THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. My 24 hour roadside assistance dispatched them at 5am. After two hours, I called Crown directly but it went straight to voicemail (7am). I phoned the roadside assistance company and they also could not get Crown on the phone. No one (especially a single woman) wants to be stranded for 2 hours!! I had to get a second company to come out. DO NOT USE
Says they are 24hrs but that’s a lie. Got matches with them through roadside assistance and waited over 2 hrs. Called and called and called no one answers and no one shows up. If you get matched with them cancel and find someone else.
I had an excellent experience with this towing company. From the moment I called, the dispatcher was polite, professional, and efficient. The tow truck arrived sooner than expected, and the driver was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He handled my car with care and made a stressful situation feel much easier.
Never showed up after saying they'd be 30 minutes later than scheduled, stopped answering the phone so I cancelled the job. Left abandoned and stranded in June in Texas. These guys suck

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I waited over an hour around midnight, only for them to finally tell me they couldn’t come—after they had already said they were on the way. I called more than ten times, and after my first call, they completely stopped answering.
When someone calls for a tow that late at night, it’s because they truly need help. Instead of being upfront, they left me sitting in the cold and dark, thinking help was coming when it never was. I had to call another tow company after wasting so much time. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
Shame on this company for leaving people stranded. DO NOT BOOK!

I called at 12 am for a pickup, they never came because they were in a middle of a police call. I waited for 2 hours and then they said they were still 45 minutes away like as it was at 12. I cancelled then they had the audacity to say they're keeping 50% of the money. It was 250. FREAKING SCAM!
Range Rover Roadside Assist contracted with Crown Towing recently when my car would not start and had to be towed to dealership. Crown Towing contacted me within 15 minutes of when request was placed. They were at my home within 30 minutes. Very nice and professional. Will definitely use them again!
These guys are amazing. I’m a 2nd Grade Teacher in Frisco ISD. They arrived at my house 7 mins after I contacted them by phone. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the towing process. They dropped off my GMC Yukon to Frisco Automotive Shop in Frisco in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Crown Towing to my family, friends, & co-workers. Thank you for taking care of my family and I during the Holiday season. My wife and I were able to attend our daughter’s 1st High School varsity soccer game of the season because your company was able to drop-off our SUV at the shop at the “last minute”before closing time.

This company is a scam. Although it says they are open 24 hours they are not. We were scheduled a pick up via our insurance and were provided their number. However no avail as they never responded to our calls after being more than 2 hours late. We waited patiently but never received the pick up. Cops came and went and we sat there waiting for the towing to show up. I will pay extra to make sure I don’t have to deal with this company again.
Never has anyone blown so much mud all over our walls and outside our wash bays from mud off their trucks and not attempted at least to clean it up afterwards
Most construction people have the courtesy to clean the mud off our walls and attemp at least to clean it up some for other people to be able to use the wash bay after them.
Why don't you deal with your mud at your own facility?..
If you cant, there are shovels in the storage by the big trash dumpster to use for this.
We pay 1300 dollars quarterly to have mud pumped from our drains, so

Many washes dont allow construction trucks in their bays.... so for us at least, please clean up after yourselves.
Better yet, do this at your own place and clean up your own mess.
My car was scheduled to be towed with this company by my insurance company. 1pm I received a call from the tow guy that he was on the way. He asked what was wrong with the car and I mentioned that my tires were stolen. He said okay. He will have to go get tires from the body shop. He called me back and said he will be here in an hour. By 5pm, nobody had come to get my car. I called him back and he assured me he was still coming. I called the office and went straight to voicemail. They were closed with no option to speak with anybody. You have to wait until they are open. Odd for a business that operates 24 hours. Nobody came until almost 10pm. As a working adult, that’s inappropriate to wake me up to bring a key that you assumed I would leave in my car overnight. If I had left the key in the car, they would have just taken my car with no explanation. I wouldn’t have known where my car was. I technically still don’t know where it is. I was just told it was going to storage in McKinney. They never had intentions on picking up my car. The guy who came last night was a different guy than who called me earlier in the day. He starts his shift at 6pm. So they waited on a shift change and put this on the guy at night to do as opposed to coming when they told me they were and NOT following up. Instead I was gaslit into thinking the original guy was still coming at a decent hour. I asked where my car is going this late at night because the body shop is closed. He told me to storage. No address given. No additional information. He didn’t know when they would be taking it to the shop. What kind of stuff is that? My car is going to sit at an undisclosed location overnight and I’m supposed to assume they will at some point in the next days deliver it to the body shop? Unprofessional with very poor communication. No empathy for the customer. I literally sat all day waiting on them to come. Now I have to worry about if my car is protected overnight (what damages could happen if not) and wonder at what point it will be sent to the body shop. I will be letting my insurance company know about this because it’s horrible service and maybe they need to take this company off their list of tow companies they use. If your drivers can’t be honest, how about not hire them or send them out? If you knew the job wouldn’t be done, don’t call the customer. It is unnecessary especially when already dealing with having to have a car towed to begin with. Seems to me that they still picked it up just so they can get paid and say they actually towed it. But clearly not resolving anything. My car should have gone from my house to the body shop. Never going to storage. It was plenty of time to get this done before the body shop closed. It took 9 hours from my initial call that they were on the way for them to actually come get my car. Putting me on the back burner after calling and confirming you’re on the way is insane. They put me off on the night crew. I’m baffled and pissed. Would definitely give zero stars if I could. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Update: Crown Towing lied to my adjuster saying that my car was delivered to the body shop and closed my ticket. I told her it’s not at the body shop. I can track my car. It’s still in McKinney. I called Crown Towing. Spoke with Alex, the owner, who is very unprofessional. He answered the phone with “hello” like I called his personal cell smh. Anyway, he confirmed my car has NOT been delivered even tho they are telling my insurance adjuster that it has. He confirmed that he does not know when they will deliver it but it will be at some point this afternoon. He didn’t care at all. This business must be paying for reviews. My car has been in their possession for over 12 hours. And the clock is still ticking. They closed the ticket. They are scammers! Yall messed with the right one tho. So, thank you.
2nd update: they still have not delivered my car to the shop and they’ve had it since 10pm last night. It’s now 4:30pm the next day. Technically they have stolen my car in my opinion. Avoid this place.
There driver just left me on the side of the road! Did not tell me he was leaving JUST LEFT! I was on the way to take my daughter to urgent care and got a flat tire. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE MY TIRE and decided to just abandon me instead of find another solution and DO HIS JOB!
Impossible to reach via phone and over 30 min late. I had a tire change through my insurance provider and the guy that came to change it was completely incompetent in how to properly change a tire. Literally dropped my car onto my spare instead of letting the crank down slowly, and didn’t tighten bolts once the tire was on the ground. Might have to get spare replaced due to negligence. Teach your drivers how to change a spare tire properly.
Looking for top notch towing needs this is the right company. Battery died on my teenage daughter and she had to leave the car because we thought it was going to be a long wait and it was starting to get dark. My car didn't end up not being towed to a mechanic, he jump started it for me and told me what shall i do in the next few days in order not to face the problem again.

I bought bad gas at a station in Fort Worth and needed to get towed to the dealership for repairs. I called Crown and their driver was fantastic. Before doing the tow he spent 15 minutes checking that there was no way to avoid the expense repair at the dealership. He was knowledgable and compassionate. The tow was reasonably priced and professionally done. I'd use them again.
This gentleman was very responsive, efficient and made it to my accident in Frisco at the beginning on traffic time, within 20-30 min, quick enough for me not to incurred in any other fees with the towing compa the police uses. As said they were very responsive before and after the accident, I’m thankful for the professionalism received, end efficacy everything was accomplished.
