The lady that answers their phone is completely rude. Our experience with this company was completely terrible starting with calling the company and having to deal with a rude customer service agent. And their prices are extremely so expensive
Horrible company & agree very they prey on people. I was delivering groceries to a 1st floor apartment. Not even 5 minutes my car was towed & had the flashers on. I had to pay $331.11 to get my car back for less than an hour at the tow yard. Very disappointed...
This company is viciously predatory. I was dropping off a DoorDash order at an apartment complex and left my hazards on to indicate I would be right back. As I was walking back down the stairs they were pulling away with my car. I wasn’t even there for five minutes. When I got my car back it had a bunch of lit indicators and it took me awhile to figure out how to fix the issue. Never had that happen with any other tow. That 5 minutes cost me over $300
Stay away from this company. My car on their property, and when I came back, there was major damage on the driver-side door. When I spoke to the receptionist, she initially said, “No problem, you can file a claim.” But the moment I asked for the claim form, everything changed.
She called her supervisor, and he told her “this is not our business”, and suddenly she claimed she could do nothing for me. I told her I wouldn’t take the car until they addressed the issue, and instead of helping, she threatened me with $250 per day in storage fees if I left the car there.
They completely walked away from their responsibility and tried to pressure me into taking the damaged car without any accountability. Unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely not a company you want to deal with.

Signature Towing took my car from my paid, assigned apartment parking spot during Christmas 2022 because I forgot to display a resident sticker. I was charged $250 to retrieve it. There was no warning or attempt to contact management. To add insult to injury their staff were disgustingly abrupt and rude to me and reluctantly released my car without charge after Brooks on Preston spoke to them. Predatory company. Sharing for awareness. There is plenty of choice in the area for towing.
Got my car towed while 9 months pregnant. Made me walk to go get my car almost put me into labor just to see them bring a car for the next customer…….Hurt my feelings :|
Horrible experience. Friend's car got towed (was parked in a visitors spot). Proceeded to go get the car. Met with a very rude person that took his sweet time. Had a horible attitude and definetely overcharged me. Terrible place.
Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest company. I followed the tow truck directly to their lot — literally arrived within 5 minutes of my car being dropped off — and they still had the audacity to charge me an overnight fee. How is that even legal? It’s blatant fraud and a scam.
Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. They clearly have no integrity and are just looking for ways to squeeze every dollar they can out of people — even if it means lying and bending the rules.

Our car was towed from the Old Shepherd Place Apartments parking lot without permission while visiting a resident. Signature Towing charged $331.11 to recover the car 45 minutes later. This is a scam. This is theft. This is an excessive towing charge. No one should rent from Old Shepherd Place or visit without knowing their towing policy.
Guests should be allowed to park at the apartment while visiting a resident. We are posting negative reviews for Old Shepherd Place and Signature Towing for stealing our car and then charging an excessive amount to get it back. Old Shepherd Place or Signature Towing can rectify this issue by refunding the money.

This is the worst place to get your car towed by they are scams they not professional at all it’s like they work with the police idk but the police rushed us to get it towed and they are who they called and would not take it to where we want them to they took it to their place and charged more to get it out and then they did to deliver like they say and asked for more money
This towing company incorrectly towed my car. They towed a manual transmission, front-wheel drive sports car with the front wheels down, which can destroy the transmission. I'm lucky it did not. The tow truck driver refused to stop when I approached him, apparently thinking it was funny. He smiled at me as he drove away.
I have called once and emailed them twice and have not heard back for 2 weeks.
I have photo evidence of their incorrect towing procedure, and have provided that to the towing company. Do not use this company.
I scheduled a tow for my car the day before an appointment at the dealership. Told the woman all of the information she needed and they said they would have someone come at 9 AM the next day. At 9 AM, no one has called me so I call to get an ETA. She said “whenever we have someone available.” So I say okay and hang up. Then she calls back immediately and says “It didn’t dawn on me yesterday but we actually won’t have a car small enough to get in your parking garage because it’s a weekend.” So because it “didn’t dawn on” her, I now have to scramble to find someone else otherwise I will miss my appointment at 10:30. This was the only weekend I had free to get my car fixed. She wasn’t even apologetic, just matter of fact. I called them because of the great reviews but with customer service like that I’m not sure how they have such high ratings.
Very fast and friendly service! The driver arrived quickly and was courteous and professional. I was able to get my day started without any hassle. Highly recommend!!!
My kid's car broke down in the middle of the road due to running out of gas while I was out of town. The police called Signature Tow to tow the car to a gas station 300 feet away, and my kid was charged $140 for towing, which is within the range, and I am okay with that. However, the truck driver took advantage of an inexperienced teenager and charged $200 to jump-start the car. I called Signature Towing to complain. Signature Towing initially denied providing the towing service. Then, when I called back again and showed the credit card payment as evidence that they were the towing company, I was told that the manager was not in and would give me a callback. I have never received a callback. I have called them three times and received the same answer, but I never got a callback.
Stay away from Signature Towing! They are unethical!
I am going to file a complaint to the city. It has been way beyond the $200 now.
While trying to locate my car, I had a very frustrating experience. The woman I spoke with on the phone—Jaja (apologies if I’m spelling that incorrectly)—made an already stressful situation even worse. This isn’t my first time dealing with my car getting towed, but I’ve never encountered such unprofessional phone etiquette. Instead of being helpful or understanding, she was dismissive. Customer service like this only adds to the frustration of an already difficult situation.

Last week it was a shredded tire then today it was the distributor on my Tahoe with Eddie being not just great but we had each other laughing while I was late to work, I was told 60-90 mins but I think it was only 30 mins. My car was towed from my apartment complex for parking in a handicap spot even though I legally have a handicap placard. The only reason it wasn’t displayed was because my car had been serviced at the dealership, where they removed it while working on my camera on my windshield. After a long day there, I made the honest mistake of not putting it back up.
When I went to retrieve my car, I explained the situation and even offered to show proof the placard was in my car the whole time, and I could verify I had been at the dealership that day. But they refused to even look. Instead, I got a rude dismissive “Oh well, that will be $300.” No attempt at fairness, just an immediate demand for payment.
This was pure exploitation. I need that handicap spot, and I park there all the time this wasn’t some careless violation. If you’re looking for a company that profits off disabled individuals without a shred of decency, this is the one.

Wow, working with signature towing has been great. we actually used them twice only a couple weeks apart. Parking my truck has been a breeze. I didn’t even need to give them my keys. They just came and got it without even asking, pretty cool right. They also were able to store it for me for like 56 days for just 1800 bucks. What a steal. Thanks signature towing!
We needed a large tool box moved on short notice and no other company wanted to touch it, another company wanted us to take all the tools out. These guys sent someone within the hour and he was very nice and knew exactly how to hook up the box and winch it onto the truck. We expected tools to be scattered in the box from moving, not a single thing had moved an inch. Absolutely would recommend again.
Josh towed my Mercedes extremely professional took amazing care of my suv and took all the time to explain what he was gonna do it died and won't start all the wheels were locked and he was great with customer service and keeping me up to date on where he was and how long it was gonna be highly recommend using Josh and will be asking for him in the future
They were contracted by geico for roadside assistance. My car stopped working and I pulled into a parking space in a restaurants property. I asked these people to take my car home and place it in my driveway. I was not present during the tow. They left my disabled vehicle on the side of the road, not close to the curb, and facing in the wrong direction of traffic flow, instead of placing it in my EMPTY DRIVEWAY
This company was called to the place of a need. I was there and was able to observe them. When met with a special challenge relative to a need, John Hall stepped up to the plate and performed beyond expectations. So professional, courteous, and met the need in a caring way. My bike had an adjustable pushrod collapse on a busy road, which killed the engine. I coasted it to a nearby parking lot, expecting this to consume the rest of my day. After calling for roadside assistance, Luke from signature towing showed up much sooner than the ETA. He was professional, efficient, and personable. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the service. As a result of the quick response time, my downtime has been minimized. Thanks for the ride!

I worked with person "Josue" and This towing company came on time and as per call. did a nice job of explaining me how it works regarding my car towing. I requested a different place other than the one i though right in first call. The person "Josue" did a great job of updating Geico of this decision and made it easy for me. I recommend this person and also the towing company. He first tried to jump start my car and told that battery wont even start - possibly the alternator and battery both died as a result of alternator first dying. He offered a quick tow to his towing company and a tow first thing morning to the service center of my choice( as it happened on a sunday post noon ). ( that was very insightful as the dealer service company were not lifting the call and we dont know whether we have a drop off location open in that service center. He offered to cover my car door with cover as i could not up the glass. Overall good experience.
Great experience with Rob and Signature. Good on the phone, quick to pick me up, great ride back to my house. Rob got the car into the perfect spot, and the price was more than fair. Would definitely use again.
First time using them. Won't be the last (hope I won't have to lol). I called in and spoke to a helpful lady who scheduled my pick up and the truck arrived in 20min. Nathan the driver was courteous and took his time hooking up my cherished BMW! He delivered it in tact to the dealership and unloaded it for repairs. They use a flatbed which is a must for me! My car is lowered and sits on low profile tires. No problem at all. Great job!!!
