Had to get new wipers. Thankfully they help with install as I wasnt sure how to install them 🙈 the employees were very helpful and weren't pushy at all, trying to upsake more items.

I went into the O'reilly in Lavon to buy a light bulb. The lady was at the counter. She didn't say how you doing or I'll be with you or nothing. She just kept doing what she was doing. This is the worst store that I ever been in. I hope I don't come and take all their customers. I hope they go out of business.

I’ve been to different auto parts stores over the last 10 years, and Donovan at O’Reilly’s gave me the best service ever—he went above and beyond changing my battery!

Brought a tractor hydraulic hose in to be estimated on cost to duplicate. Was told $60.00. They built the hose.....then spun the monitor around toward me and said it's $134.95. I don't think so. Instead of owning up to his mistake and selling me the hose for the quoted price now you have a piece of hose that's useless to anyone and you've also lost a customer.

Just wanted to give Taylor & Scott a shout out at the Wylie TX store. My daughter and I were looking for a new battery and also needed installation. The customer service from these two outstanding employees was exemplary. They both went above and beyond what most stores would do to help us. Before anything happened, they did open on time with 3 customers waiting outside. Went in to get wiper blades and 2 dogs run out from the back straight towards me. The big one was growling and both were sniffing me. I told the man to get your dogs as I tried to get away from them but they followed. I repeated myself several times to get your dogs. The man seemed annoyed and casually sent them to the back. I said the is a business and they shouldn't be in here. The man said this is a dog training business and I said it looks like an O'Reilly to me. Finished my purchase and left. I will NEVER COME BACK!

Oh I have nothing but good words to say about. I think his name is Dan and/or d*** something like that. At the lemon location, I was buying chuck's lifting for my hood of my truck and for the rear it's ASU. V the rear back door and he's like I told him I was going to go. Have somebody pay somebody to put him on? And it's like it's so easy. I can show you how to do it literally. You went up there and popped it out and popped the new shock. Absorb everything you know that holds your hood up to snap.De man for me.What a great guy.

Matthew was the biggest help ever!! I've frequented this location MANY times and I've never had an issue. The store is clean and organized and the Customer service is always 10/10.

Seth was wonderful and helpful. The manager in duty was rude and a jerk. To many other places to go if this is the behavior. Lavon is small and we pass by a few other place before we get home. I'm just saying.

They are usually alright but lately have gotten pretty bad. Takes two people to help one customer so your left waiting for a long time. Do yourself a favor and go a little farther to the Farmersville location.

Friendly folks who are great at helping. It's also handy that it's such a close location. I can run over and grab that needed part and be back in 30 minutes, so I don't lost much time when in the middle of a project.

Wow. All I can say. I went to pick up a prepaid online order. Waited for 15 min while another customer who called into the store was helped> who called after I was already there for a few minutes. Not a super huge deal but someone needs some instruction on customer service. Her name is Cee. Then after that asked me for my ID, could be store practice- but nothing in my email or on the website that I saw- but irritated me to go back to my car and get it. The worst part was that neither employee even offered to help with install. Don't think I will be back unless I'm desperate. Some people just do not care about customer service. And this is supposed to be the professional people place.... (slogan).

First of all, I really enjoy going to O'Reilly auto. But this time, it was just not good. Apparently, they do price matching, but if it's too much of a difference, they won't do it....I wonder if they get the concept of price matching for the exact same product elsewhere. I also called another store (Royse City) and they don't price match oil at all now. I guess customers were seeing oil was cheaper at Walmart and asking for a price match to avoid another stop. How about if the price is better somewhere else for the exact same product, maybe just change your price altogether so you can sell stuff.

1 employee refused to check me out and i had to wait for another employee. He just stood around looking out the window after looking at me. I live 2 minutes away, will now go out of my way to autozone or walmart instead

Ordered oil for my truck online at 3pm. I got a reply saying it would be ready in an hour. Go up there at 4:15 only for Noah to tell me he hasn't even pulled the order yet. Then, after he printed the order, he didn't read quantities and didn't bring the correct number of quarts. There wasn't anyone else in the store shopping. I don't understand why this was too difficult

Nothing bad with the guys that work there. They were cool but i just paid a $100 for a refurbished alternator for a gm 350 build im doing and the casing got put back on backwards, the brushes are pretty much done and the plastic slots for the brushes is broken. Thanks guys 👍good quality work on just making it look pretty again.

I am happy to say I'm very in pressed with the service I have had at this store. They are always respectful and all are very knowledgeable. I will be a loyal customer from now on. And on a side note I had the privilege of speaking with a employee named Sam. After helping me order a part, He asked me about my service in the military. I was happy to talk to him and I recomend that he should get a accolade for his professional additude and ability to locate a hard to find part for my car.

Alex was extremely helpful & even changed my battery out for me! It wasn’t your typical under the hood battery - it was difficult and under my passenger seat! He did it in the cold weather & I greatly appreciate it!

Went in, had a taillight overnighted (paid extra), the manager said he would call me the following morning when it arrived that I could swing by and they would assemble it as well. The following day, no one called so I stopped by to check and not one employee (there were 4) had a clue what I was talking about even after showing my receipt. One guy said he would call me sometime on Monday. That's terrible management and even worse customer service. People have things overnighted for a reason. Now, I have to wait 3 days before they can even tell me what's going on. Pitiful.

I stopped in with my kiddos this afternoon, unsure of what light bulb I needed. I can’t remember his name but a gentlemen helped me find what I needed and even replaced the bulb for me. Thanks again, we will be back! :)
