They treated me great. Got two doors off of a Sonata on the lot and they even took it across the street to the guy that painted them. Strongly recommend. Doug was super helpful.

I’ve bought parts from Roy Miller over the years and I’ve always had a really good experience. I have never left them a review but I thought about it today after picking up an engine intake cover. Thank you guys for being a great company for me!

So I found the part I needed from this place and were very nice and polite about everything. Prices here are awesome!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. But here is where my one star rating comes from: I placed the order on Tuesday (3-14-2017). I figured it would at least two days to pull this part. I was informed on Wednesday (3-15-2017) it will be ready for pick up on Thursday (3-16-2017). I rent a truck on my lunch hour and missed at 2 hours or more to hear that the part IS STILL IN THE VEHICLE!!!!!....I was furious because they could have called and told me BEFORE I went and got everything. So they apologized and said that they will deliver it to my place (which they do not do but to be apologetic ☺). So Thursday they said they will deliver the part by mid morning on Friday. Now it's Friday (3-17-2017) @ 4:00 pm and guess what? Still, the part is in the VEHICLE...now what makes customer service great is the updates. If you know a part is having issues and it's a part that was ordered ahead of time, UPDATES are wonderful. If customer service would do just that, reviews would never be down the drain.

The guys here are phenomenal! Since I had called ahead of time they had already removed the part I requested from the vehicle. They let me go back to look to see if there was anything else I needed/wanted. They were really friendly and took great care for my safety around the glass. They spoke with me to make sure I new proper procedure to clean out a TB. They are extremely educated in old model vehicles as well as informative. You can see their passion for their jobs.

Bought a rear windshield from them a while back and the guy used a torch to basically melt it off the truck. When I go to have it put on they say they can’t use it because it will leak because he melted it. I called them and naturally they refused to do anything about it. Do not recommend.

Place is very friendly and has that mom and pop feel. They had the exact manifold needed for my car and they even had a rear view mirror for my dads vehicles. I would definitely go back if I have anything else that breaks and needs replacing. But to echo another person their prices are insanely good.

I had issues finding a bolt I needed to make my car functional. I went to 4 auto parts stores, the dealership (said two weeks!), and one other salvage place. Nobody had what I needed. At Roy Miller’s they had my part and the staff was really nice. They even let me keep this bolt for free which was some much needed kindness after all this running around for it! I will definitely go to Roy Miller first for my auto part needs in the future.

We were working with this place on an auto salvage. Were told 2 times they would be out that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. They never showed up or called. For the third try, I set up a very specific time for the pick up and the time was for the first pick up of the day on a Monday. This should have been a "no brainer". I figured this had to work and went to the pick up location on schedule. Not only did this business not make its commitment for the pick up, the guy with whom I scheduled the appointment didn't even have the courtesy to call to tell me they would not be there. A different worker who answered the phone, when I called to ask what was going on, had nothing for me but lame excuses. Not even an apology!! Whoever placed these two gentlemen into this "customer facing" position might want to re-think his/her position. Will never attempt to do business with this outfit again.............

I highly recommend Roy Miller Auto Salvage. They are honest. I drove my totaled car out to them yesterday. We agreed on $650 for the (barely drivable) wreck, but the man I talked to said he didn't have more than $500 in cash. He gave me that, and promised to have someone drop by my house the next day with the additional $150, and pick up the signed title. Well, that night I was kicking myself. Did they need a title to scrap my car? I had felt that I was dealing with an honest guy, and trusted him. But as you get older, people start taking advantage of you. What guarantee did I have that I would ever see that money? I hadn't even made him sign a promissory note. Well, the next day, someone from Roy Miller came by and gave me the rest of the money. It made me feel better about the human race...and also, if I ever need car parts, I know where to go.

Excellent customer service. They were very accommodating and have a large selection of parts at fair prices. They even let me have a couple small automotive emblems for free. I would highly recommend them.

When I called they said they had the part. When I got there I told them one of the men in front that I had called & what part I wanted. They told me to go out back and find the vehicle and the part. Only good thing was some one out back pointed to were the 3 vehicles were and walked with me to one of them. When I left, I intentionally walked by the man in the front that I had told that I had called about the part being in stock. I said, "Thank you" hoping they would apologize for not having the part. All they said was bye. I will only go here again as a last resort.

Got a door panel up there, very respectful, very fair priced

I call them, they told me.. "yes, we have the part"... I got there and they did not have it. It took me 45 min to get there and 45 min to go back minus 30 dollars on gas... very disorganize place, very unprofessional and kind of rude.. they are not honest at all

I love this place. They are down to earth, and cut up with me everytime I'm there... they will pull the parts for you.. or let you go get what ya need.. Large variety of vehicles.. and new ones coming in daily.

Disappointed that I called and asked if they had an intake assembly with air box for my sons mustang. They said yes. I get here (30 minutes away) and it’s broken part. They then said they would sell it for $10 less because it’s broken. Please know your stuff before you tell a potential customer you have something and they drive 30 minutes.

Best place for all your hard to find parts at very reasonable price. I will continue to purchase all my auto part needs from this location. Keep up the good work...A+ scoring from me...

Had a 1998 Durango which was going to be a property vehicle but the project lost momentum and became an unfinished project. Contacted several salvage yards and struck a great deal at Roy Miller Auto Salvage through Stephanie. Driver, Paris, called as promised to verify location and showed up on time with cash in hand. I sent them a message but have not yet got a reply, I was looking for a motor. my late husband got parts from Mr, Miller, they where always very polite and professional.

I ordered a part on a Friday with a guaranteed 4 business day delivery. The part wasn’t delivered to the post office until 3 business days later and still hasn’t been shipped and it has officially been 1 week since the part was ordered.

In and out fast. He knew where the cars were. I'd you don't have a sense of humor or can't take a joke. I would go else where! These comme d's are just stupid. And people act like they are the only people and the world revolves around them. But great place with great people from what I seen

When i called asking for a part they just told me they didnt have it an hung up on me. Im not sure if their parts are good or not but their customer service is not good

I didn't even go in I simply called and asked about a part and before I could even finish talking the owner kept interrupting me and rudely telling me that they weren't going to have it. Awful service, the owner is full of himself.
