Signature Towing JunkYard in Plano (TX)

I called on Monday after waiting 3.5 hours for another tow company that repeatedly stood me up - Signature Towing got out to me within 30 minutes and had my car transported with no hassle or fuss or stress! The delay had forced a second tow trip, so I called them again today to transport my vehicle to the repair shop and they handled it no sweat!! If you need a reliable tow company, look no further!

Do not use this company they are some crooks unorganizedis , unreliable and irresponsible by all means I wouldn't recommend this towing company to anyone.They loose my key and want me to wait two days for them to check cameras to find out where they keys were misplaced . I need to go to work and been here for four hours with no results. Any professional establishment would take responsibility and call a locksmith and replace the key they were responsible for. Not to mention the items that were missing from my vehicle. Stay clear from this place if you have a choice

Test driving a customer’s truck to make sure it was good to go, it broke down on me. Called Signature and they were able to help right away! Hands down best experience I’ve had with a tow company. Friendly, professional and speedy service!

They could not have made it any easier. I called them at 7:35am. They picked up my truck within 40 minutes. Polite on the phone as well as the driver. I cannot recommend enough. WTG Signature Towing! Job well done.

I never give 1 star ratings. But one of your drivers (driving MC440256) was driving ridiculously dangerously, almost clipped several people, tailgating etc. Do better.

This 5 star rating is a direct result of the service I received from Ms Jan. Today Her compassion was extraordinary- beyond necessary and quite literally lifted my spirits and gave me , valuable time. I wish there was a way to repay her for just listening to me , and directing me beyond what was expected and like a random angel because I couldn’t find help elsewhere, that meant so so much to me!!! I am stressed beyond belief rn , happy good people exist

While driving my wife home from visiting her family on the PGB Turnpike, well after dark, in the middle of a driving rain we were tailgated for miles by a Signature tow truck. Once able, the driver swerved around us, brake checked us, then gunned it. I watched for more than a mile as they weaved in and out of lanes, zero signal, tailgated, and drove like an a-hole in the middle of a rainstorm. Typical tow company, hope the driver gets what's coming to them.

This company was called to the place of a need. I was there and was able to observe them. When met with a special challenge relative to a need, John Hall stepped up to the plate and performed beyond expectations. So professional, courteous, and met the need in a caring way. They got the job done. Thanks for much John Hall.

First time using them. Won't be the last (hope I won't have to lol). I called in and spoke to a helpful lady who scheduled my pick up and the truck arrived in 20min. Nathan the driver was courteous and took his time hooking up my cherished BMW! He delivered it in tact to the dealership and unloaded it for repairs. They use a flatbed which is a must for me! My car is lowered and sits on low profile tires. No problem at all. Great job!!!

My bike had an adjustable pushrod collapse on a busy road, which killed the engine. I coasted it to a nearby parking lot, expecting this to consume the rest of my day. After calling for roadside assistance, Luke from signature towing showed up much sooner than the ETA. He was professional, efficient, and personable. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the service. As a result of the quick response time, my downtime has been minimized. Thanks for the ride!

Reliable and professional towing service. The technician Jeff Lozey arrived on time for our appointment and was not only friendly but knew his stuff. My car was stuck in a small basement garage where 3 other towing companies weren't able to pull it out but Jeff used quick thinking and ingenuity to pull it out and get me safely to the dealership. My only gripe was that I wasn't told there was an additional fee since the car was in a parking garage (why I'm giving it 4 stars) however the standard pricing seems competitive with the other towing services in the area. Overall great job to Jeff!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the front desk worker today. She was an older woman who told me she in the middle of a shift change and was angry that she had to stay and help me. She had a completely unprofessional and condescending attitude towards me the entire time. She accused me of lying about taking my license back from her when she was the one who lost it on her desk. She nearly didn’t let me take my car back because she misread my license and thought it was expired even though it is not. She yelled at my friend when she was taking a phone call outside and she thought she was too close to my impounded car. Throughout the whole experience she was extremely rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. I’m not familiar with the company as a whole but I know this woman should be removed from any costumer service position immediately.

Terrible experience! Officers told us to use this place since the driver that hit us pushed car up into persons front yard. I wanted to tow it to our house 1 mile away but they talked me out of it. Car was totaled and there was no point of it sitting in their lot racking up charges. Also an issue trying to get it towed from their lot, many hoops to jump through. My charges were over $400 and racking up daily I finally had to pay them $303 and surrender my title. Could not take the catalytic converter or my brand new tires. During such stressful times it's hard to make good decisions so I did what I had to. Hope I never see this place again.

After my tow was cancelled twice by two other towing companies and waiting five hours until 3:00am, my insurance company contacted Signature towing and they got to me and my stranded car quickly and was very professional! He took pictures of my vehicle once it reached its destination and sent them to me. I will always use and recommend this towing company if I’m ever in need again.

Not very friendly. Talked about laws, but they were not able to tell us what the laws were! We just wanted to get our things from a totalled vehicle before insuance company picked it up. Basically held our vehicle hostage. We had to pay the bill ourselves and call a wrecker to come tow it somewhere else so we could get our own stuff! Would not even let us use the restroom after paying almost $350.

I found myself in a spot of trouble and our old family car was impounded at Signature Towing. My dad and I weren't sure what to expect and only wanted to retrieve our personal property from the car. Carmella at the front desk was completely fair, thorough, personable--and you would never guess her natural hair color. Team member, Juan, drove the golf cart that took us back into the lot and to our car. He waited patiently for us to grab our things (garage opener, glasses, backpack, etc.) and then drove us back to the office to swap the keys for a driver's license. We count ourselves as lucky that our car was impounded at this towing lot. Our stressful situation was resolved quickly and we were able to have a great rest of the day.

They were contracted by geico for roadside assistance. My car stopped working and I pulled into a parking space in a restaurants property. I asked these people to take my car home and place it in my driveway. I was not present during the tow. They left my disabled vehicle on the side of the road, not close to the curb, and facing in the wrong direction of traffic flow, instead of placing it in my EMPTY DRIVEWAY

Thank you Darrell - but especially, a very special thanks to Rob for his careful, professional and EXPERT towing of my Classic 67 Camaro. He could not have been more skillful, respectful and professional during the entire towing experience. He was mindful of how low my car is to the ground and did everything necessary to ensure NOTHING was damaged! I would HIGHLY recommend Signature Towing, especially if you have a restored classic musclecar that requires "special expertise" and care. Thank you Rob !!

I woke up in the trunk of my car. I sleep here sometimes. I get a little privacy this way at least. Upon clicking my trunk release, I crawled out into a sea of tightly parked cars. Dirt and rock surrounded by a very tall fence. It was three AM and I had to pee. I made it about halfway to the nearest bush when I was redirected back to my car by two very vicious dogs intent on making a meal outta me. I drove up to what could only be the way out of this fence prison I seemed to be in. The gate was locked not budging. A large Mexican woman came out with a shotgun telling me to get out of my car. I did so. A few minutes later the police showed up and took me to jail. After 45 days they let me out and went back to see if my car was still there. It was not. I'm not sure where my car went off too. I sleep outside now. No privacy at all.

I worked with person "Josue" and This towing company came on time and as per call. did a nice job of explaining me how it works regarding my car towing. I requested a different place other than the one i though right in first call. The person "Josue" did a great job of updating Geico of this decision and made it easy for me. I recommend this person and also the towing company. He first tried to jump start my car and told that battery wont even start - possibly the alternator and battery both died as a result of alternator first dying. He offered a quick tow to his towing company and a tow first thing morning to the service center of my choice( as it happened on a sunday post noon ). ( that was very insightful as the dealer service company were not lifting the call and we dont know whether we have a drop off location open in that service center. He offered to cover my car door with cover as i could not up the glass. Overall good experience.

I called Signature Towing when AAA's time estimate for a tow truck wasn't for another four hours (aka midnight) when my car broke down after work. The driver that picked me up was incredibly kind and conversational, and made what was a scary experience less stressful than it could've been. The dispatcher on the phone was kind as well and a truck showed up to help me for my local tow within twenty minutes. Great experience and convenience makes it worth the price.

Lost a drive shaft at the corner of Jupiter and Plano called for a tow was greeted by a very helpful young lady who in turn schedule a pickup for my Jeep. The driver Josue called me within 10 minutes said he was close, from placing my call to being loaded up and heading home 40 minutes tops. Josue unloaded my vehicle and helped situate it! I’ve found my towing company and when driving a 30 year old Jeep a reliable tow company is the next best thing to owning your own wrecker!

We were treated kindly, the process was quick and Carmella was incredibly amazing with helping us get our car. What a nice experience we had. This was a nice surprise. Thank you.
