I’ve used them twice with excellent service on both occasions. Driver was super courteous. Actually had the same driver come out on my second call so we both laughed when we saw each other. The driver was exceptional and even though we couldn’t get the car removed he was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
I told him that I would request that he gets a pleasant raise so don’t let me down
I want a refund! I was charged $85 for a battery jump with the assurance from the tow driver that would fix the problem. We’ll 30 minutes later the was stranded again and had to get towed to have a new battery installed. Stay away from these guys!!!!?
My biggest nightmare happened on Monday 08/25/25. I do NOT like driving in Dallas to begin with and my flight to Love Field got delayed which made me arrive at 10:00pm. At about 11:00 pm on my 2 hour drive East on I-30 (with all you CRAZY drivers!!!) and going about 70mph in the middle of the freeway, my transmission decides to dump leaving me no power in my Yukon. I was able to get to a center area between the freeway and the exit and it was terrifying to be so vulnerable. I looked up Tow companies and chose this one because of the reviews. AJ answered my call and let me tell you, I was losing my shizz and he was so reassuring and kind. He made my safety a priority and was there in minutes. He made sure I was safely in his truck before he did anything and when I was, he swiftly and efficiently took care of business. He towed me to a hotel and left me and my vehicle there so my husband could come with a car trailer the next morning. Even with a police escort, cars would not slow down in the middle of the night to let us on the freeway and he was very calm and professional. I can't thank AJ enough for saving the day. My husband was also very appreciate as he was two hours away from me.
I had called another tow company Towriffic out of Plano or Celiena never got the right answer. But anyways after waiting almost 7 hours, I called Dallas tow and go and they were there in 15 minutes. And got me to my destination in less than 30 minutes!
Very thankful for the service responding so quickly. The dispatcher was courteous and helpful. The driver was very customer friendly and I love his French bulldog

Dallas Tow & Go was fantastic in helping me during a challenging time! They were quick, professional, and worked well with me. Oracio made it easy for me to relax while he took care of everything. Although it was a difficult situation, he managed everything with great ease and professionalism.
These guys came to rescue our car within 30 minutes and charged a good price. They were recommended by our mechanic and we would recommend them as well. Very courteous too, I appreciated that as tow car drivers are not exactly known for their sunny disposition.
Driving through my neighborhood I saw Zain finishing a job, o approach him for a rate, we connected and the rest is history. He’s my new tow man.
Professional kind fair charismatic
These guys came to the rescue. A tow truck pulled up right away and the guy was friendly and fast he had my jeep on his truck in no time at all and gave me a ride to where I was dropping it well maintained and clean truck. So clean it could’ve been an Uber. And while we’re at it the price wasn’t half bad either.
I needed a tow and Dallas Tow & Go was the perfect solution! They were recommended by my mechanic’s shop and they did a FANTASTIC job. Arriving earlier than they promised, and charging far LESS than the quote I received from another company yesterday. The person (Zain) showed my car a tremendous amount of care as he loaded it. It is hard enough to be dealing with a disabled vehicle, but Dallas Tow & Go made it easy and my car was in good hands.
I know it is weird to talk about a towing company with such praise and using superlative descriptions, but this guy deserves it. I STRONGLY recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They have EXCELLENT customer service as well as efficiency in the time they take going from your current location to where you need to go! Zain and his partner took care of me! If you are ever in a pickle, give this company a call in the Dallas area!

Man Zain was more than respectable actually new how to drive a truck how to hook uo and when my truck wouldn’t fit we took a new approach my truck being very large a man do wide he figure it out and mad it fit with no damage and minimal effort he’s a beast 10/10
