Great experience. I was worried since my car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be put in neutral, the tires would be damaged from dragging it onto a tow ramp. But was able to jump my car with a machine he had and safely got it where it needed to go. He was also reasonably price compared to others. Would recommend!

Cihat did a fantastic job pulling my vehicle out of some deep mud near Celina. He took great care to not damage my vehicle. It took AAA 3 hours to assign someone and had to go outside their network. I would suggest that DFW Road Rescue work with AAA to be part of their network.

They offered late evening service, which was nice. I didn't have to be with the car at the pick up time. It was a little pricey for a 40 mile trip. Communication was good, not great, sometimes slower to respond. I would use them again.

My SUV Broke down with a busted water pump east of Sherman. And while on the phone to get a local towing company to come out on a Sunday. (With no luck and several attempts), when DFW Road Rescue stopped to see if I needed any help. Even tho he was on another scheduled call, he loaded up my car and took me home. He was very friendly, professional with good communication. 5*+.
