This was the 2nd time I used Value Towing! And just like last time they arrived at my vehicle quickly and got it to the Mechanic quickly so that it was able to be repaired same day! Their rate was fair and because they were quick to respond, kept me from having to spend additional $$$ of a rental!
My car would not start so I called to see if they could jump start my car. Their location said Murphy tx and i was right in from of the target in 544. I told my boyfriend to call them and ask how much they charge and when the guy answered he said “where are you located” and he said Wylie and then the guy proceeded and said “ill do $35” my boyfriend also repeated and said $35 and the guy said yes. I had already taken out $35 cash once he said that. The guy he sent then came and tried to jumpstart it but it wouldn’t work still & even though it didn’t work, my boyfriend said how much we owe him for coming out and he said $75… and my boyfriend said $75?? The guy on the phone said $35 and the guy said my boss said $75. I don’t understand the lying. My boyfriend and I are truthful people and we always have the money ready upfront once confirming price. We don’t even low ball or negotiate because we will pay anything. But $75 when you tell us $35 is crazy. And on top of that, the car didn’t even turn on. The “boss” eventually said okay I’ll give it to you guys for $35 and we paid. I didn’t even want to write this review but I’ve never experienced this before.
I needed to tow my truck but I was out of town, I called them and they took care of it without hesitation, very prompt and communicative. They did a great job.

I needed my car towed last minute. My car was in Plano and they got my car back to Dallas for a reasonable price. They were fast also at taking my request, getting a tow guy out there and getting my car to the end location. My husband was super impressed and this tow service is now saved in our phones and when someone ask we will recommend Value tow
I was in a pinch, but I’m leery of tow trucking companies. These guys gave me more than a fair price and a far better price than 3 other quotes. Kind, professional and prompt. If you’re skeptical of tow trucking companies, don’t be of this one. Perfect service.
Value Towing took care of what I needed and it was a reasonable price. They were at my location in Allen when they said they were going to be and the driver was excellent with communication and polite. Drop off was also as great as the pick up and that was it! Job done! I called Value Towing needing to tow my SUV that stopped in the middle of the intersection. After I pushed it to the nearest business I called 3 local companies all asking for way too much for a 2.5 mile tow. Luckily, I called Value Towing. They gave me a fair price and showed up quickly! I was at my destination 20 mins later. I can’t thank Value Towing enough for saving the day and I’ll definitely call them in the future.

10/10 – Towed Two Cars Today, Exceptional Experience! Value Towing handled my 1967 Ford Falcon and my Honda CRV today, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, communication was on point accurate ETA and both cars towed at a great price. The driver was the highlight. He was truly an exceptional guy. I called Value Towing earlier today to see about getting my non-driving sedan towed 55 miles away from one shop in Rowlett to another shop in Wolfe City. They gave me a very competitive quote and followed up with an even more competitive one if I was able to wait an hour.
They were fast and pretty good at communicating and nearly $100 less than the other 8 places I'd called.
Amazing service, my driver Wasif was on time, punctual to the dot. I had a flat tire and requested for a tow and scheduled ahead of time and they showed up at the exact time i asked. The dispatcher on the phone was understanding and quick to help, and the driver was a great person. 5 Stars all around.

These guys towed my parents car twice in a 24 hour window and did amazing each time. The communication was so quick and professional, even sending me a quick quote by text right after I called them. I even had a mishap where I had to call and cancel for a moment while I worked some things out, and they were super nice and understanding. Wonderful experience with Bill! He was professional and quick at receiving and dropping off my car at the dealership. I like that they use a flatbed for towing my vehicle and he easily drove it up and onto the platform. Also received an update when my car was dropped off at the dealership!
