  If I didn’t have to put this one star I wouldn’t. Called my roadside assistance first thing at 8am to have a tow company come and help me pick up my car. Given an ETA of one and 1/2 hours. After several hours of being given various ETA’s and no truck. I then had the nightmare of calling Pantusa directly myself to be hung up on twice and yelled at by the person answering the phone. When I requested them to cancel the request because I no longer had time to use them. The guy hung up again. I called back again and asked why did he hang up and being so rude. He said I was asking stupid questions. Didn’t realize asking for an ETA a total of four times on different calls was stupid. It’s business! When I advised him that I would be making a review. He yelled he didn’t care once again and of course hung up. Please read all the reviews for this company before doing business. They don’t care about a single person or the integrity of the company.

  A truck from this company caused an accident by running someone off the road ahead of me on 161 tollway. Sped off and exited. I did not catch the plate but saw the name of the company. Driver was being super reckless. I called their office and they asked me the name of the driver (??? How would I know that?) and acted like they were unconcerned. Bad look for a business. I gave this info to the police, hopefully they can figure it out. No reason to be driving like that.

  I called for a tow at 5:43 pm and was given ETA of one hour making it 6:43 pm. There is a diabetic needing insulin so time is of the essence. At 6:43 pm I called and was told the driver was in Boerne so about 20 to 30 minutes away. At the hour and a half mark I called back and spoke to a guy named Chris. He rudely stated the driver (Nick) was dispatched from universal city because he was the fastest driver. I asked Chris why a San Antonio driver wasn’t sent since he would have been closer. Chris said the driver was already in Boerne and I had just spoken to the driver who said he was not in Boerne yet. When I shared that with Chris he responded in a condescending manner ‘Do you want me to cancel the request?’ How dare this company be in this business! I will report this to the BBB and GEICO and every other insurance available so they know the lack of service they provide . The 3.8 rating is too high. I had to pick one star so I did. Otherwise it would have been negative stars. Stay away from this company. As for Chris just know Karma is a thing. And you’ll think of your lack of professionalism when a company fails you. Or when you are in need of life saving medication and someone fails you. It is now 2 hours from my request time and the tow truck has yet to arrive. (See pic) F++++++++++++++++++ for PANTUSA TOWING

  It was a disabled Bronco with 3 flats parked up close to the house in an alley, so when I say it was a tough tow, it truly was a tough tow. But they did it and I was so happy and please with their service. They showed up at the time they said they would be there and took care of business. Was so grateful.

  Great service! They arrived within 30 minutes of calling for service so they are very fast! The driver Mo called me to let me know he was on the way and called when he arrived. I recommend this company for tow service if you need it!

  The slowest response time I have ever seen, waited more than 2 hours for a truck to tow my vehicle and finally after I had someone pick me up the driver calls me. I called the dispatch 3 times with long wait times and a rude, barely responsive guy answering the phone. Called 2 more times held over 10 minutes and never had anyone answer. I highly recommend if you ever need a towing service, look somewhere else. They tout their 5 star reviews but those are total B.S. worst experience I’ve ever had in a time of need

  Called Statefarm for roadside assitance.Was given the tow truck company name and phone#(pantusa towing)Called before 7 am,was given window 9:05-9:35.Called 9:40 and was informed,delayed truck for 80- 90 min At noon called and was told( by a very rude person)that I cancelled,but truck is on his way and it is this time a different tow company At 3 pm Pantusa showed up,without even a tire jack(thankfully I had one)and finally got my car loaded. Get a call from them to tell my insurance to say that it took 60 min to jumpstart and load my car,so they could bill more.I do not play those games.Alstate than calls to ask,if it is true that they had to wait for me 60 minutes After waiting for 7 hours and being lied to,they wanted me to lie for them to get more pay.Wow Pantusa is one of the top lying,decieving company I ever had to deal with Please save yourself headache and ask for a different company. The tow truck driver who picked up my car was helpful and nice.That explains the 1 star

  Waited over 5 hours for the tow truck. Called after 2 hours and was told there was a slight delay and the driver should be there soon. Finally reached out to my insurance company who called them and was told something completely different. Called another company and they were here in 20 minutes. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or if this is typical of them, but I'll certainly never call this company again.

  These guys are AWESOME! My Tesla broke down in a parking lot (suspension fell and car was on the ground!) and Jedi came to help. He took so much time and used different tricks to get my car onto the truck. I cannot say enough about his skill and effort. They will have my business forever, as long as Jedi is there.   What an amazing experience! Today, I had a sudden flat, after shopping, prior to work. I went through my Emergency Roadside Assistance, on my GEICO Insurance app, answered very few/ brief questions, and got instant confirmation from #GEICO that "help was on the way." Dennis from PANTUSA was on-scene within 30 minutes. Super nice, professional, and fast. And, I got to work right-on-time. 5/5 for both PANTUSA, Dennis and GEICO. Thank you all, so much!

  Not happy with my experience. Tow truck obviously just wanted to tow my vehicle not change out to the spare. Didn't know how to use the tools to lower the tire from under the truck. (Finally did when I insisted they were the correct tools). After putting spar on I was concerned with a lack of tire pressure in the spare. Tow driver had no tire gauge and no air pump even though AAA said they do. I expressed concern in driving the vehicle. Even though I was at a gas station with air he refused to help check the air pressure or refill the spare tire. He drove off and left me to rely on some strangers who stopped to help me refill the spare. So much for my AAA getting me safely back on the road.

  I was stranded on side of road with a busted tire. I had another company on the way who didn’t show up after waiting 2 1/2 hours at a gas station. My insurance got a hold of pantusa. Not only did they come very quickly (within hour) they kept me updated on who the driver would be and the time he’d arrive. Jedi arrived at the time he said, was very kind, and very careful with my car.. AMAZING service!! Thank you Pantusa and thank you Jedi!!

  At first, I wasn't impressed I was quoted 2 hrs before they got my car but,it was longer, Upon calling the company,I felt a little satisfaction and I was told my driver would be to me in 30 mins and in 20,the drive texted "be there in 5 mins. Then something happened that I've NEVER seen before, The driver hooked my baby up and videoed, My car, from the front driver's side bumper all around to the front passenger side bumper............I was very impressed Thank You Pantusa

  Got a text at 2:26pm that they were in route. It's now 5pm and still not here. At 4:04 when I called they located the tow truck driver and said he'd be here in 15min. Customer service has a big fat ZERO personality (did I wake them up). I would NEVER use Pantusa Towing and have informed both the adjuster and my insurance agent.

  My Tesla decided to not respond and they were called to tow us to Tesla service centre. Great knowledge on how the car works. Took sometime to load the car as it was in my garage(vertically parked Ofcourse) and he had to do some really creative manoeuvring to get the car on the ramp. Realized today what this job entails. Whole new respect for this profession!

  Extremely rude drivers and customer service. They were picking up someone’s car and blocked my car. They weren’t in the process of loading anyone’s car so I asked them to move two feet so I could get my car with an infant in it. They would not move, so I called customer service. Customer service was also very rude. I had the driver right there and he could’ve easily moved his truck to feet since he wasn’t helping the car he was there to help and was just standing there.

  My 2023 Tesla got ruined in August. Company actually denied that they did it, but later admitted. Told me to go ahead and they will pay me out. It is October now, The company did not pay for my rental nor repairs. And avoiding my calls.

  Terrible experience. They said they would arrive at 1:22 pm. I waited until 2:00 and called them to ask for an updated arrival time. They said I was the next vehicle in the queue and that they would be there in about 30 minutes. Again, I waited. I called them at 3:10 to ask for in updated ETA. They said I was the next vehicle in the queue and would be there in about 30 minutes. I explained 30 minutes would be right during our school dismissal time, and it would be best if they pick up either before that time, or around 4:30, but I had to leave to pick up a rental. They said as long as my key was accessible, they could still fulfill the job if I wasn’t present. I left my key for them, and let them know the dealership they were towing to would be closing at 7, so they needed to pick up the vehicle in time to get it there. I left at 4:20 to get the rental car and was back by 4:45. Car was still there. I called a 3rd time asking when they would be arriving. I was told I was next in the queue and they’d be there in the next 30 minutes. I waited until 6:00 pm and nobody showed. I called again and guess what they told me? Yes. I was next in the queue. I told them to just cancel. So my car still sits. Never made it to the dealer. Now it won’t be there for my 7:30 repair appointment tomorrow. Did I use this business? I tried, but it’s hard to do business with a company that’s completely unreliable. I feel like I was more than patient with them, and all I got was false promises. So here I am, being a Karen. Dear PANTUSA, If you don’t want to or don’t have the time to provide roadside assistance to insurance customers, then stop picking up the jobs. It’s disrespectful, frustrating, and could potentially be unsafe.

  If you are using roadside assistance and this company is who your car insurance pairs you with- ask for a different towing company! I waited 5 hours for a tow truck from this company and then it gets canceled with no reasoning and without any notification. Multiple vastly different ETAs given by staff, and now reading the reviews, I see it wasn’t just me who has gone through this. The front staff woman was so nice and friendly, but man, to be waiting 5 hours in this heat or with an unattended vehicle is just not safe. Save your time, it’s valuable, go somewhere else.

  Waited all day for a tow that was scheduled by insurance. Never received notices of delays. I had to call to get updates. Finally cancelled. Set up for the next day through my insurance and it was this same company. Was scheduled for first things in the morning. I called and waited on hold over 15 minutes. I disconnected call and called them back again. Called back only to be told it was delayed 90 minutes. I cancelled and called my insurance provider and requested another company. This company doesn't give updates or honor times.

  I used Pantusa Towing today to get my vehicle towed. I was very impressed with their service provided by Marlon. He kept communicating with me to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was prompt, professional, and accommodating. He went the extra mile when to drop the car where I needed it not where he wanted to place it. I would use Pantusa and Marlon again in the future.   Pantusa towed my car today and I was totally impressed. This guy was very polite and punctual. He helped my son remove the jack he had used to jack up the car which he didn’t have to do. He contacted me via text to tell me he was on the way and showed up at the exact time he quoted. He knew exactly how to load my car safely and securely. He did it with precision and efficiency. He got my sons car to a tire shop perfectly and quickly. If you need a tow in the the DFW area these are the guys to call. Thanks Pantusa Towing!
