I used Fuller Towing on Monday October 27 when I called the Office the staff was so very nice she made sure to get exactly were I was located.. Wesley the Driver was Awesome and so very nice. I would Highly recommend Fuller Towing.

Ben from on call towing helped me a lot today I had to tow a car from Denton to garland and man he was a blessing I had to be in the car was him as well it was nice chatting with him and he was very professional with his work.
My tire blew out on the highway. The tire was under warranty with Midas and I wanted it towed tk a specific location due to the owner having grown to become a sort of friend.
Although today was a bad day for my car and pockets, the experience I had with this towing company (and specifically Mohommad Alk) was great. They towed me 31 miles from the highway near my office to the Midas near my home. They were wise enough to send a truck bed since my Audi is AWD.

This review should have been written two weeks ago but I wanted to say that I am very grateful for the help that Mr. Johnny Prinker and Officer Garcia of Rowlett County gave me. On December 24th I had an accident and ran off the road and They were a great help, at that time I did not have cash or a credit card and they very kindly helped me pay the bill, God bless them, they have the best service I have ever had thanks to them for their services
I apologize, this review is long over due. I was on my way to work during rush hour when my tire had a blow out. I was stuck on I-30 right by the I-635 exit where the shoulder is next to nothing so I was basically stuck blocking on lane of an already packed section. I know how to change a spare but since I was on a highway lane I didn’t know how I was gonna do it. By some miracle On Call Towing Services happened to be in the line of traffic. The gentleman stopped and offered to tow me off the highway. He offered to tow me to an auto-shop, but I told him I was fine with just changing to my spare for now so I can get to work. He towed me to a nearby gas station. Just as I was thanking him for the tow, he pulled out his tool and began to change my tire for me too! It would’ve taken me at least 30 minutes and he had it done in 5 minutes! I offered to pay something, but he was nice and said it wasn’t necessary. I don’t know how long I would’ve been on the highway if it weren’t for On Call Towing Services. They turned an extremely stressful situation into nothing but a hiccup in my day. I highly recommend them for their kindness and efficiency.
Even fought it took longer than estimated and communication was less than desired. When the driver arrived he was courteous and efficient. Knew what he was doing and made short work. I was impressed
