My car battery died, and I had to call for assistance. They arrived much faster than expected and were incredibly kind throughout the process. I’m so grateful for their help during a stressful moment. Highly recommended!
I had a flat tire due to construction and poor road maintenance in Princeton. I put on my spare, it was flat . I hopped I could nurse it to a station . No luck, I broke the bead. Called several companies from the search engine, but they were too busy for me. I called RoadAngel and got an answer immediately. Better yet, they told me Jimmy could be there in 20 minutes. I kinda snickered about that as he told me he was in McKinney and I was stranded in Princeton, on a side road. On a Monday Morning. I sat back for a 90 minutes wait. Jimmy called me at 20 minute, almost to the second, told me he had encountered traffic, but would be there shortly. It took about 30 minutes along 380 to get to me. (I personally think this was miraculous timing).
Jimmy immediately noticed the broken bead, he didn’t have the necessary tool on his truck to reseat the bead (no shocker here, who is gonna carry a Cheetah with them) but he didn’t take me to Princeton Tire and dot a used tire for $47. With the tire mounted and balanced, Jimmy got me back to my car, mounted the tire in the car, and had me ready to go in just a couple minutes. I hope I don’t need RoadAngel’s service again, but I did save Jimmys number in case I do.
I was pleased from initial contact with Junior, then with Jessie at location of vehicle, and Jim who brought the flatbed truck to haul my vehicle. Jim was friendly, professional and courteous throughout the relocation of my vehicle. GREAT service!
Road Angel was great. Someone had lost a piece of machinery in the road and I didn’t see it until too late and no place to go so I ran over it. Got a flat tire, called Road Angel for help. After about 30 minutes Caesar was out to change it. He was very courteous and nice. He checked underneath the car to make sure nothing else was damaged. I was on my way home about a1/2 hour later. Excellent customer service and great people. Thank you!
Called three places and they were the only ones to answer at 4pm. Great customer service by the person who answered the phone and the tow truck driver; reasonable time frame of arrival, and worth the price. I greatly appreciate the help in getting my husband’s vehicle from our home to the repair shop! I hope I don’t have to use a towing service again, but if I do, I will use again!
Jimmy and Joe were both very responsive and respectful. Joe was able to get the car back on the road with ease and followed us to a parking lot to make sure the car was drivable. Jimmy called after the job was complete to make sure everything was ok.
Fabulous service start to finish—they had Cesar sent to me within 30 mins to help me with my flat tire, he was very kind and able to evaluate my tire/ get the spare on without any issues. Would definitely use this company again!
I was thankful to have Road Angel able to come to my house today to put air in my tires and check and add air to my spare. I had called them because one tire was considerably lower than and I didn’t think it would make it the shop, and I didn’t want the bigger problem of being on side of the road or possibly damaging my wheel. Cost was lower than tow services I checked with, plus he is a Stonebridge resident, so he was able to come within 40 minutes. Thomason Tire gave me their number, which is another good recommendation. The service man also recommended I get that one tire checked just in case, so I went to Thomason after to be sure it wasn’t a problem with the tire.

I had an amazing experience with this roadside assistance company today. My truck wouldn’t start, and I needed a jump urgently. They showed up incredibly fast—way quicker than I expected—and were extremely polite and professional from start to finish. The technician made sure everything was handled smoothly and got me back on the road in no time.
If you ever find yourself in a bind, this is the team you want to call. Fast, friendly, and truly reliable. Highly recommend!
We had waited over 4 hours for Allstate roadside to show up. They never did!
We called Road Angel the next day and they were at our car within 45 minutes with a new battery. They installed it in no time.

Jimmy’s prickling is the best and his service was timely and very effective in getting my Mercedes SUV to start again. I highly recommend this company and I am one of the pickiest women on earth.
I used road angel to help out my daughter that lives more than an hour from where I live. All I can say is they are so awesome, they took care of her and then some extremely fast. Road Angels did an excellent job! When i got a flat tire, changed it, aired my spare up and Jimmy recommended the best tire place close by. He was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe.He took the time to ensure I thoroughly understood the process. Best of all, they arrived super quick less than 30 minutes! That’s unheard of for a tow. I will definitely be calling them for any future towing or roadside needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Junior the telephone operator and also great help from Jimmy the tech. Jimmy came out and help me with my flat tire. Jimmy also aired up my spare tire because it was flat also. Road Angel for my first experience with them did a great job. Service was easy and fast.
RoadAngel came to save the day yesterday. My truck is having electrical issues which drained my battery. RoadAngel arrived shortly after I called them. After finding out the battery was no good, they promptly towed my truck to the auto-shop. Very well priced and service was fantastic.

A flat tire was the last thing I needed today. I tried calling the non emergency police line for help because I couldn’t afford any places I called. To my surprise, RoadAngel showed up anyway and helped me. Especially as a single mama, I really appreciate RoadAngel working with me. I’m forever grateful!!!!!!
Road Angel got us out of trouble after a lightning strike hit a truck pulling a trailer hauling another truck and got our driver to a hotel and towed everything back to a lot. Then helped get a truck back onto a trailer for us. Service was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them for any towing needs!
Thank goodness for RoadAngel! I accidentally left a dome light on overnight and in the morning, my car was dead. Luckily, I found RoadAngel online and submitted a request for service on Sunday evening. Jimmy called first thing this morning (Monday) and was at my house about an hour later to get my car going again. I so appreciate the reasonable prices, prompt communication, and friendly service. Absolutely love this company! I have used them twice now and they have gone above and beyond to provide me with amazing service! Had a tire blow out last night and i had to leave my car overnight but I contacted them thru the app first thing the next morning and received a call from a real person within 5 mins. They came out removed my blown off tire, took tire to be replaced, brought it back and put back on my car. They even picked me up and brought me back to my car so i could be on my way within an hour! Oh and after calling 3 different "roadside assistance" companies they were the cheapest also! Cant say enough positive things about this company! Use them and you will see for yourself!!
Road Angel was a saving grace when I caught a flat tire. I got a flat on my way home from work. My insurance does not provide Roadside assistance so I had to move quickly on finding a tow service. Spoke to Jimmy and he was so nice and professional. I wasn't even sure if I had enough money that be able to pay for the service. Jimmy worked with me and told me what he was able to do to help me. I had a spare tire already so he gave me the price for them to come out and put the spare on. There was an issue with the spare tire, so Jimmy took the spare to tire shop nearby and was able to get me a regular tire. I was so.thankful. He worked fast and diligently. The fact that he was able to get to my location so fast. I will forever work with Road Angel going forward. They were honest and quick. That's so appreciated especially being a single.parent in this economy. Thanks again Road side Angel. if I need them again, I will be calling you guys.
I called Jimmy today after my car died unexpectedly! He was so kind and was at my location in 30 minutes and only 20 minutes later, he had replaced my battery and I was back on the road! Highly recommend his business for on-site battery replacement or towing.
Had a flat tire on my commercial vehicle and needed roadside assistance. Contacted RoadAngel and they were quick to answer the phone and quote me a price for the repair. Had a guy come out to put my spare tire on the vehicle and it was done in no time. Highly recommend using RoadAngel if you ever need roadside assistance!
Jimmy was very helpful with his mobile battery replacement service. He came to my apartment, picked up the dead battery, found me a new one like it and replaced it. Since I have a hybrid, it was a little unusual battery, but he got me a good price on one—much better than having to be towed to a dealer and pay their prices. I highly recommend Road Angel! Took good care of my problem and on a Saturday.
Junior made the transaction very easy and he was very professional and courteous. They are very reasonably priced and took care of me from beginning to end. Very highly recommend for any towing needs. If you have a chance to request someone, Tim was my tow guy and he was the same. I mean this with all my heart- they do everything and with such patience and grace. It's so frustrating when car stuff happens, but RoadAngel is always there and in areas other companies aren't always able to be. I have used them for car lockouts (multiple), towing, battery replacements, jumps, and so much. They explain what is wrong and help me understand what's going on for the future. If you want quick and kind help, you should definitely use this service!
