One of the best experiences I’ve had regarding towing. Had a project truck towed from an old house. They pitched some advice on getting her working and we had a great time yapping about old Fords.

When the gentleman got to us, it was pretty simple and he just needed to jack the car up and put the spare on. He was extremely kind and let us go free of charge. I wish I had gotten his name, but thank you for going out of your way to help us!
Worst experience ever! Beware! 200 dollar just for the labor and the tow was 130. Although the rude men in the smelly dog office continued to tell me that my daughter’s car was impounded, that was actually incorrect. I called the police department and the officer who responded to her accident. The car was NOT impounded and only to be towed. I have never experienced such rude disrespectful people. As a woman I can only hope that they don’t treat their wives and daughters like my daughter and I were treated today. I was upset and stressed today and they only added to my stress. They continually yelled at me and argued with me because I asked questions. I finally had to get my phone out to start recording for the guy in the hat with his feet up in a chair to stop yelling at me. I sincerely hope they never find themselves in this position or someone they love and hope they are not treated as these two men treated me. I think people forget you never know who you are interacting with and how you treat people and what kind of karma that can bring. No one should yell at women for any reason. The city DOES not impound cars for an accident. If you can avoid having them tow your vehicle you should. Had another tow company pick the car up and it was only 200 for the tow. Explain how that is??? Sad that these people take advantage of people when they are feeling vulnerable after an accident. BEWARE!!! GO somewhere else!!! If I could give a negative star I would!! Stay aware from here at all costs!!!

Wow, five stars for a tow company? I know - crazy, right? Well, these guys did a stellar job. I had called out a company, Preferred, but they took forever and didn’t even show up in the estimated window. The McKinney PD called out Saul’s, and they showed up about half an hour later. Nic was great - very professional and courteous. He went the extra mile. I can’t say that I’d give most tow companies a good rating, but Nic totally deserves it.
The driver I got ahold of was awesome.
He came to my house, grabbed the key fob, picked up my truck and delivered it to Bob Tomes Ford. I didn't have to do anything!

Quick service. Fit me in for a dead car tow same day. $150 flat rate charge for an in town tow. Courtney (sp?) was a solid professional. Got my car jumped, helped load it, and gave me a ride to the shop where it needed repairs. Dude can tell a good story too!
Not that you WANT to have to use this service again but if you ever need a tow service in Collin County…well, BETTER CAUL SAUL!

Called on Saturday have my turbo went out in the 103 degree day, had called another service first two hours and the guy didn’t understand where I was. Called Sauls spoke to John get my in about half an hour and for less.. Awesome service..
My car broke down on the side of road this afternoon, a police man called Sauls for a tow and the gentleman was there within 15 minutes . He only towed my car 2 miles, but didn’t charge me! Not many places give a free tow! Very satisfied with the service I received and will use again if needed! (Hopefully I won’t) lol!
My daughters car died and needed to be towed to our local repair shop. Communication was great from start to finish. The tow truck driver, Mr. Courtney, was so polite and what a nice person, he went above and beyond my expectations, he even sent me a text message confirming he had safely delivered the dead car to the repair shop. While they didn't tow a vehicle of mine, Courtney Simmons was came out to tow away a vehicle that had driven into my business. Not only did he do excellent with his customer, he saw my crew struggling to clean up the glass from the accident and he stopped and pulled out his broom and helped us sweep it all up. All without being asked. Amazing company, service and values.

Late last night cold and raining. I went off the road into a culvert came to rest on a water pipe out in the country. We called Sauls Wreckers within 20 min the nicest man A.C showed up assessed the situation explained to me how he was going to get me out and he did with no damage to my car. I was driving away and noise was coming from my wheel I flashed my lights at A.C stoped checked it out pulled some rocks out of my brakes and off we went. God Bless A.C and Sauls Wreckers. I've had to use a towing service twice in the past week, and after calling a couple of others I realized how fortunate I was that they were unable to help me, because Saul's was EXCELLENT, in every regard - from the assistance on the phone during the initial call, the speed with which they arrived and especially the driver who helped me. And they both (the guy on the phone and the driver) looked for ways to help me minimize costs, or even avoid needing them at all (with tips and suggestions as to the cause of the car problem and a couple of ideas to get it started...). They may have the best customer service of any business which I hope to never have to use again!

Car broke down at night in a rainstorm. Nick was there in 20 minutes and got us towed quickly. Super nice guy and by far the best rate and time for a tow truck (we’ve had to call a few for our car lol).
I highly recommend this company to anyone. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and nice. The guy who arrived, Courtney I believe, came in the time quoted, which was about 30 minutes, and was super friendly. The process was smooth and quick. Just a great experience!
Driver Kody truck #7, picked me up from one location, took me to my vehicle, his partner gave me his seat and waited at that location until we were done. Kody is awesome, professional, honest, & has a great attitude. This will be the only service I use in north Texas for life. And the price was about $20-$40 cheaper than the others so Sauls should be your 1st & last call.
