Shane took on this mistake and solved it like I was his long lost personal friend of something. And all I really was was a little ol' one-time customer 2,000+ miles away needing a car part he had. I have called several times and it's been 10 days and I don't have a response or a package.i was told by shane I would receive part in 7 days but my calls just go to voice mail... update,have not received a refund ,I think u need to check.only email I have is where I pd $125
