Called earlier to get a price the girl over the phone took the address of pick up and drop off and said it was $120… I specifically asked if I would call later if it would be the same price, my dad had to call and the same pick up and drop off they said $130 + tax now. Just seems very unethical and like they price change and lie about prices. I called back and the same girl lied and said she always said $130 plus tax but never once did she mention taxes. She quoted me $120 . Again it’s upsetting that towing companies are dishonest.
Broke down on my way to work about 15 miles from home. Called several tow companies. The estimates i was getting had me thinking i gonna have push my truck home myself. Thankfully AJ answered the phone at EPIC TOW! Not only did they beat everybody by $150, they got there 30 minutes early. Their driver, Amir, was awesome. I was under so much stress with my mom in the hospital and then having my car breakdown in the parking lot. Epic Towing was the Knight in Shining Armor arriving within 10 mins and even working with me on the price. They took excellent care in getting my car home fast. They made it all so easy! Epic worked great for me! They were everything you wanted in a service. They were friendly , concise, timely, set expectations, and delivered. Instead of towing they were able to jump my car in spite of me not able to jump it myself, so trust their gadgets.
Thankfully they were passing by my area when my roadside assistance service reached out them. They responded very quickly, were able to jump my car when my neighbor and I were not able to. I still asked the driver to take it to the dealership which was far north of me since I had two small kiddos inside my house and I didn’t want to risk being stranded with them at the dealership. He was so nice and helpful. He made stressful situation much more manageable!
After I finished panicking about my car not starting up I called this place. To my surprise they offered more than towing services. They were extremely helpful. This company absolutely saved us! My tire blew out in the middle of the highway and they came to pick me and my three month old baby up in 45 minutes.
