False advertising, they are not open 24 hours and they will not let you access your car unless it is within some small set of unadvertised hours. Do not have your car towed here! Avoid at all costs.
Called to get a quote & the lady said $122.95! I’m sure because I only had $120 flat at the moment. I called back and I said I have enough now. The tow guy get to the location didn’t say anything about a price until he already picked my car up and took it literally 4 mins away from where I was at. Then he says $225. Yea, very unprofessional, unorganized, it’s gave very much SCAM! Worst Mothers Day Ever!!! Thanks
Crazy people handling this business. First the female in the front says you cannot go inside and I was there within office hours before 5pm. Then I go home and call them back so I can drive away the car then the men on the call says we need 1 hour notice and you can inspect between office hours only. You cannot change tire on the property, you cannot see your OWN car on property, you cannot take picture too! Crazy people. Please do not use them and pray you never have to deal with them!
THEY ARE THIEVES. MY BROTHER GOT HIS CAR TOWED BY THEM BECAUSE HIS REGISTRATION WAS EXPIRED AND WE WENT TO PICK IT UP NEXT DAY AND IT WAS CLEAR HIS STUFF HAD BEEN RANSACKED. His gym back was completely poured out.
They stole his prescription meds his whoop fitness tracker and a few other miscellaneous things
When we called to try and ask who went through his car they wouldn’t give us a name.
That place should be investigated. If you have a choice I would definitely not use them, the problem is that the prosper pd uses them for tows. They are a huge problem and should be shut down
Had a vehicle where I needed to get my possessions out of. Initially, we had a few issues, but they were able to get the situation worked out for us. The staff and owner were friendly and professional!
I had a great experience with this towing company! Juan arrived quickly after my car accident and was very professional and friendly. Entire Bill $327.71, The fees associated with the tow are ridiculous. They're already getting $165 just to hook up your car. I guess you should consider yourself lucky that they're only charging $4 a mile. There's a $50 notification fee that needs to be addressed but I work nights so it's difficult for me to call between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday. I was not notified about anything so I'm curious to know what a notification fee is and why it costs $50, in addition there's an impound fee, not the same as an impound rate, coincidentally of $21.03 also. When I called the first time, 6am Saturday, 36 hours after the tow, the lady I spoke with told me that it's $21.03 a day starting at midnight. She told me to contact them when I was almost there. So when we were 10 minutes away I called back to let them know I was arriving and was told that somebody would arrive within an hour. It was not the same person that I had previously spoken with. We waited for an hour and 45 minutes. So they're 1 hour arrival time was actually 1 hour and 35 minutes. A nice man showed up but when I tried to address my concerns, he said he was supposed to be off and to call back on Monday. For them to tow my car 5 miles and have it in their yard for 38 hours, $327.71.
I had gone to help a friend pick up her car from this towing place. And I wasn't happy camper. We were wait outside the place for 1hour and 45 min before anyone came that worked there. Then the guy said he was on vacation. I was wow! Okay but then hire someone to be there 24/7. Now before also 2 people came to pick up a U-Haul. The first was a lady who took a U-Haul truck. And then maybe 5 min later a man came to pick up his U- Haul. But he was told it wasnt available. Someone had taken it. That was the 2 ladies that just left. I told the guy but there are 2 trucks there. He said yes but they told him that was for 2 other customers. That was terrible that his U-Haul had been given to the two ladies that had left. And he was there the time he was told. Sorry but they have a bad review from me..
Tanner is great, he works with you to get your car in and out of the lot and straight forward with costs and what’s needed to help you. Professional, you don’t need to worry about anything shady going on at this facility or this company. The shop is clean compared to other lots I’ve been to.
Called Celina Towing to have a motorcycle towed that wasn't running. Chris came and gave me and provided an excellent and professional experience.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. He treated my old bike like it was his own, making sure to not scratch it and taking extra time and care to get everything just right.
His knowledge of Celina was useful as he knew exactly the business I was having it towed to and even that they were closed for the holidays. Luckily they had the gate open for deliveries and we were able to drop the bike inside the gate and get it inside for holidays.
