule for work to be done. Had a delay due to getting parts, but received many text updates to be informed. They did a really nice job fixing front left bumper where someone hit while my car was parked. Definitely recommend going here. I could have gone to a closer location, but this one had more/sooner availability.

Great location. Took a while to fix my car but unlike other places, they were up front about supply delays and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. They have an enterprise attached to it and even took back my rental for me even though enterprise was closed. The work the did on my car looks great and they cleaned it from top to bottom for me. Highly recommend!

I had a parking lot backup which was minor and was going on a 3500 mile drive in a few days. Service King were great and wisely ordered the damaged tail light and called me in 3 days in time for me to return and get the body work done before my trip. I am driving a beautifully repaired car and able to keep my plans. This is the second time I have used Service King and I have been very satisfied both times.
