My truck broke down in a rural area & this was the first tow truck service I called. I explained my location on a farm to market back road the best I could based upon relevant landmarks and general location but the dispatcher demanded an address. Telling the dispatcher I was stranded a couple miles east of Dallas Parkway on 428 wasn't specific enough to get amy vehicle towed even after deacribing my vehicle. LW Towing took rhe job no problem. I'll never call Alpha again.
