A girl in the garage department doesn't speak well and this is the third time this has happened to me. I want to fix my car and every time she tells me I have to leave the car for at least two days and once she tells me we don't do this and everyone is busy.. and I see the employees not doing anything they just talk according to their mood and every time I ask to speak with the garage owner they tell me he's not here and all the employees agree with each other I don't recommend anyone to go there and they tell me I have to leave the car before they look at it

All were great! Unfortunately I need a small part a light for the back up! Sadly I would have to buy the whole number! Everyone here trys their best to help you. Been using them ever since they opened here in Mckinney. I rarely use anyone else. They referred me to a place in Dallas for special wheel I need for my 1ton Promaster Van . Again super nice staff, up front and back in the yard.

There is nothing but bad engines and bad parts in this place and even if the engine they sold you is bad they don’t do nothing about it and just blame it on you. Stay away from this place specially from the management, Gonzalo don’t care about nothing but his own profit. There is nothing but junk in this place.

Called and asked if we were aloud to look through the cars to find parts, got a yes on the phone. Went over to front desk asked how to get there and told me I’m not allowed to go look for parts.

SCAMMERS!! We called before going in and they told us they had 4 of the transmissions we needed for our car in stock AND told us on the phone that they do not do refunds only exchanges. Drove 1.5 hours and when we got there, they made US look for the transmission ourselves and when we did finally find it, we asked if there were others and they said that it was the only one they had. So you’re telling me that 1. We could’ve saved the trip if they hadn’t had lied. 2. We’d be stuck with no way to exchange it for another transmission OR get a refund which would’ve been fine if THEY hadn’t have lied about the amount they had 3. We had to search for it BY OURSELVES??? 4. The girl that was helping us didn’t know what she was talking about or how to help us or where anything was. We inspected and found that it wasnt even in good condition, and in the middle of inspecting we were told “By the way, we can’t give you your money back.” The worker wasn’t rude or mean. So there’s that.

Do not get your car repaired there these people do not believe in backing up their work I got some front end repair work done on my daughters car, a couple of days later I hear a tapping sound around the dashboard they did not want to check it out and they constantly blamed it on something else I know her car was not making that tapping sound before I brought it up there and had it repaired the way they went right into arguing with me makes me feel like they have this sort of issue all the time this is my daughter's car I am a very angry and upset customer that will never go to this shop again for anything

Such nice people, and they were so helpful, and had a good attitude about helping me. Will come back here again for sure !! Thanks so much to both of the girls in the front of the parts section, I'm so greatful for yall !!

their prices are garbage! people go there to save on parts. might as well buy the part new! and if your looking for a small part. they try to sell you tha whole thing that goes with that small part.

bought a transmission and paid a core charge. Then when I tried to return the core, they would not give me the core charge back.

This place is terrible. They don't know what they have and what they dont have. One time I went there for a rear axle. They showed it in inventory and then spent an hour looking for it and could never find it. Then yesterday, I called looking for ABS pump for a Dodge Ram to make sure they had one before I drove up there. Told me they had 3. I get there, they don't have any. The 2 brainless teenagers at the front desk don't know their butt hole from a hole in the ground.

They did not fix my car at all. They said they put the battery it was the battery cable when it was water is getting into my oil and my motor is blown so I just do not understand why they say one thing and they only do used parts I will not recommend this place to anyoneplease for your peace of mind do not use this facility

I was looking for a headlight assembly for my Honda odyssey. Called them before going and they confirmed they had two in stock. When I got there, they had none. wasted another 30 minutes looking for it in the yard as well.

We called, and they said they had the part, only to find out once we arrived that they, in fact, did not have it.

First I received a very inaccurate price for a radiator. $60 difference. Then, I was given the wrong radiator. (They said I was supposed to compare it to the one I had.) Once I tried to return for a store credit, they advised that it does not apply to radiators.

They don't deserve any stars. I called the day before to ask about a transmission and they said I had it to go and see the part before it's pulled from the vehicle to see if it works"car didn't turn on to test it". Drove 2 hours to this yard just to be told that I had to pay cash or it was 4% fee on $900 with card 😒. So we spent 30 minutes looking for an ATM that let you withdraw that much. We finally pay for the part and we are told that in 30 minutes the transmission would be pulled from the vehicle. We went to eat while they "worked on it" and came back 1hr later and they said still working on it. My husband got down to see how much longer, the car was intact and nobody was working on getting the transmission out. They lied, made us waste our day there because I had to be at an event that afternoon and wasn't able to make it!! The girls at the front don't work right and one of them had a bad attitude with the co-worker because he was trying to give us the warranty information right. Very unprofessional all around!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. They told me on the phone that they had 6 items on my list. When I got there it was only 4. No one speaks English understandably. No place to park. The grill I picked up for my body man had all the clips broken off (which I didn't know to check for) and they refused to give my money back. Never again! Buyer beware!

Super helpful staff! Didn't find an intact obscure part I was looking for, but didn't expect to either. Will be back for other parts now that I know how wonderful these folks are. Tip the crew even if you don't find your part. 😉

DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS BUSINESS!!!!!! Long story...... I tell the truth!! PLEASE READ!! I am speechless after my experience here today. Online I saw 3 cars with parts I needed. I was mainly looking for a sun visor, and some other random interior bolts, fasteners, panels, etc. I got there and the woman at the office quoted me for the price, which was steep, but I didn't care since I already had driven an hour to get there. She told me there is a 25 dollar minimum price per visit. A man walked me back into the yard after a long wait. We finally found the right car. None of the ones I saw online were in sight. The employee wasn't able to remove the sun visor and damaged it while trying. I was at least able to get the few small pieces I needed, and the visor clip. I know salvage yards deal with theft problems. The trim piece and bolts could've slipped right into my pocket. Being the honest man I am, I walked in to the office to pay. Office girl informs me that since the employee wasn't able to remove the sun visor, I was unable to buy the small pieces because they only sell "bulk" parts at a set price (they sell used, often broken parts for dealership prices). I offered to go back for the broken visor she said no and this old hispanic man with a mustache came out. I assume he was the owner. He had some very disrespectful words for me. He then blamed me for the employees doing their job incorrectly. I asked him if I could just pay the 25 DOLLARS for the few screws and stuff (worth like 5 bucks). He asked to see what I had so I handed it over. I am not exaggerating, he literally told me to pay him 50 dollars or to leave. "It's better to just purchase brand new parts" he says. (I couldn't find these specific clips anywhere, and am trying to save money).. I then offered 30 dollars!! And he threw my parts in the garbage. The egotistical man wouldn't sell me 5 dollars worth of parts because of his pride. What kind of business practice is this? SUMMARY I was nothing but respectful and honest but was treated like garbage. The owner is not a good man and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the place is a chop shop for stolen cars. I offered to overpay.. and he blamed me for wasting his time? MY 2 HOURS were wasted, sorry for the 5 minute conversation sir. It is NOT my fault your employees aren't doing their job. ALL THIS NONSENSE OVER 3 DAMNED BOLTS AND A PLASTIC CLIP!

guy on the phone very nice and helpful when I called. However, when I drove out there they gave me the wrong part from another vehicle that they said was for my vehicle and it would fit. If not the guy in the yard said to bring it back and exchange and if they do not have it they will refund my money . I am not a mechanic to tell the difference in parts so I trusted them and when I got it home it did not fit. I went back up there and they tried to find the correct part and could not. So I asked for my money back and she went to get the manager who was a very rude man who spoke loudly and raised his voice saying read all the signs no refunds and look at your receipt it says no refunds. He said I can only have an exchange. I said what good is a exchange when you do not have my part which you said on the phone you did have it. Plus you guy said I could return it and get my money back since you gave me the wrong part. The manager said it is my responsibility to know what part I am taking. I told him I am not a mechanic and How do I know and your guys told me it was correct and would fit. He didn't care and raised his voice again. very rude manager and horrible service. DO NOT GO THERE!

Don’t waste your time, they have no idea what they actually have in stock. Two separate occasions they have guaranteed me over the phone they have a specific stock number available. BOTH times the part was not there. They don’t even bother updating Car Part or any other portal. Don’t waste the drive it takes you to get here. If only there was a 0 star option for this place.

Not a women friendly pkace. This place has a heavy pink tax. Make friend called and was told $60, it 20 minutes the price went up to $75. They wouldn't take the part off until I looked at it, but no one showed me the truck.

Sold me a bad transmission with stripped bolts, bad and missing sensors and OD light flashing from internal damage. Were very rude; guy acted like a know it all, even though he was wrong. They didn’t give me refund only store credit and said I couldn’t have my transmission core back even though they charge a core fee. So I’m out almost $1000 trying to go to JUNK yards.

Okay after reading alot of the reviews it really does all make sense about there way of business. I've delt with them and tons of other people I know that have learned the first time on dealing with this company. There parts are very over priced and if you don't get any kind of agreement in writing they'll screw you around even more. There customer service skills is little to none and they will not give you a refund in cash just "store credit" so be sure your satisfied with the part you got. I'd rather give my business to picknpull then a disrespectful company that doesn't care about customer service and telling the truth.

They are SO NICE! Got my air conditioner fixed for 282 DOLLARS! I bought the freon! When my car was 2 years old (in 2009) took it to a "dealer" and got a hole in the air conditioner compressor (oil change only!) and have NOT HAD AIR CONDITIONING FOR 11 YEARS! NO MONEY! Bought an air conditioning compressor for 82 dollars and had is installed for 200! GREAT!!!!!!!!
