Took forever to show up. So long the police ended up calling tbeir own tow service because they needed the car moved off the road. Meaning it took this company over an hour to get there. The company the police called took 15 minutes. Then the tow company went ahead and charged me $500 for towing my car 15 miles. They did not let me know the price until it was too late and I had no other choice. If you have ahy other option use it. These guys will steal every penny you have. The nicer car you have the more they will charge you. Don't get ripped off. Almost all tow truck companies are a scam but this one takes the cake.

It's a scam. They charge you for a tow before you ever get it and then claim that they were just too busy and are just behind schedule. Called and scheduled at 3:30pm on a Thursday. It's now 10:15pm and I haven't received a call or anything. Was told the truck would be ready for the tow by 5:30pm. Just called to complain and get my money back. They're so quick to take your money before a service is even provided, but now they say I gotta wait 3 days for my money, which means I gotta call another tow company and get the tow, so I'm having to spend $300 out of pocket right now because of this place. If my money isn't in my account in 3 days, I'm filing a police report and posting an updated review to call out these thieves for everyone to see. Don't even think about trying this place!!!

These people don't even know the meaning of professionalism, customer service or integrity!!! I called them at 2:00 p.m. today for a battery jump and was told by Alex that the driver's ETA was within 30 minutes. After approximately 1 hour had passed, I called for an updated ETA and was told by Alex that the driver had just cleared his tire change call and was EN ROUTE to my location and AGAIN said he'd arrive in about 30 minutes. I waited close to another hour and called back requesting to speak to the manager. Ronaldo or Reynaldo (mgr.) proceeds to tell me that it would be at LEAST ANOTHER 40 MINUTES before the driver would arrive! I explained to him that I had already waited over 2 hrs and when I asked him why the driver never came, he said he went on another call!!! So, I told him that I'm not paying full price to wait over 3 hrs. and he told me that they were canceling the service call because they REFUSED to adjust the price! I'll be sure to let ALL of my neighbors, family, friends, other online reviews, Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce know that these people couldn't care less about the people of their community that have paid their paychecks every week! You should be ashamed of yourself but in order for that to happen...you would need to possess a conscience which you obviously don't. You WILL reap what you sow!!!

I called and no answer initially. While in the phone with another tow company, they returned my call. I agreed to the fees and the 45min wait. After 30, a guy calls and said he’s a subcontractor and had a totally different rate of $80 more. I asked if I was being scammed and was promptly hung up on. Still tried charging my card without providing any service or even showing up.

The owner is great. He was very professional and friendly. I called him multiple times and he answered every time. He had the tow truck to me within 20 minutes and gave me a great price. He sent someone else to pick up my car and bring it back to me. I'm very happy with his service. I definitely recommend him.

Over the phone, the agent quoted me $60-$90 for the price of getting my vehicle hitched onto the ramp, he also stated once the driver has my vehicle hitched, they would charge $4 per mile travelled to the drop off location. I told him there was only a 1.2 mile distance between the pickup and dropoff locations, at which point he said the first 5miles driven are free and $54 per mile would be charged after the first 5miles. Finally the agent said the company charges $59 in the event that your vehicle is not at the pock up spot for any reason and the driver has to make a blank trip. This charge isnt refundable however it wouldnt be applied if the car is where the customer says it will be. When my tow driver arrived to me with my car, he hands me an invoice over $200, charging $90(hitch price), $8 in mileage, a $59 service charge eventhough my car was definitely at the pickup spot, along with an extra $68 which was not accounted for. Clearly I was mis-informed, well over-charged and taken advantage of in a moment of need, since my only other option would have been to allow my car to be sent to an impound and be charged triple that amount to have it released and sent to my house again. After i told the driver I couldn't afford his price, he reduced it by only $45(strange how the price seemed to depend on whether or not the driver felt like changing it, instead of the fees being a required part of the service) and even still i was being over charged. He even showed me receipts from past customers, attempting to prove the validity of the charges, but it just looks like these guys have a habit of adding hidden fees onto people’s initial quotes, charging for mileage that was promised to be free, as well as threatening to have people’s cars sent off to unknown impounds if the customer doesnt agree to pay almost triple the quoted amount. I can assure everyone, there was no communication failures, this was just a scam plain and simple.

Obviously, workers are not obligated to render honest/ fair service to their would be customers; before hoping procure a greater value/profit, by setting ridiculously higher than normal rates, first! I asked for the subtotal/ rates, for a car tow, from Frisco to Plano......... Associate then asked me for the addresses (to & fro)..........Which I readily supplied. The person then gave the flat rate........$69.99--$89.99/ not the subtotal requested (which I accepted.........as understandable/info). But, as I proceeded to disclose my reasoning(s) for required specific pricing ( to save a-dollar/ $20).......….even price comparison)...........This individual then said........... "Well sir, the lowest price-rate for your specific tow request is $130- something odd dollars"............! So, after this last response, I figured............This company has a method of conducting business; in an all too familiar/uncustomary way!!! " Supply & Demand" begets the likelihood of an alliance. Alliance create a greater likelihood of a fair trade agreement. Fair trade agreement (option).......Opens the door for a business transaction. Note: Histories enterprisers of "Supply & Demand" would disapprove- dramatically, at just how blinded today's suppliers are: Of the "core" values of what "fairness".........Even in business terms truly means...........! Not hoping to squeeze every nickel out of your neighbors pocket. Question: Man, just how much do you expect me to pay " YOU"- neighborhood businesses..........For a glass of water/Cup of sugar/ simple helping hand...........these days'.!? In closing: NO RESPONSE NECESSARY..........IT IS JUST A SIMPLE NOTION: " SEE IF YOU(ANY OF YOU).........can make it through a-(1)- day; w/o it being "supplied"........(and, yes it's optional) to "u"........ because of your "demand"/ambition-OF LIFE.........!!!!! These guys charge me 100 more dollars than what they quoted me one when I went to pick up my car from being repaired they said it came in with a bumper loose I have a BMW so that means it doesn’t have a latch if this was a reputable company they would have put my car on a flatbed they hoist it up and tore my whole bumper, overcharge me and didn’t even apologize

It's $180 plus taxes and fees for a tow when it should be around $125. They tell you $90 plus taxes and fees on the phone but don't specify there are 2 $90 dollar charges. Stay away. Not an honest company
