Before Roper’s Wrecker Service towed my son’s car, all four tires were brand new and in perfect condition. After retrieving the vehicle from their lot, we discovered one tire was severely damaged, damage that clearly did not exist prior to the tow. An employee of Roper’s Wrecker Service even witnessed and documented the damage in their system while the vehicle was in their custody.
Despite paying $307.83 to recover the vehicle, the company has refused to take responsibility, repair the damaged tire, or reimburse us for the expense. This level of disregard for accountability and customer service is extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others to carefully document their vehicle’s condition before and after any service with this company.
We had a great experience with Roper’s Wrecking. I totaled our work truck and needed extra help with moving our large (and very heavy) service box, to our new truck. This company was happy to help (for an affordable fee). They offered amazing customer services.

On time, quick service. Moved a school bus 15 miles in under an hour from load to unload. David the driver was professional, efficient and a nice guy. Would have been 5 stars but cost double what I was quoted over the phone. The guy I talked to on the phone setting up the tow quoted a rate and failed to mention that the price was per hour w/ a 2 hour minimum, very deceiving! I would still use their services again, but I would definitely want a written quote!
Had to get my semi towed and these guys did a great job. Showed up quick, knew what they were doing, and got me to the shop without any issues. Great price and solid service . Definitely would call them again.Shoutout to Brandon Hughes for taking care of me.
Amazing! Excellent customer service, James Orrall deserves the highest praise. My tire blew out and my back one wasn't safe to drive on, he went the extra mile to look at the rims and was there in ten minutes. What great customer service! This company is by far the best I have ever used.
Josh Hancock did a good job in towing my car. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, and handled my car with care. Highly recommend them if you ever need roadside assistance.
Jordan was amazing! She was very helpful and patient with me as I went through the vehicle. She helped me get through it a lot easier than I could have alone especially in the heat! Thank you Jordan for that small bit of kindness during this difficult time!
Jordin turned a moment of stress and a bit of sadness into a better day. I had gone there to get my belongings out of my car that I loved that got totaled. I guess she could clearly see I was upset and did her best to make my day better. She was super helpful and answered any and all questions I had even the ones I felt were dumb. She even told some pretty good jokes. Jordin went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough!
Very helpful and kind. Ran out of gas right before I got to the pump and a Ropers truck was pulling in. He helped me out when he saw me pushing my car. James Orrall is a real stand up guy!
Very pleasant experience with miss jordin! She made the whole process easy and understandable. I was very frustrated that day and she was so patient with me, it made everything so much easier. Definitely recommend her if you need help understanding.
My dad’s car was towed by this company after a wreck. We didn’t choose them, the cops did. When we went to get items out of the totaled car, the young woman working was not very helpful. Basically, all she said was she didn’t know where our car was in the yard and don’t drive into the yard. No customer service skills. Our car was shoehorned next to other cars making it hard to access. Unfortunately, you get who you get when comes to tow trucks I guess.

Tate was amazing! He was originally called in thinking my car had broken down, but it turned out to be a miscommunication between the police, my gym, and me (let’s just say I felt like a bit of an idiot). Tate handled it all with patience and kindness—no stress, no judgment. Everything got sorted quickly, and everyone was able to move on with their day. Honestly, I’ve never met a nicer tow truck driver!
My wife’s car was in an accident and was towed to Ropers wrecker service. It was parked in a very muddy spot but Kevin was very kind in bringing a golf cart to help us carry the stuff back after he dragged the car out of the mud to a dry area. We are very grateful to Kevin for his help
Dispatcher wouldn't send out a tow until the next day to help me out, instead of having to store my boat in their shop. First thing next day ADAM showed up 30 mins early which was awesome, 30-45 mins later boat was on roll back, fast considering the size of boat. He treated my boat like it was his. And got it on safely and delivered to the trailer shop. I hope i don't need a tow again but if I do I'm calling ROPERS

I got stuck in a wet field "parking area" when attending the CJ Cup Byron Nelson Golf Tournament on Friday. I had to leave the car there overnight. On Saturday morning your employee Collins was there waiting to help folks (and there were many of us) whose cars were stuck. From my first contact with him he was professional and very good at what he does. I pointed out where the car was and he explained that he couldn't be on the grass but he was pretty sure he had a long enough chain to get me winched to the road. He clearly explained the process, which involved pulling me straight for many yards, then pulling me from a different angle to get me to an area where I could exit the grass area on curb transition (since my car rides low). All done for a surprisingly low price. Would highly recommend using this company. Great job Collins!!!
We had a blow out on the highway, after running over some debris in the road. Our car manufacturer stated it would take an hour & a half for someone to get there, so I looked on Google to see who was close & might be good. Let me tell you, Roper’s is definitely the one you want to come to your rescue! Roger answered the phone on the first ring, listened to me being panicked on the side of the busy highway, and had someone from his team to us in 20 minutes! 5 star customer service and our tow driver was very professional and kind throughout the process. Even stayed to make sure the car was delivered exactly where the dealership could fix it. Thanks for your kindness & professionalism!
My son was stranded , and I was out of town . Between Jordan and Taft's attention to helping a stranded teenager I cannot say more about the service. They showed up as quick as I possibly could of hoped for..which was still under 40 minutes .. Thank you again
I had to use this company 3 times in the past year. Needing your car towed is stressful, but not with this company. I requested the same driver Taft to tow my husbands truck today. This young man is kind, professional and super genuine in conversations. We are a military Family and appreciate kindness. Taft needs a raise. Just an incredible person.
My van broke down at the drive-thru window at the pharmacy at Tom thumb. I had a lot of angry people behind me. Luckily Adam showed up fast and got my van picked up quick. I appreciate him!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but today I need to give a shout out to Adam Murphy! I had a blowout on the highway and Adam came to tow my car. I had to change drop off locations at the last minute and he was so patient and very helpful! On our way to the drop off, he heard me trying to find a ride home, and he offered to take me since it was on his way home! I am keeping his card to refer others, and hopefully I won’t need wrecker services again, but if I do, I will definitely call Roper’s and request Adam! I visited the wreckage yard yesterday, to help collect my son's belongings out of his truck. I was so pleased with the help I received from Jordan. She brought out a golf cart so that I can move the items into my car. She had another worker there help to remove my son's toolbox from the back of the truck. She was kind and helpful. She helped take off some of the burden I was feeling when I arrived there. I appreciate the helpfulness and friendly disposition!
Very pleased with the service. I had a flat tire and opened a roadside assistance request with my insurance company since my car doesn't have a spare. It was 9 minutes from the time the request was submitted until Adam arrived. He had my car loaded and we were headed to the tire shop less than 10 minutes later. He dropped the car while I talked to the tire shop, I signed the paperwork and we were all done. Quick, friendly, and professional. What more can you ask for?
After one of our car’s engine died we decided to keep the car in the garage and repair and detail smaller issues in the garage while waiting on a new engine. Our son is a huge car fan and we thought this would be a great way to teach him some good skills. When the car arrived on the tow truck it was clear that it was going to be tricky not taking up too much space to allow our Jeep to park in the garage as well. I conceded the attempt being that we need full access to the jeep in the garage being that we have a 4 year old and a 7 month old. John Spradling took it upon himself to show off his talents and maneuver our bmw into the garage safely and left plenty of room for everything. Our week started off on a bad note with some car trouble but John’s excellent service definitely made sure that it ended off on a win.
Tate P came and towed me when I had a blow on on an extremely busy highway. I was so nervous and scared...he was very calming and reassuring. The gentleman that took my emergency call was very kind and understanding when I said I was scared. They were there before I knew it. The fee was extremely reasonable considering it was a Sunday morning. Thank you for your service!!!! I highly recommend this company for any of your needs, I promise you will be pleased. They are the most polite people I've encountered with a towing company and Tony P. Is just a very polite gentleman. I felt safe the entire time he towed me to my destination. Motorcycle towed via officer. These guys are pros!! No damage whatsoever and were very kind during pickup. Shout out to Taft Partridge, my tow truck driver. He towed my ninja 400 and did not damage it whatsoever, saving me thousands in damages. I know lots of companies that would just dump motorcycles out into their lot if they were towed by an officer. Thanks Taft. Cheers to you dude. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate that.
Great service and great experience. I had a ride on trencher stuck in the mud at a job site I'm working on. I called Ropers and they had someone out within the hour.

Taft came out and saved the day!! I had a tire blow out and called my insurance roadside assistance. That was a joke. They were going to take over 3 hrs to get to me. I called Ropers and they were there within 20
Minutes. Taft loaded my car, me and my dog up and towed us home! He was the professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous!
